I have used this location 6 or 7 times in the last 3 years for moving trucks, vans and pick up trucks and have always had great experiences - this time was no different! The customer service they provide always goes above & beyond and there are never any issues. 100% recommend this location!!

Matthew OI asked if the truck had a USB connection for the phone and was told it did not, so I bought an adaptor for the lighter. In fact the truck did have a USB connection and I made a purchase for no good reason. Otherwise, the pick up process was painless and the employees were helpful and courteous.

Kelly GWe originally reserved the smallest box truck for 11am. But the day before, we called and asked to change it to 9:30am. Somehow, the reservation then got moved to a completely different location very far away and this location did not have a truck the right size. So we ended up with a very large truck and it was much harder to maneuver this truck around town. The truck was also very poorly maintained. The check engine light came on and the brakes squealed and made terrible sounds. But the worst was when we were driving on the highway, the truck shook back and forth so violently that it hurt. That went on for quite sometime. We called the location to report it and they said everything was normal and not to be worried. A truck should not shake violently back and forth while driving on the highway.

Amy PMake sure the next renters know to clean it because the sign in the truck that says "$25 off" is misleading. It makes people think if they clean the whole truck they will save $25, when in reality you should just say people will be charged $25 if they dont sweep and fold the blankets. You would get more people to clean it. There was also a little trash in the front of the truck. We also thought it was a little strange to have to take all the pictures of the truck by ourselves... wouldn't that be the UHAUL employees job? Overall, the self-pick up went smoothly other than the app making us redo the passport info 3 times.

Marcus LI reserved a 10' truck on July 12th, to be picked up on July 19th. Reservation number 76458498. I picked it up on July 19th and mid-way through the day, I realized that I was actually driving a 15' truck. I'm not sure if there was an error at the pick up location, or if this was an intentional substitution. There was no mention of this when I picked it up. I suspect that I actually paid the higher rental amount and the 15' certainly burned more gas. Apart from that, the location was fine.
