Inside the truck windshield had not been cleaned and that affected visibility somewhat. The rest of the interior was very clean and pleasant. That's the only criticism I had about the truck. It didn't bother me that the outside was a little dirty, since that is to be expected from being driven on the roads.

My U-Haul steering wheel was in very bad shape as were the seat belts I overpaid for gas and the personal were not very polite when I asked for a small credit as I was not told nor aware that my truck was not filled all the way when I picked it up Not very happy the quality of service or overall experience at this location
Great customer service.
I was denied the â€œ$50 reservation guaranteeâ€ though my reservation was cancelled. Location was swamped, so i, by default had to reserve a vehicle that was much larger than I needed. Equipment worked just fine though. No issues there.
I have a reservation for one at station in me to other station with 20 mile difference and $30 over Cost me Please take care of death

People who helped with pick up were not as helpful. Rushed through check out and didn't properly review photos and van. Tire pressure was low on our van so we had to turn back around. People who helped with return were more helpful.

Make sure that all your vehicles are safe before you release them. This vehicle arrived with a problematic tire. This could have caused a blow out upon driving the vehicle. The repair team came out and changed the tire very quickly, however that said, it could have been avoided. I personally, would have expected a better resolution. If Uhaul had made the effort to at least offer a discounted service for inconveniencing us, it may have shed a better light on the overall experience. Imagine how I felt, being in Michigan with absolutely no control over the situation at hand. I called your corporate office and I do have the address of Jaime Lee. The reviews on U Haul have been discerning and I would hope you might want to change that. It was unfortunate that our planning has been delayed, however I am grateful he discovered the tire was flat before he drove the vehicle on to the freeway. I would be happy to write a more favorable review to both the public relations dept and to your VP. If you would be kind enough to offer a discount for the final bill, I would feel more confident that UHaul was taking the right step in customer relations that would ultimately change the value of the experience without disregarding customer safety. Ideally, the benefit of renting from a highly established company with great reviews for moving outweighs any negative responses. That said, I would have expected the features of renting a trailer/truck should have been more advantageous overall for seeking the benefits of renting from UHAUL rather than renting from Enterprise or Budget. If you would be kind enough to reach out to me, so we both could come to a resolution that would be favorable, I would be grateful. I would prefer to walk away feeling satisfied and appreciated. I rated this low to get your attention. Juan helped me, but the person who took my reservation did not! I live 3 blocks from the Koreatown location. I walked there to get my reservation. Juan tells me I'm at the wrong location???! The operator NEVER asked if I was close to any pick up center. He NEVER asked if I had a preference pick up location, nothing. So if the only van available was in North Hollywood, isn't that something I should be told? I get to the Koreatown location and on my email it says another location. I didn't have a way to the other location. It was poor customer service on your part as a service provider. Juan at Koreatown was kind enough to transfer the account to his location and a van was being returned. On top of this in think you charges me twice. I put in my pin# in the office and when I returned the van. Why? I also want to know why the van is $44.00 and change. I thought rental was $19.99
