This was the first time I tried a U-Haul online rental and pickup/drop off. I was surprised at how easy it was to do. They require a lot of pictures, but the app works well and guides you through the process. I was able to walk into the office to the counter and request my key and i drove off - that was nice and fast - 5 mins! Drop off was easily done as pick-up.

Truck smelled like farm animal inside and was probably oldest truck on lot and idle on truck made it feel like you were gonna stall when stpped or blow up when accelerating.

The worst part of using this location is the ridiculously long wait upon entering the store. I have rented numerous times and every Saturday or Sunday morning is a 3045 minute wait. The line is long and slow and every customer is grumbling. The workers on duty do the best they can and apologize. I am convinced that the owner of this store simply does not care whatsoever as this never changes. I rent from Nashua whenever a truck is available.

The girl at the counter was friendly and outgoing however i tried to return the truck with the website and the mobile app and neither would let me do it myself. I really feel like uhaul ripped me off for $20

This is the second time I've had to rent a large truck (23ft covered bed) from this location. They always have the vehicle I need on hand; their rental prices are reasonable, and their Customer Reps. are knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. They continue to be my "Go To" place when I need to rent a big truck!! Good job all!!

Hi service was great!! I needed to change my rental to bigger one there was no problem took care of it As to improve I can’t think of anything. I rent 4 times a year same times to as I do Fall fairs I wish you offered a 10 ft cargo van that you can stand up in. As I rented in the past years from Enterprise. But great over all.

We originally rented the uhaul from another location. When we arrived there to pick up our truck they weren’t open. They hadn’t told us that they weren’t open on a Saturday. We had to scramble to find s truck because we had our help waiting at our house. Lu kily for us the UHaul I’m Lowell we’re able to accommodate us!!

No one present while attempting to drop off during business hours. Did not inspect truck when dropping off - but then charged me $25 for cleaning (for dirt OUTSIDE the truck??) Claimed oil in truck. DId not transport any oil. Even swept and mopped inside of the truck. Small amount, but charged without and notification and failed to inspect when dropping off.

we had an issue with our U-box being delivered late, and then was billed $94 for storage despite having returned the equipment, The charge is supposed to be reversed.
