This was not the location where I reserved a truck. While on a train to Racine after picking a hotel to stay near the location, you emailed me to say that the truck was not available at that location. I had to travel an additional 30 miles to pick one up. Any reason U-haul couldn't have moved the truck??? If you want to use U-haul don't plan on the reservation even if confirmed being honored. This gets a 0. In addition the representative was about as interactive as your web site.

JOHN NThe team at this location was great. However the previous customer did not return the vehicle with full gas. This lead me to filling inadvertently beyond that point at my own expense. Not a lot of money but still not great. There should be a comp on this type of situation.
