A lot of the damage was not marked with an "x". There was DEFINITELY a LOT of damage too-scrapes and such and a few dents. I would hate for someone to be charged for something they didn't do.JULIE C.

Improve the parking and staff (Tracy )is not friendly even. If I asked to help me for 5 min she clearly denied to do it. And asked me if your not comfortable book from other location . ( if I want to go to other locations why would I come here or do I need your advice for it ) and my destinations from my place to other in maps are not more than 40 to 65 miles. I requested to check the meter readings once again because I was in rush I did not verify at beginning no reply or response. I know they are working on the parking lot and that will take care of my lone complaint, but it is still valid. The walk to the location is very inconvenient and not safe. It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the nearest parking lot. The walk is right on the access road with cars speeding 50-70 mph. Not good!Etienne G.
Had a reservation at another location for a motorcycle trailer. Was made by mistake. When i tried to cancel and rent a trailer at this location (they had 3), i was told you can't. Staff offered NO help, NO Solutions and NO options. Walked out and called other location, they said go back inside and ask them to rent the trailer following X process. Went back inside, at that point staff was on the phone with manager. Manager said (over the phone)... other managers don't tell me how to do my job and my staff was already fixing the problen and getting you the trailer. I then asked, "really, why fix the problem AFTER I had left-- who were they renting the trailer to?" Be cautious-- have your reservation solid, confirmed and no mistakes. Any one problem, they will not help and refuse your rental. It's on YOU to do there work AHEAD of time.HECTOR G.

It is better to tell uhaul a longer time that You need truck when renting locally because you bring truck back sooner but If you say 2 days and you need an extra day you avoid being penalized 50 like I was, Because they rented it out to someone else and charged me 50 for not turning it in on time.WILLIAM K.

I reserved a dolly (7.00 $) but it wasn't available. There was an an appliance dolly available but I was told I need to pay $ 10.00. I did not want to pay extra , the representative offered to remove it. We accepted that suggestion. I think I should have been offered that appliance dolly without extra charge request. Other than my experience was excellent. Thank you for your business.Zeki D.

Jennifer was great. She provided a call a couple of days before our move with information we needed to be ready with, day of service she went over all the details (truck/contract/returns/etc), and the day after I called to get a final receipt which she sent promptly. Great experience working with Jennifer/U-Haul during a very stressful period.ADOLPH U.
For some reason was asked to provide another phone number of someone they can call. Completely unnecessary to harass a random person I know. My credit card is on the rental, there is no reason to call someone else â€œto prevent theftâ€. Never have been asked to do this in any other Uhaul. Also I show up and am standing outside waiting for the guy to finish up with another customer, then 15min later he finishes and says â€œyou have to check in inside firstâ€. Easily could have said that to me 15min ago when I showed up and he waved as I stood outside my vehicle. Will never use this location again. And possibly Uhaul if any location asks to bother another random person I know for â€œsecurityâ€. Put a hold on my credit card like a normal company.Ryan C.
The lady in the office was very short with me from the start. It felt like I was at a military inquisition. After I was processed and told how to return the van I was turned loose to examine for the vehicle for damage based on the crappy pictures taken earlier and were on file for the vehicle. Any questions I raised were responded with take a picture. I climbed into the van and started it up. Instantly the tire warning light illuminated and continued to flash, then the warning was displayed saying the tire pressure monitoring system was not working. I informed the lady in the office that the tire warning light was flashing and there is written warning displayed. She said they knew about the tire pressure monitoring system and it is filed against the truck. I asked for something in writing stating that the van was given to me within a known safety system for the tires ina disabled condition because it is not documented on the contract or provided in a picture as part of the vehicle acceptance. She would not give me anything in writing and said they knew about it and would not charge me when I returned the van. I said I still do not have anything protecting me from this known problem. She said it happened when they rotated the tires and have not fixed it yet. If I have a problem take a picture of it. The picture is included with the return of van with the fuel quantity. I was not offered a replacement for this van with a known safety system disabled and clearly displayed. This clearly shows putting the customers and their passengers and the rest of the driving public, sharing the road with this van, at undue risk in order to make a buck. With the tire monitoring system not working at is not known if the tires are properly serviced an continue to not have issues. Hiw this location is allowed to dispatchJAMES D.

When I made the initial reservation the lady asked me if 6 hours would be enough and I said yes, that it should be. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle the lady on site asked me if I thought I would be done by 2. I said yes, I think so. Unbeknownst to me (she didn't inform me) she set that as my return time on the contract. She didn't print out a copy of the contract for me, nor did she have me sign anything. She only showed me the top half of the first page of the contract on her laptop and only went over certain things like the gas level and the mileage and she even went over the procedure if I brought the truck back after hours. Then tn the middle of my move to my surprise she sent me a text saying if I didn't have the vehicle back by 2, I could be charged another rental fee plus a $50 fee. I called her and asked her what the heck this was all about and she said I was supposed to bring the truck back by 2. I said I thought I had it for the day, and she said no, it's by contract (like I said before, not only did she not tell me this, nor print out the contract, but she even told me the procedure for returning it after hours which contradicts her telling me I should have had it back by 2. Anyway she said she wouldn't charge me and said sorry for the misunderstanding, but still I don't appreciate that. Now in the future I know I'm going to say I want it for 24 hours, since the fee is for one day anyway.ROBERT E.

People were very nice. Place seemed dirty though and messy. Truck was ok, but had numerous dings on it not marked. So, we had them put stickers on those spots. Truck had not been washed.JEFFREY M.

I wanted to be safe on the use of it, and since it stormed all day Saturday, needed to finish my move in better weather the next day.
