Everyone was very knowledgeableand helpful. But one person was especially so.......Cherleese, she was pleasant, cheerful, and managed everything most efficiently. Thanks, Cherleese, we hope to see you again next year.

There was an electrical issue with the radio as it did not light up and the ignition was Very hard to Operate. It might have been an issue for someone who was impatient. The key did not want to turn and I had to keep trying for like five minutes before it turned on. John

I've rented from U-Haul many times and this was the best experience I've ever had.

I was told there was some issue with the computer - which led to an additional 20-minute delay in signing up and actually getting the u-haul. The fuel level in the vehicle was incorrectly recorded as being at full which had to be corrected. There was dirt on the floor of the truck.

I was allotted 157 for the move. I only drove to my house and then directly to the other location and then directly to the Uhaul dropoff. I ended a significant amount over 157 miles. I believe the 157 measured the absolute minimum distance. I ended up having to get off of the highway because of serious traffic problems. That probably added 50 miles to my drive. Not a significant amount when you consider metropolitan DC traffic.

Staff was really helpful, but computer system -- on-line check-n AND the main system -- were balky and took up a lot of everyone's time.

overall this is a well run shop but i feel that your employee named Robert working the morning of Nov 17,2017 was not well trained. He was not attending to the equipment return lane. i went into the office and waited in line inly to be told i didnt need to wait in line and that the trailer shpuld have been removed while parked in the equip return line. went back out no one had done anything. this is after 20 min waiting in line. was not a busy time. then i was asked to pull truck and trailer to the very back of the cramped lot where robert unhooked the trailer and then left to help another custome literally boxing me in... i had to carefully to several tiny turns with my pickup to get myself out and could have damanged my own truck as well as uhauls inventory. it was a terrible experience. robert needs to attend to ppl at the return lane and not require customers to move equipt for him. he needs training on what good customer service means. other staff perform very well by comparison

On Sunday evening when we were trying to find a place with a key drop to return the truck, we had to cal;l cusome service for help. We spoke with Cheryl (I think). She was horrible. Seemed annoyed by our call. Said there were no places in the zip code we were in. We asked her to extend the search. She said she could only o off her list. We were frustrated that we had a company truck and UHaul customer service would not help us find a drop off. The woman hung up on us! Horrendous customer service on a Sunday night. We ended up speaking with a manager who was great and found us two locations within a 15 minute drive.

No issues. I arrived at appointment time and in less than 5 minutes I was in my rental truck driving away. The return took less than 2 minutes.

Horrible customer service, out of date policies that are inconvenient for those renting your trucks to move and did I mention horrible customer service?

Very friendly front desk staff. Very mean yard worker on checkout. Check in yard worker was just fine.

The experience was horrible. I would not recommend anyone use U-Haul ever for a move. The scheduling was wrong, pickup location was wrong, the time scheduled was wrong. Basically, every single area was wrong even after I had called numerous times to confirm everything. At the last minute the night before my move U-Haul sent me a notification of the move date with all the wrong information. The people at the Falls Church, VA location are despicable and should never be allowed to serve the public. They need to be stripped of their right to rent out U-Hauls. The manual moving labor company on U-Hauls website I used, DC Top Movers. What a shit show!!!! I will be writing the U-Haul headquarter office and giving U-Haul and this whole experience the worst rating on Yelp.

They overcharged us for six items, went very slowly, and when we asked about being tax exempt, they said they would have to cancel the purchase which we spent 15 minutes waiting on and that they would have to go back to the beginning. We reserved and purchased the vehicle before coming into the store, and it still took 20 minutes to check out...without a line.
