This U-Haul experience was the single worst experience I've ever had with any business ever. I relied on U-Haul to provide a service on a certain day at a certain time and they gave me one day notice that they were unable to do so. I spent thousands of dollars bringing all the pieces together to move my elderly parents and left town to be in Idaho to meet the truck. I brought all these pieces together and U-Haul was the weak link. I received zero support even in trying to make a difficult situation easier. I received a laughable discount even though I incurred additional expense to fly my driver in early, changing a ticket at the last minute, then Ubering over an hour to a different location to pick up a truck. Then, when we did get the truck, it was a complete piece of garbage and vibrated, rattled, and bumped all the way from Washington to Idaho. It was a miserable trip and we owe about 99.9% of that misery to U-Haul. I will never be using U-Haul again if I can possibly avoid it. I've never been so angry at a company in my entire life. Horrible experience. Would absolutely NOT recommend to anyone. Ever. For any reason.

Staff was extremely helpful. Even though they b were busy, the attendant made sure he conducted the inspection when I returned the unit. I prefer that to leaving it after hours

Employees on-site were great. I'm rating below average because I arrived for my 9am reservation right at 9am. I waited in line 27 minutes to pick up my already-reserved car. As far as I was able to tell, there was just one employee working the busiest timeslot of the day.

Reserved a 20 ft truck online and through the app. Arrived and the truck was not there. Settled for a 10 ft truck which was double the mileage, double the gas, and double the cost

Need more staff, inspect and repair (wipers were damaged), clean the windshields I booked this at a site in Woodinville because it was highly rated (and KENMORE is NOT). Traffic moved me without asking and I waited for over 45 minutes to checkout the truck I registered for online. The line was 12 customers long at one point and the lone clerk was big on blaming the slow computer system and telling folks not to do self-checkout because it would crash the system U-Haul needs to do better at managing truck reservations at the vendor that is chosen/booked

Promote Julius and keep the staffing up. In the past, there is usually 1 maybe 2 employees running around like crazy and long waits. This was a pleasant change.

Maybe have another staff person on hand at the desk. I understand the difficulty in that for a business. The gentleman was prompt and worked very hard to meet everybody’s needs quickly.

Everything was terrific. Pick up fast and well explained. Drop off the same. Vehicle ran great but very needy on the gas. I would prefer if the truck was full upon pickup rather than going by the gas gauge.

We didn't have a good experience at all. From the wait in line to an employee quitting right in front of us, and for everything we were only given an appoligy an not a discount on our rental. I feel U-Haul customer service is awful, and next time, I'm just going to look at other options that are available.

The line was just way too long in the morning. I missed a meeting. Around 40 mins total. Dropping off was fast though. Both guys were nice though.

When I was filling gas, the vehicle wouldn't allow for the flow of gas or that the gas pump. It's either the gas tank was broken or something. It was frustrating and also, the dropoff process was very confusing on the app.

We had an above and beyond experience with the Kenmore, WA U-Haul Manager and team. Needing a 10-20ft truck to move a peloton same day, we were able to get our truck sorted, paperwork signed, pickup our equipment, and return the U-Haul truck within three hours. The manager and UHaul team were incredibly friendly, hardworking, and even offered us snacks while we filled out our paperwork and they pulled the truck around. I have had nothing but positive experiences working and renting from U-Haul over the years, and today was a continuation of the great customer service that years of hospitality and hard work have paid into. Thanks again and looking forward to working with you all soon.

The checking in process of taking all the pictures and the check out process of taking all pictures of the vehicle added a total of 30 mins on to the pick up/drop off process. The vehicle needed to pulled out from where it was parked, then the pictures were taken.

I had a complicated rental experience because my personal information had previously been stolen and used to rent a U-Haul fraudulently. As a result, I had to spend time on the phone with customer service to verify everything before I could rent a truck. The manager at this location was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to rent the truck and complete my move. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. Moving without a truck would have been extremely difficult, and I truly appreciate the support I received. Highly recommended!

The man who worked there was amazing. I can't remember his name, I want to say it was Mike or Keith or something? (I remember he had a guitar tattoo which was really well done). Anyways, he was very good at what he did & made everything move very smoothly.

2nd time in 2 weeks time I was given a trailer with an illegal flat balled tire. First time I caught it and made them switch trailers. Second time I did not see the bald tire till later. But it was a local move so i just lived with it. Trailer had greasy floor and garbage debris like previous user did a greasy dump run. Staff member went on with blower to get garbage out, but when I got home, I used soap and water to was floor so my moving boxes would not transfer grease to my boxes and then into my house. Location was understaffed with only 1 worker, who was doing his best, not his fault. He was working as fast as possible.

I had to pay for extra mileage that was not driven by myself, person in charge of drop off didn’t validate properly the previous reservation mileage and I paid extra 25 dollars from my pocket, I forgot to take a picture as evidence, my bad but U-Haul should have a better register

as always the rep on site was very kind and helpful and professional. Reverentially there seems to be only one person on duty which means that they are working pretty hard and they are pretty busy, but maybe that's what keeps your price as low. I don't mind waiting because I find U-Haul a much better deal than any other rental and I really like all of your employees including the ones on the phone and dispatch and customer service.
