The only issue was the outside of the trailer had mud all over it from the tires of the previous renters vehicle. However, I gave very little notice about my need for a one way trailer. Grateful I was able to get a trailer at all.

They scheduled the drop off point in Allenwood, PA. not Allentown. Allenwood is 2 hours away from Allentown. Upon bringing this to their attention, the drop off was changed to Williamsport, PA. which is too a considerable distance from Allentown.

Hire more employees so it won't be a long wait in line and put some seats in the waiting room for us elderly so at least we can sit instead of standing for long periods of time

Check the tires on trailer before it’s sent out. One was almost completely bald and they still sent it out after I expressed my concerns.

I recieved an email after dropping the truck off on the 25th of May stating uhaul charged my credit card an extra $56 for one additional day. My original, pre-payed, rental duration was until May 27 at 3pm (I have a text confirming this). I returned the truck 2 days before this date so I should not be charged any extra fees. I do not agree with this charge. Please reverse this charge so that the only amount I have paid is the $577 that I agreed to pay when I picked the truck up. Thank you.

Uhaul.com changed some of orders. I requested a 4x8 enclosed for local, it changed it to 5x8 enclosed which was fine. When i showed up, it changed me to an open trailer. That is unacceptable. I ordered and enclosed for a reason. The sales rep took care of me and he was great, but what a poor and frustrating system. Why would i book through Uhaul if it changes what i request? Not sure I will use in the future because of this.

No suggestions for improvement, just keep doing what you are doing. The Best Rate Guarantee is the best!!! We don't have a need to rent a truck often but when we do we keep coming back to Uhaul and this location in particular because of the service! Thanks!!

I was charged $38 when I received the uhaul and then another $ 48 the next day. It should of only been $38 since I put gas in it. I would like a refund.

Awesome staff support. Vehicle clean and worked perfectly. Staff met me as I was getting out of the vehicle at return. Had me checked out and complete before I could finish unloading gear out of the back. Thank You

First ,Even though my checking account was overdrawn uhaul wouldn't put the check threw,even though we had a 750 overdraft protection they wouldn't put it through.2nd,your 6x12 trailer is not a 6x12 back where the tailgate is on both sides of the trail you have a foot of metal on both sides so the rest of the trailer is 6x12 but the rear is only 4ft so if you need to put something in there that is 4ft or more you cant get it in

I'm never thrilled about there being no parking for customers, but I can live with that. The big issue I had during this rental was being over charged! Employees need to be sure that the vehicle gas & mileage are written down accurately prior to departure. I was charged for an extra 10 miles that I did not drive & had to fill the tank up to 3/4 full when it was only 5/8 full when I pulled off the lot!

I had a reservation for a truck that I booked two days in advanced. When I arrived there 9 minutes before pick up time the truck wasn't there. I thought, no problem I would just rent another truck. I was shocked when the gentleman at the desk said "you got 9 mins". I was surprised at his demeanor, seemed as if he didn't care. After my 9 mins were up and no truck I became a little concerned. So I went back to the counter and delt with a different gentleman who rented me a different kind of truck. Not what I ordered but I guess when you are a paying customer you have to take what they give you. P.S. the unfriendly guy was the manager.

The location was horrible. The nature of U-Haul's business should predict that people will need to park their vehicles while renting another vehicle. There was no place to park. Additionally this location was staffed with a single apathetic person. I called initially, and was placed on hold indefinitely. I went to the location and there was a customer in front of me who had apparently been waiting a very long time and was complaining on his phone about it. This was a horrible experience and the price was too high for what I got, but there were no other options. U-Haul will never change. Just leaving these comments because I had the opportunity to be treated apathetically a second time by the same horrible business.

Avoid charging customers for unused add on items, like packing blankets. Had originally reserved 1/2 dozen packing blankets on original reservation, and ended up not needing to used them or open plastic bag. Still charged for use of blankets despite not using them, this seems excessive, unnecessary to charge for unused blankets.

It was pouring rain when we picked it up and were confused which truck we were taking when we were sent out to get it. It would have been nice if someone pulled it up closer to the door. Otherwise, smooth process for picking it up. Also, the person at the 1-800 number was extremely helpful. We needed to exchange trucks because the first one we rented was too small. I do not remember the woman's name that helped me/us, but she was so nice and calming. We were on a time deadline and really stressed when we called.

I feel its important to add comments to this rating, as an excellent review is not something i rate often. Very rarely honestly. But the forest park location deserves it this time and more recently. Great support, service, communication and products. You guys are the reason I have yet to personally buy a trailer.

Engine light was on from the moment I got the truck. Forgot to put my dolly in the truck so I wasted 6 miles having to drive back to get it and wasn't reimbursed for the miles or hour of time I lost. But the best around. Says alot in itself.

Disappointed in the website offering me to pick up in winthrop harbor (closest to me). Get a text message after online reservation I had to go to kenosha to pick up (the Waukegan location is also closer). Website says would be around $42 plus tax. Was charged $60. Tax rate isnt that high. Pay almost double what the advertised daily rate is.

Tight driving area when pulling in with large truck made it challenging. After explaining to staff the many deviations from original booking and the apparent confusion of pickup and drop off locations and times we were told that based on information and feedback we gave that we would not be charged for later drop off which was satisfactory. Also note that emails still came through communicating original booking pickup location even though we were contacted and told otherwise. Seems to be that booking email communication does not gel with what actual locations are seeing on their end.

Could use a few more of the bigger trailers. The employees are good and have to work with what they got. They will even check other Uhaul to find what you need.
