I walked in, and after the customer ahead of me was finished, my rental order was really fast, since I rented at his location before, so my info was already in the computer. The rental cashier-counter persons and the outside check-out and check-in return persons were very professional, and had good attitude. I came in contact with four different people, since I came in on different days for rental and return. The weather that day was very humid and the air conditioning in the pickup truck worked great.

The vehicle was very dirty look like it has not been cleaned in a while I had to clean my own windshield and mirrors but the return was excellent courteous fast service the person was very polite very friendly and very knowledgeable

We booked a dolly online together with the truck. But when we came to pick up the truck, they said the dolly was not available. Its disappointing that the reservations we made said that it was confirmed and available but wasn't so it messed up our moving. Don't include products in your website that you cannot provide.

Everyone was nice, but terrible parking situation, had a truck sitting blocking one entrance with no signal that there was another entry around the corner. Traffic disaster waiting to happen. We thought we had a good experience here, but kept receiving calls for days after this. They'd last for just a split second and then hang up and leave no voicemail. Calling back just took us to an endless hold line. Every day. Multiple times per day. Both of our provided phone numbers. I didn't know if it was some weird harassment or what. Finally called Uhaul central and they transferred me elsewhere. They transferred me to the next place. They transferred me to scheduling. They transferred me elsewhere. They transferred me back to the second place. They tried to transfer me back to the original location, but I'd been being transferred for so long that the original location was now closed! It was a joke. The last person I spoke to said that somehow, the one (1) contract I signed for the truck and trailer, got split into TWO (2) contracts, one for the truck and one for the trailer, which kinda seems illegal because like, I only signed one contract and wasn't notified of this, y'know? And when we checked our stuff in, they only finished one contract. Then today I just get an automated receipt in my email that I guess is stating they realized the return of the tow dolly. I don't know. Nobody has ever really contacted me or given me any kind of customer service at all. Even a basic level. After writing and summarizing all of this hassle, I have absolutely decided to never again use Uhaul. This experience has been a disaster from start to finish. Goodbye.

I have no complaints about the location or the employees at the location, they were plenty kind. However, I booked a van through the call center at a different location (10321 National Blvd). I asked if there was after hours drop off available and was told there was and the associate booked a cargo van for me for four hours. Much to my frustration, when I arrived at the location I was told the after hours service was no longer available. The location I was sent to was significantly out of my way, making the trip back more expensive on my end, despite the error being entirely on Uhaul's end.

Izzy was VERY helpful in helping me pick the truck to use today. Great customer service, good attitude However i was charged for fuel charges. Even though we had gotten the truck @ 7/8 of a tank, and returned it the same way, we were charged $32. Hopefully this error can be fixed soon
