The female employee I dealt with originally was polite and helpful, and I had no issues extending when the snow storm hampered my moving progress. Thankfully, the team was understanding and I was able to finish up in reasonable time. Thanks UHAUL team of Lawrence, I'll be using you guys again when I finish my Masters!

The building was good and the truck ran good but there was a tire light on the dash the entire time while driving and the oil level was low

CHARLES SI ordered blankets and there were none in the truck and I still got charged for them.. All the extra charges that got lumped on for what was a $30 truck was exorbitant. It ended up being over 80. With only 10 miles driven. You need to be more upfront with what you charge for a rental. It's false advertising. All the extra fees like the equipment fee, what is that for? I will do more looking around next time for someone who is honest with their pricing.

ALMA DI did not download the UHaul App, but if I did I bet the whole experience would have been easier to complete on my smart phone, although it was pretty easy to complete without it.

MICHAEL SWas told trailer was good to go after doing a light check, only to find out that right taillights was out by law enforcement 20 minutes later. Light wasn't plugged in. During return was told I they would give me a discount, didn't receive anything. Not a big deal but the rep knowingly sent me out with a light not working.

TERESA SOddly, the 2nd time I needed U- haul within a week to complete our move? It was a different experience altogether. The 1 person counter team vs the 3 person team the 1st time. As a several decades Uhaul customer it was a transition to completely Reserve without face to face or even telephone contact & a few snafus occurred. My questions in person at this interaction were answered with " hmmmm" and I guess I just didnt comprehend that a " day" was NOT 24 hours? I also over filled the fuel as I left with a feeling that any accidental errors on my part could & would be penalized. Fortunately? The truck ran fine & we accomplished our goals uneventfully other than spending 40-50% more than anticipated. I still feel good about Ihaul but am now wary of less than face to face agreements and also less communicative agents.
