More front desk staff during busy hours (mid/late hours). The staff that was there did a wonderful job, but there was only one person checking in, and a second person checking in AND coordinating the delivery of trucks/trailers. However, there were at least 5 other customers waiting

I was to return the trailer to 5654 Columbia Pike-they would not accept the cargo trailer & said they had no room & no manager was available to speak with me. They sent me 1/2 hour further (in rush hour) to Broad St, Falls Church. It took me over an hour extra, additional gas & frustration to return the trailer. On the UHaul website, you should note that some dealers do not accept certain vehicles/trailers or are not very helpful or customer service oriented. I'd like 1/2 the fee paid returned due to this problem. I look forward to hearing from you. (Falls Church staff were helpful).

Horrible service. I called the Uhaul location before I went to pick up the truck I rented. When I called, I asked if they had onsite parking and if I could leave my car there. The employee I spoke to said "yes, you can park your car on site and leave it there for the duration of my rental" I only rented the truck for about 3 hours. When I arrived I was told I could NOT park my car on site and I needed to move it or I will be towed. I would have made different arrangements to get there if I knew that I was not allowed to park, hence why I called ahead....

inspect the equipment prior to giving it to the next person. Also, couldn't figure out why even though we waited our turn inside the facility, (there was no distinction between truck or trailer) 6 people were helped outside, before my son received his equipment??

The return process is a bit confusing for those that don't rent a lot. Recommend a Uhaul APP that allows for you to easily check in vehicles when there is no one around or at least a phone number to call to talk to someone. I noticed another customer confused about the process as well.

Every time I need an open utility trailer for my business, I don't look in another UHUAL location because they are very friendly.



All rental companies including the Uhaul overcharge customers for gas. I do not understand how it works, gas level shown as 1/2 tank goes down to 3/8 as soon as customer leaves the shop. For 13 miles I drove I paid $13 to compensate for what I have not driven.

It was frustrating that the instructions told me to fill 15 gallons to return the vehicle to 3/4, but after filling that amount, the vehicle had a full tank. When I told the representative while returning the vehicle, he said it was too bad and there was nothing that he could do. In the future, the experience would be improved either if the tank was expected to be full and there was no ambiguity, or if there was some credit for returning it with more gas, commensurate with the penalty for returning it with less gas.

I think I may have ordered the wrong trailer and yet when we arrived they happily found what I meant to order and hooked it up. I was so appreciative!! And happy that they had a great selection of items on the property. The pickup and drop off process is so simple and streamlined. Thank you!!
