I always choose this location for my uhaul needs. I have never had any issues and the employees are always very kind and helpful.
Hailey HIt was straight forward and simple and transparent. All was ready when I ordered it all on-line. They originally charged for a furniture dolly but forgot to put it in and so I was refunded the fee. Easy to work with and very polite

STUART HI rented a 26 foot truck for 10 hours. We ended up getting move completed. I returned the truck 2 hours early than was agreed upon and there was no discount. I understood this beforehand but if you had an hour by hour rental program it would have been a nice incentive to return it early if finished moving… thanks

JOSEPH PThe truck broke down, losing breaking and steering while all engine indicator lights came on. It was frightening. Although I was able to restart it and get back to the site, it was a dangerous vehicle.

EUGENE KI showed up early on a Friday morning to pick up a cargo van w/o a reservation. I felt so bad for the gentleman working the counter. He was the ONLY one there. I overheard a conversation and it sounded like one employee called in sick and another one didn't show up. Phones were ringing, there were about 5 people in line and this one employee was trying to do it all. Paperwork, computer work, answer phones and questions and in-between, running out to hook up trailers to people's cars and test their lights, etc. You could tell he was frazzled and frustrated (who wouldn't be) but he was going 100 miles an hour trying to help people. I felt really bad for him. He was polite and courteous to all of the customers and apologetic for the situation.

MILLICENT CChris, the manager at the Lawrence corporate location is a great asset to your company. Ben, at your independent contractor location in Camdenton (where I was not contracted to drop off at), Missouri should lose his affiliation with your company for badgering a client/being rude when the problem was presented to him & hung up on me. My contract was manipulated twice without my knowledge no doubt to cover himself. His company service standards and attitude should be immediately reviewed against your corporate expectations

GEORGE GAwesome experience! I had an in-town move and rented a cargo van. I was late picking it up and that was no problem at all, which was nice. The associate was super helpful and clearly explained my contract. The equipment was in excellent condition. I had to extend my rental period by a few hours, which was hard to figure out how to do - the app wouldn't let me do it, so I ended up calling. But once I got ahold of a representative on the phone, we had it sorted out in two minutes. Very professional staff! Being able to return the equipment with my phone after hours was super convenient. Highly recommend this location for anyone moving on a budget!
Daniel MGive us a phone number that goes to the shop, not to the U-Haul corporate tree. I tried to call to let them know I would need extra time and got the corporate tree, which sent me a link to the app. I DID note on the app that I would be delayed in returning the rental, and got it there in time per the app….

JAMES SI made a reservation and drove 40 minutes to pick up the trailer. When I arrived, a brake light failed, and they made me choose another trailer and bring it back to the same location. A 3-hour drive. They should have spare parts to avoid these situations.
DIEGO CThe trailer door was difficult to open and close. It needs maintenance. I could not get it open to take a picture of the interior when returning the trailer.
DAVID HEvery single employee was rude. I understand it's back to school time and it's busy. I work in personal services (barber) and this time of year is insane for us, too. But that never gives you the right to treat your paying customers like garbage. It isn't their fault you're having a stressful day. Literally saw a guy in there near screaming at an elderly man. Patience goes a long long way. Take a breath and maybe remember that without those customers, you'd be out a job.

DONALD EWhen I dropped off and tried to explain my issues the gentlemen that checked me in could have cared less. AS A MATTER IF FACT HE NEVER EVEN COMPLETED the check in and I had to call the 1-800 number 10 hours later and say that I had dropped the trailer off cause it was still showing as an active rental.
