Last time I came the unit was hella dirty. This time I filled up a little white, more gas than what was in it?Because last time they said it , it was a little bit more full they would reimburse me. Let all of a sudden rules change , and I gave them up thirty dollars worth of gas too much and they didn't give it back to me.

I usually rent from here and I’m a returning client, my brother and I recently picked up a trailer that was dirty, upon arrival the clerk gave me attitude and insisted that I should have received a call for a cancellation notice. I didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t be on the location. After trying to show her my reservation number, she continued to dismiss my effort for a smooth transaction and problem solving efforts. So it was a terrible experience at the clerks desk, not until someone else helped solve the situation. I didn’t get a paper receipt, no biggie, sometimes that happens. Then my bother and I noticed some extra cables on the ground that are for turn signals and brake lights, the clerk ignored them and my bother asked if she needed them, she gave attitude to my brother as well. I get that it’s hot and late in the afternoon, the usual people I interact with are always kind and helpful. Never seen her before, first time for a terrible experience. I would still come and rent and ask others to visit but if this continues I would rather take my business elsewhere.

I had received the truck and told them the check engine light was on and it said the gas cap was loose turned out to be that the gas line had been cut and they just assumed it was the gas cap sensor and said it was ok.

I was driving back and forth from Merced to Fresno with the last stop being Fresno. What an inconvenience to have to drive the truck back to Merced for drop off. How stupid is this? If I was driving to New York would I be expected to rerun it back to Merced?? I even asked 2 different times about leaving the truck in Merced and I was told no. That really needs to be changed no matter what kind of reservation a customer has. Also I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to get the truck because there was only 1 employee behind the counter. I think you better consider more staff on the weekends. So pathetic. I definitely will not recommend this location at all.

Tell the personnel to come to work with a better attitude. The reason I said yes to the above question about recommending to someone is it’s the only U-Haul in that location, but I was still recommended to someone. It was just one person deal with the bad attitude that morning.

Where do I start truck ran rough check engine light was on charge me 190 for 3 days but charge my card 219 still haven't seen the money the employee said I would and she charged safemove 2x not only would I not recommend i would help people move just so I dont have to see them get done dirty

We desperately needed an appliance dolly and we reserved one almost a month in advance and there was none when we went to pick it up with the truck. There was also no gas in the truck and we had to go fill $85 into the tank just to get it to 1/4 tank and we planned to only go 20 miles. Very frustrating.

Make sure the maintenance is up to date. I drove 8 miles before the engine light came on. It drove like the transmission needed changing. This is my third truck and no one had ever asked if there were any problems with the truck until this time, which indicated to me that they possible knew.

After being given the original receipt at the end of the transaction, we received 10 other emails changing the price eight different times. The whole thing put me on the phone for three hours.

Reyna was extremely aggressive this morning while hooking up my trailer. A piece had broken off for the light cable and instead of just taking it with her to get another one she launched it aggressively hitting the front door thankfully no customers were going in or out of the door because it would’ve hit them. Please talk to her or something this isn’t out first incident with her and we’re to the point of going to a different location to pick up equipment just so we don’t have to work with her and her attitude being unprofessional.

Drive up, wait a couple of minutes, rep shows up, checks gas, walks around van, checks that interior is clean, a few buttons, and tell me my receipt will have the adjustment - I appreciate the quick check-out process.

Check out was very clumsy. Trying to upload pictures of mileage and gas to app was terrible. We spent 1/2 hour trying to. Finally they just said take your own photos. Also, the truck gas was past e. Worried we would not make it to the gas station

without any reservations i went to this location at closing time, Larry took good care of me without making a face,and he was very helpful,upon returning the equipment (24hrs ) again close to closing time Reyna helped me with the process with a good attitude. Definitely 10/10

Better service specifically on what is asked or requested upon. If understanding was considered and offered for what I needed and was looking for, instead of whatever thy felt that was in there best interest for there own benefit. I was not satisfied, that was the first time that I was treated like that. I've always went through this location for all my u-haul services and always was meet with what I needed. Not this time.

Coordination could be smoother. I ordered a large order of boxes for pick up at 6:30pm. I called 800# same day to check if I can pick up sooner. I was told it was ready but when I arrived at site, they had a hard time locating my order. I gave them my confirmation and finally was able to pull up my order but nothing was pulled and was not ready. Another 15 min to pull my entire order. Otherwise, staff was accommodating and helpful. This is my go to location when in town for all my moving needs.

There was some technical problems with there internet that made my visit very long and also a trailer they picked out for me that had nails in two tires. But the team there was great they did their best to resolve the issues and were very professional. I like how they treat you there. Highly recomend this place. Very nice people. They deserve a raise.

The truck had a check engine light on ran kinda bad. The truck was dirty inside cab and in the truck bed. Plus I tried to see if I could do a one way and I walked in asking and the said it was to late to change it which was kinda crazy
