Yo tengo 25 anos de estar rentando en este lugar ok y nunca ehecho un completely perro el dia 27 de julio 2021 rente una van de 15 y la rente por dos dias pero la regrese el mimo dia por que senti al manegarla un par de horas que no estaba vien so entonses la camvie pir una de 10 pies y alos dos dias el lado del pasajero tenia un Ruido so que eran los frenos la regrese alos trees dias y les dije del problema prejunte por un des cuento por lo inconvenience que tube las dos verses pero no me alludaron no les in PortoERICK M.
More customer service reps and clearer directions, no one has the right info; told me to go different places and wait. Disorganized. And the trucks should have rear view cameras, it's impossible to see and very dangerous, could possibly hit someone and this is an easy fix.Robert N.
I could not get a printed receipt. The guy that received the truck said that I need to go pick it up inside. I went in the office and there was a line of 6 people before me and No employees behind the counter to be found. After waiting 10 minutes I left. Why would I have to wait again in line and wait for all these people to get their rental when all I needed was my receipt. That part was very frustratingMaritza O.

More truck options need to be available for one-way, some furniture was damaged due to being notified about our truck not being available last minute. Also no furniture dollies are available to rent, buy only-INCONVENIENT. Was given a location on the email and when I went there for pickup, it was the wrong location. Forced me to pick up late. Took an hour to receive my truck but still had to drop it off at the same time as I initially chose.Anthony M.

fuel credit was not applied. Had to wait 20 minutes on phone, the next day, and nobody ever came back on the phone to help me Then three tries to call to get them not to put me on hold a third time. Only to have to prove my case by texting a picture of the fuel gauge that I had taken, to finally get my fuel credit returned to my credit card. Sloppy.Michael K.

I mean this with any due respect, I don't think this question is even worth asking. Uhaul has a notorious reputation for drawing in customers with low prices and rental rates, and then stacking numerous charges and fees onto the low rate advertised. When customers are shocked upon returning their rental uhaul of course points out every single fee and charge in the fine fine print of your contract. Due to uhaul's monopoly, they are able to repeat this process over and over. This experience was no different, leaving me with a huge unexpected bill. Once again, asking myself why I came back to this company, after promising myself I wouldn't. THIS TIME HOWEVER WAS DIFFERENT, as I had concrete evidence that I was not only blatantly misinformed and coerced into an agreement I did not sign or verbally agree to, but also had PROOF THAT I WAS BLATANTLY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. Yet, uhaul has yet to resolve or respond to a single issue of unacceptable customer service or documented discrimination.Brianna B.

Uhaul was extremely difficult to work with to secure this truck. They changed my pick up location twice. The last time being right at the time of my pick up and just sent me a text with no explanation. Then this location called me and rudely asked if I was still coming even though I was making my way to location because of the last second (not even minute) change. It disappoints me that uhaul is such a monopoly that I do not have other options to turn to when moving. They (the entire company) does not treat their customers right and are not even apologetic about it because they know they will still get business.Kristen G.

The initial service was fantastic. Upon my return to the vehicle, there were five small cardboard cones (they fit inside each other) and two 10-inch styrofoam protectors in the back of the truck. The guy told me to "get my trash" and then proceed to tell me that he would charge me $35 if they had to get it. I held the items in one hand and I was appalled that he would speak to me that way. When I went inside to make a complaint, the worker inside smirked and appeared to make a joke about it. Everyone deserves respect and I would never leave garbage in a truck (I have pics). All of it was offensive, so I would probably use another location. It wasn't what was said, it was how it was said.MAURICE T.

The guy which I forgot his name who took our keys before opening time was awesome. He didn't give us hard time in returning the key - that is a great customer service! Horrible experience with this uhaul location. I was advised to return the truck with 3/8 of a tank of gas. I filled the tank to 3/8 (slightly above) right before returning and took a picture as proof. I woke up to a receipt in my email charging a $20 gas fee for 3 gallons. This did not make sense as I have proof it was at the right level. I called to inquire about the gas charge and the employee argued with me that the tank was at 5/16 and then when I told him I had photographic evidence it was at 3/8 when I returned it, he hung up on me. Also, despite advertising 24/7 return services, they block their entrances after hours (forcing customers to park the vehicles outside, after much confusion) and then charge a $20 fee for returning it after hours. It is deceitful to advertise a 24/7 return policy when there's a fee associated and we're not able to drive the truck into the parking lot.Kim S.
The person took a picture for safety reasons. I did not agree on this. Especially since i provided my driver license. I arrived 5min before closing. I was pre charged $16 dollars for gas and I was told it was going to be credited when I returned the car with 1/4 of gas. I have pictures of how I received the tank which it was not at 1/4 and how I returned and the lady at the desk told me I was not getting the credit because I didn't returned the gas tank at 1/4.
