maurino aRude, inattentive staff. Tried to charge for gas because the needle wasn’t on the exact spot it started at but a few millimeters off of it. What was I supposed to do? Put gas in it and then tow it? I would need another U-Haul for that. And I wouldn’t get it from this location.

CRUZ IThe service was fast, but they failed to mention if I needed to drop off after hours the app is required. I spent 20 minutes or so just trying to figure out how returning after hours worked, and this was happening around 11pm in a new area. The actual time spent on the return was 5 minutes.

Paige LThis location is exceedingly busy and in an area of extremely high traffic. However, the entrance to the location was for a clear and very effective for returning my U-Haul. The staff was very nice and service was extremely prompt, they were practically waiting for me despite having another U-Haul ahead of them that was being cleaned. I mentioned that a little bit of coffee had spilled and within 2 minutes a guy was there to help me clean up the mess free of charge. It wasn't even really a mess, so he didn't have to do any work because all I needed was a paper towel but he was ready and waiting to clean up a hazmat spill pretty much. This location is exceedingly well staffed and very very well managed from their parking lot to their human resources. These people should take over the location in Bakersfield.

MARLENY AOne of the main reasons i would not recommend this location is because when they hand you off the rental U-haul the people who are handing off your key to the Uhaul do a meager job of inspecting the truck, recently i was handed a key a Uhaul with the passanger door key hole with the locking mechanism half way exposed and hanging out the door. I called the person asking this isnt what i did and is there another Uhaul that i can rent and the person said either just take a picture and dispute it or we can get you smaller Uhaul. I mean are you kidding me!!! you are the ones that are supposed to check before handing off the key but i was the one to physically walk back into the office and inform that the Keyhole muchanisn is literally hanging out in plain sight!!!!! Uhail is good but i dont know... you need to get your employees to check a little bit more in detail before handing off the Key to the Uhaul.
SEUNG WWhen the lady running the counter asked me how long the distance would be, I said 10 miles at most, but when I checked the invoice, it showed me that she billed me 20 miles, which was really surprising considering I didn't even use the truck for 10 miles. Other than that, it was a really pleasant experience and everything else was really easy to figure out.

Walter GTHE SERVICE WAS POOR AND THE MANAGER WAS TOTALLY INDIFFERENT AND IT WAS AS IF HE REALLY DIDN'T CARE. NOT TO BE RACIST OR ANYTHING BUT HE WAS MUCH MORE ACCOMMADATING TO MEXICAN CUSTOMERS. AS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN IT'S TOO BAD THAT THINGS BECOME SO BAD. HOPEFULLY, BETTER DAYS ARE COMING. MC

Roman ZWhen I return my vehicle, after I uploaded all Photos in the app, clicking continue just clear all photos. I did it over same thing happens. Then somehow the returning processes just finished.
Yucheng LI personally had issues uploading the photos requested for rental return. I would much more prefer to return the rental to the proper location, place the keys in the dropbox and be finished with the return. If there are any issues, the customer can be contacted the next day.

Sheri TUhaul employees guided me through the drop off area. They gave me a hand unloading my equipment and check out was fast as sending an email. Had to check & verifying trailer didn’t have damages. Once that was done your on your way.

LOUIS CThe entrance is hard to find if you are driving on Western. It is location off the corner on the cross street and the signs are hard to see. With a trailer on a truck making u-turns to get to their return driveway is a pain.

Lionel UI will put zero stars on this, but there’s no choice for zero stars. The place was not clean. And I was standing there for about 10 minutes until I had to ask somebody to help me and I was the first customer of the day so I know they were not busy the manager was really rude and I will never recommend this place in Los Angeles are used to return my equipment and Arapaho Street but they don’t take trailers anymore and that’s the only reason I bring it to the western Avenue.
Gabriel AOnly issue is was the truck wasn’t exactly the way it showed in the app. When you try to take the pictures from the app it wouldn’t allow you to. I was not able to put in the app the damages that I saw before removing the truck off the property. I notified one of the customer service worker that was there and showed her the picture. She told me to let the worker know when I dropped the truck off. I notified that worker and he asked if I let the people know when I picked up the truck. What I am saying is no one wanted to record the damages and I do not want to be charged for it.
