Friendly staff! Appreciated how warm everyone was. Was in and out of there relatively quick.
joseph cI would make sure the vehicle has a full tank of fuel. It is too hard to guess at a partial fuel usage when returning the vehicle. The customer before me picked up his rental totally on empty and took a chance on making it to a station. I spent an extra $10 on my rental.

Terry CI arrived early to pick up my rental. I asked if that was ok or not. The man that was working took care of my transaction said it would be no problem. The woman interrupted us several times with a very stern rude tone, she told me I should have called first. The right side brake light of the trailer is burned out. Not sure why I was told it was safe to drive in that condition. With the bad customer service and burned out brake light I am quite dissatisfied.

Ronald BReturned the uhaul in spotless condition, both inside the driver area and the cargo space. Was charged a $25 cleaning fee. Never again. Less scammy alternatives exist.

REID CThe man who checked me in for the truck was super helpful and nice even though he was alone and there was a crowd. The other man who was there (with a broken leg) had a bad attitude at a woman returning a truck.
Felicia ZHad to park in the driveway and then truck had to be moved, they charged me for an extra day when the place that I picked it up from told there would not be an extra days charge to bring it back a few hours later. They didn't want to hear anything I had to say and kept saying the manager would call me, and never did, I had to finally call after travelling for several days. I really felt like I was taken advantage off because I picked up the truck in one location and dropped it off at another.

Toya H1) Have more staff available. We had to wait 30 minutes to pickup a reserved rental. The mobile would not allow us to self pickup. 2) They didn’t have any of the model we reserved and had to rush check one in. 3) The dolly is not strapped in so every stop and start it crashes into the bed of the truck.

ANDREW BThe older gentlemen that was running the store was taking care of another customer in the parking lot. That customer was having lighting problems with his vehicle. I had a reservation and had to wait over 30 minutes for him to come over to just check that my lights worked and safety chains connected. Then it took another 15 minutes for him to finish the paperwork. When I stated that I was going to have to explain to the person I was meeting that I was going to be late, the gentlemen told me to "blame him". What good is that going to do?? I had to have him fill out the same papers as I did the day sooner, he told me. I had to be to a destination by a certain time and was late about 20 minutes. I would use U-HAUL again as I have many times in the past. Prior experiences were outstanding. Maybe this was just a one-time where it took longer than it should have to get a tow dolly. There was one other worker there and he said that he couldn't take care of me. I was disappointed in the service I received on this day.
SHAWN AWaited long at pick-up about 20 minutes. Appeared that the store associates were working on repairing a personal car (this was recorded by the store surveillance camera). Didn't receive a full tank of gas, so the first stop after pick-up was the gas station. Ordered a furniture dolly in my original reservation, but was told no dollies were available. Overall disappointing experience.

I was expecting a flat unobstructed area. Made packing and tiring boxes awkward. Had problems passing 1/4 tie down strap hooks through. Drop off inside store did not provide written receipt. Should have receipt showing truck was dropped off. Does not include inside inspection.

CHRISTOPHER LDrove 103 miles, charged me for 113.. -See message below -I did not reserve w/ SafeTrip, and I declined at the counter and her and another on duty employee assured me as I left that I would not be charged for SafeTrip. My trip was gratefully safe. I have rented a good number of U-Haul trucks. This truck was by far the worst truck and experience I have ever had with U-Haul and this location. To start the systems were down and it was sorry for you figure out something different for your plans. I was understanding and waited and the girl was able to get me out after about 30 mins. I got into the truck and was unable to connect to the link or when I would upload my pictures it would say “unable to upload at this time”. I have all check out photos. The truck had a smoky smell and I was unable to adjust the driver seat for my entire trip. Also, the driver door is sagging so bad it would not close. I would have to open the door while on the highway to force it open and slam shut! Unbelievable! Then the shocks and ride on the truck were so bad I Was afraid the glass on the furniture I purchased was going to shatter. I have never had a negative experience with U-Haul before. This is not what I expected from a company I admire and recommend often. Please make this experience right? Thank you.
Edward HMy problem was not with the location but with U-Haul. U-Haul incorrectly linked me to an individual with an outstanding balance owed. I was on hold for almost an hour with U-Hail and I never received an explanation for the why this mistake was made. It threw off my whole schedule for meeting the movers. This was a GREAT INCONVENIENCE. This is a very poor system. I would still like an explanation.
