Pick up process was good, but trailer had random bits still in it. Not an issue unless I get charged a cleanup fee (which I haven't yet). Drop off was terrible. Two employees doing the job of one. Had to ask him 3 times to repeat his question because it was such a condescending question: "do you trust yourself to back the trailer into a spot?" After missing the first time because both employees were hovering on either side of the trailer and I couldn't see where they were, he waves me off starts taking the trailer off. He tried to put my wiring harness and hitch away even after I told him I could take care of it as if he thought I was incapable of doing it myself. Had to tell him multiple times that I could take care of it myself and step in so he would stop touching my vehicle.

A pretty disappointing experience, I usually have good experiences at this location. There is a trend for consumers now, that trend is to pay more and expect less.

In fact the truck did have a USB connection and I made a purchase for no good reason. Otherwise, the pick up process was painless and the employees were helpful and courteous.
