Alan FVehicles are clean and employees are great! However, we always fall for the $19.95 advertising but end up paying $120. It’s still cheaper than paying to own our own truck but wish the ads were more realistic.

Rhonda TI have used this location many times and everytime the service or the truck was not great. The young man who helped me was very sweet - however, the truck was old and had many flaws. There were several trucks on the lot ready to be used but I was given the oldest.The sunvisors were both broken which meant everytime there was a bump or I turned they would both come smacking down, the radio didn't work....the managher at that store is rude (he was not there this time) - I have never had a top-notch experience at this location, this is probably my last time using them.

Tristen HI would recommend this to someone in that area simply because it seems to be the only place to rent a U-Haul for a number of miles around. The people were very nice, but it was an old shed with truck repair stuff going on inside.

JAMES SReduce time wasted getting reserved equipment picked up and customer on their way. For reserved rentals, have paperwork filled out and equipment staged and ready with people ready to get signatures and help customer to quickly leave. I had to wait for someone to finish cleaning inside a truck, then started paperwork, then located and staged equipment, etc.
CHARLES KEverything was really easy to rent a trailer. I had rented before so had the necessary set up. Everything was really smooth.

Cleynorn WLet customers know to check their text before they leave to take pics and agree to the miles/fuel. They highlighted the info in the packet, but do not check the vehicle with you before you leave the lot. Poor customer service
