I was very upset. I was supposed to pick up the truck in the methuen mass location at 9 am but they called me and said the truck wouldn't be there until 10. At 10 am I called methuen office and they stated the truck wasn't back yet I needed the truck to move my son to college They transferred my reservation to Lawrence. They were great but it put the traveling back 1 and 1/2 hours. I would like a discount for my inconvenienceANNE B.

Entry/exit traffic and lack of parking at this location is HAZARDOUS. Even after doing the online check in ahead of time, a bunch of time in duplicate questions at checkout are an insult and waste of my time. Trailer, like others I have rented in the past, has missing or broken--in any case insufficient--tie-downs. Also, the wheels on this trailer were so rusted that significant checks of steel were falling out. Unsafe!Kevin C.

The pay terminal did not work cards had to be typed in MANUALLY TOOK WAY too much time for each customer. The truck had horrible cheap worn wipers and it was pouring that day, brakes were dangerous, needed tire alignment and was disappointed, wont use uhaul againKelly C.

I think the $25 fee for picking up an empty can of soda is a bit excessive. Also if the car are going to be detailed anyway why a cleaning fee? Just another way to take money from customers. I've rented from.you guys for years. Will NOT anymore.JOSE M.
Customer service was 100%. Very nice man working. The truck it self had service tire warning light on. Note truck only had 9000 miles on it or so. Windshield was very dirty inside. I had to clean it to see. Sand in the cab of the truck. Outside looked not washed in quite some time. Plastic bags tied to the inside of the pickup trucks bed.JAMES B.

this location is the biggest cluster F i have seen. The space is ridiculously small and crowded with a single entrance/exit. No street parking - it sucks, sucks, sucks! I will drive an extra 30 mins to Wilmington MA location when I need moving trucks/trailers again. However to be fair the employees were friendly.MARK O.
