Tim DI've been a repeat customer for years. This is the second old piece of garbage truck I've been given in the last few years. The fumes were overwhelming the transmission was rough. I will give your company one more chance and, if I get the same type of truck again I am finish with U-Haul

Terry STool over 15 minutes before anyone showed up in the building to help us. Person that did finally help us was very good. Overall, very unhappy with U Haul. I reserved a one way rental from the Rochester Hills location. This rental was confirmed. One day before the rental, they call and say there is no one way rental available and I have to go to Madison Heights to pick up the truck. Extremely unprofessional. If you confirm a reservation, you need to have the decency to fulfill this confirmed reservation. I will do everything I can to never use U Haul again.

Elizabeth GBoth the girl and the guy have natural pleasant, personable "Affect" or presants. NOT fake because have to, natural genuine good people. I'm a nurse and work with millions of people, their quality is so unique and rare. Felt so comfortable. Yes, will remember and tell people about them. Girl hooked me up to car with amazing comfortable skill. Never thought going to a uhaul would be so good experience. Thank them for making my day.
