$300 for 2 days. Very expensive. The parking situation is not great either. Parking near the side would be good. Woman yelled at me for wanting to park away from the street.

EDUARDO FThe manager and the staff for that store is a crook. They charge my card twice and gave me misleading information. They told me after the 24 hours is up, they will give us an hour grace period on the sunday when we picked the truck up which that was a lie. That hour that the said it was on the Monday when we brought the truck back , the manager said the grace period is 40 minutes and that result in charging up for an additional day. This is the WORSE LOCATION EVER!!!!

LATINE HSemi chaotic environment in the office. Not very well organized despite decent vehicles available. Noisy. Would only recommend because of location and available human return before 5 pm

THERESA DWould be nice if there was a drop box for key returns (or better signage if there was one). I waited in line for a while to return keys with only one staff member at the counter. However, the person at counter was very professional and courteous on check out and check in.

CHRISTOPHER OThe van smelled like stinky Body odor.. People were nice. Major potholes upon entry into the driveway. Roads need repair on site. Tow equipment was installed wrong and wires get shut outside of the trunk when closing it. Tailgate wires were installed wrong. I haven’t heard back today to resolve the issues. Broke a clip in my trunk panel. Awful tow hitch install.

DELLA PYour front desk employee needs more customer service training. Her body language & nonchalant attitude is not good for the front desk or any dealing with people. If there was another U-Haul in the neighborhood I would have walked out of that location. Her customer service habits are needs a lot of work.

THEOPHILUS AThe young kids/half man or little boys that works there are very disrespectful, They don't know how to address and treat customers properly. They are more on their phones than helping customers. Someone basically told me fuck you over the phone and hung up on me. Management should really start hiring people with experience and etiquette. That particular Uhall off Route 1 is full of bumbs i will never be back.

DUANE HWe had a blowout on the tow dolly we rented. The tire was not in good condition and shredded with a piece of it hitting my front bumper. The blowout delayed me by over two hours to my destination.

OLUFUNMILAYO OThe last time, when you billed me, it was a mistake on my mileage and my gas level, you guys fixed the mileage and didn't fix the gas level. This time you charged me for after our hours service even if I returned the truck on time and also for cleaning fees, I returned the truck clean. I called to claim, you guys put me on hold and didn't call me back. I'm very disappointed.
Germain FThe lady at the counter on Sunday, August 17th, was very abrupt. She could have been a little bit more like her colleagues, who were professional but also helpful.
HENRY ANo AC, waited in line for 30 minutes; trailer was not ready. Appointment was at 9- Did not get the trailer until about 1045 - had to change plans and returned the trailer early.

Christopher BI have been to this location before. The staff was different. During my most recent visit the staff was very unfriendly. For instance, I said "Thank you!" several times none of it was acknoledged by a "You are welcome!" Also, I filled out the reservation online to get in an out quickly and I was asked the same questions again at the time of the pickup. The staff didn't seem to care that I made it a point.
ZOLTAN Rno parking for customers had to walk several blocks . Was not told this ahead of booking. Employees not helpful and very unprofessional.
TYRONE WThe cargo area smell like diesel fuel. The gas gauge didn’t work till I got have way to my destination. The gauge stayed at full while the mile to empty was say 339 for over 135 miles.

JAMES EWhile the customer service was average and was neither good or bad just kind of landed at par. The 15' uhal truck that I drove had shoddy brakes and a transmission that slipped.
