RICARDO SI'm a repeat U-Haul customer, however, this was the first time that I rented at the Henrietta, N.Y. location. I had an excellent experience. The checkout process was quick and easy following my having made the reservation online only a few hours earlier. The truck was clean and there were no problems with the vehicle. The check in was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The team provided clear guidance on what to do next and made sure everything was documented properly. The location was clean, organized, and well-managed. This is exactly the level of service I expected from U-Haul. I truly appreciate the professionalism and support from this team. Highly recommended.

Joelle CLearn how to measure trailers. If i rent a 4x8 trailer i expect to get 4 feet by 8 feet of area INSIDE the trailer. I should be able to fit a sheet of plywood inside it. NO ONE cares about the outside sizing of the trailer. And have all three employees losing their fucking attitude. Im only having to rent a trailer because Uhaul wont cooperate with me or the police to bring the guy in whole stole my 4x8 trailer(a true interior 4x8 trailer might i add) and every single goddamn employee at this location needed their attitude checked and i almost did it for them. Lady at the front desk, learn some fucking manors and dont physically push past my girlfriend to make wise cracks that you were right because your cant advertise trailers correctly. guy hooking it up dont get mad at us because you decided to disappear way to eager to take more of our money because you have no patience for me to find my hitch in my car. and the third guy who helped, thanks for not explaining how it was hooked up so that at 12:15 in the morning in the cold and the rain i cant get the trailer unattached from my car. and im sooooo glad that the uhaul employees INSISTED they had to hook it up because they had to insure it was hooked up properly because the dumb ass chain that YOU GUYS had to hook up came unchained on the highway. All three employees need to be reprimanded at this store and I am never returning to this location again.

frank PThe mobile pickup function is just not the move. The app is not great to use, I shouldn’t be forced $192 worth of stuff I don’t need to be automatically put in my cart. The app changes my pick up time form 430 pm to 430 am. When was going through the process the app just stopped working and wouldn’t let me proceed and had to start over. I just ended up going to the website because your app is just not great. Also what is the point of having a mobile pick up if you still have to go into the office to get the keys for a truck and they still have to go through the whole process. I sat in the lot for 15 minutes checking in on the app just to have to go into the office and get keys. Just remove mobile pick up lol
Joshua MTried to make me pay for the trailer twice, because I paid for everything, went and filled the truck then went back and got the car trailer and they tried charging me again. When I showed my receipt then magically I paid for everything, imagine that.

Richard KPlease make sure that individuals that use the trucks clean up behind theirs selves there was dog hair all over the truck that I had today but I worked around it.

ISAIAH VThe gentleman at the front counter was incredibly kind and helpful when we picked up our truck on Saturday morning (3/7). This location was hopping. There were lots of customers and only two employees; both folks behind the counter kept the positivity flowing in the space. What could have easily turned into a grump-fest of people waiting (as it poured outside) was cool and collected. This was my first time ever renting a Uhaul and I appreciate how easy it was and how informative the service was.

STEVEN OPhillip was amazing. He assisted me with renting a cargo van. Initially I was informed everything was reserved. Phillip kept searching and found one for me. I only needed it for about an hour. I had a wonderful experience all the way around. I'll be back again whenever I need a uhaul.
JOANNE BThe staff (Camille) was extremely rude. She hesitated to take care of the tax exemption from my university. I brought the RIT tax exemption form in while making the appointment a week in advance and bring it in again when I was ready to pick up the truck. She had a real attitude about it then she left me at the counter waiting and went ahead and helped two other customers "because tax exemption takes time."
