The truck was dirty. The say as full gas tank but it wasn't For mistake I return won't full tank and you don't hett to refund. The truck didn't had the gas cap

WOST Experience ever was not a full 24 hours rental rental came dirty it was supposed to be dropped at a different location but was wrote in at the same location which was incorrect or when I had called corporate customer service they informed me that I was incorrect and I had to drop it off at the same location and pay a drop fee or else and be more than what I was supposed to be no one was helpful no one was being polite I am very disgusted by the customer service that I had received I will never ever use the location I have been receiving customer service from ever again I would like a call From corporate office from someone very high up to make a high complaints

This is a busy location and at a busy intersection and we were not able to leave our personal vehicle in the parking lot while using a cargo van for two hours, but the cargo van was pretty new and the staff member who assisted us was efficient in doing so.

Show customer where things are blinkers and wind shield wipers. I was quoted for 1 week I only had the truck 2 days . It would be nice to get some of that money back.

The equipment was clean, but we turned around after driving 10 miles when we noticed the "check engine" light was on. We pulled off the highway to a nearby Uhaul and called and they said they knew it was on. We would have appreciated knowing this so we didn't add additional miles to the vehicle (and concerns). Also the check in on the app didn't work as far as the location finder even though this was on on our phone.

The mileage on rental van was 20 miles more and had 1/4 tank gas less. during online check in i uploaded a picture showing this and even flagged down a person who manually entered the difference in the computer before i left. then after return i still was charged 20 extra miles that i never used - i blame the online system but also the local staff for not checking in the vehicle properly from the last guest and charging me for the difference - especially after i reported it - please contact me with 20 mile refund and credit or voucher to incentivize me to ever use uhaul again and not go to budget - thank you

I ordered ahead online. Such a simple, convenient process. Took me less than 5 minutes to pick it up and 2 seconds to drop it off. So inexpensive and convenient.

Truck was supposed to be full when I picked it up, but it wasn't. I put $75 worth of gas into it for a 50-mile trip. People at the store were mostly helpful, but manager claimed he could only reimburse $50. Be sure you check the tank when you first get in!!

Very organized with the small space they own, we were able to park the dolly and catch the plane on time. Thank you. I wish they would have a larger space if they can acquire. It's a convenient place near the airport.

Next time make sure if a customer request a dolly it's in the truck. Because I request a dolly and when I noticed it wasn't there I went back to get the dolly the store was close. I shouldn't be going back when everything should be in the truck

You should check the odometers and make sure that you write down the right number down because When I rented the Van, It had the wrong number of miles on the contract copy that was handed to me and I was charged for 22 miles instead of the 7 miles that I actually drove. Also, your customer service needs work. Thank you.

The guy checking me out when I arrived was more interested in his phone than processing my paperwork, and he was quite uninterested in providing me information about the terms of the rental.

This is honestly my favorite U-Haul location in the cities. The employees are the best!! Every time I come, they're so friendly! 10/10 come out of my way to grab a truck from this location every time I move in the cities- even if it means paying a little more. Service is quality!!

I'm extremely upset with my experience with Uhaul this time. I've moved at least once a year in the past 6-8 years and have always used a Uhaul Cargo Van. This time I was given a smaller cargo van and ended up needing to use the van PLUS 3 other cars to move my stuff- this has never happened before because I've had the same amount of stuff. I was very frustrated and thankful for those I had helping me. Your cargo van models should stay consistent. This is not okay.

First truck= engine light on and ran VERY rough. Returned. Upon returning, the manager saw that I checked out the truck 10min before my scheduled time so adjusted.y return an hour earlier. This very much inconvenienced us on the back end. They gave me a working truck. Upon returning I waited 20min for someone to check me in. That process was smooth but everything else, a joke. Up there with greyhound quality, you use it because it's your last resort.

Was not able to get keys for my appointment until 40 minutes after the rental began. I was also missing the 2 dollies I placed in the order and was charged for. If the key boxes are not in use right now, that should be communicated prior to the rental appointment.

STAFF WAS VERY RUDE!! There was no customers in the store when I did my return to pay in cash. But they took their time checking me back in. Also it has been 2 days and money has not been refunded to my card. I am now on hold with customer service

The ramp was broken and had a bad temporary fix made to it. I had to climb under the truck to get the ramp out. I would have liked to have been offered a partial refund when I turned the truck in and informed them of the situation.

Uhaul we rented was very dirty and run down. The staff was great. But the vehicle the worst I have ever had. I rented uhaul numerous times.

I was quite concerned with the woman who checked me in was not wearing a mask despite the statewide mandate. The other (male) employee was wearing a mask. Everyone was pleasant to work with.

The mobile checkout process is so terrible, I just quit and went inside the store where a very nice gentleman helped me out. Why on earth would my license, etc need to verified EVERY time I try to rent a vehicle? I had to upload the photos multiple times, and the online agent said that she couldn't verify my license. Why not just add my license to the app permanently until it expires?

There should be more than one person scheduled to work. Also, the employees need to be more mindful of their work and pay attention to how they log information. The wait time was extremely long to get to the counter with only one person. If this is because of covid, you all should invest in technology that will allow your employees and customers the ability to transact outside if they desire to interact with a person vs via mobile. Additionally, I was charged an after hours fee, however, the equipment was returned during business hours and within my time slot. After returning to the location to reconcile the issue, I was told that it had been refunded. Over a week later, it still hadn't been refunded so I've had to call again to try and fix the issue.

The after hour drop off process on uhaul.com/share was very easy to use. Very helpful that you have this service. It was so crowded though, that I couldn't pull into the lot. I had to manually pull the trailer into the lot. There was just enough room in the driveway for me to get thru and leave the trailer in the lot behind a row of parked trucks. I assume the congestion was due to the Labor Day holiday and was thankful I could at least find a safe place to leave the trailer. I did some people leaving their rentals in the street and I didn't want to do that. So mission accomplished in moving my daughter to Minnneapolis for her new job and my wife and I her able to return to Chicago without worrying about this trailer.

My hitch was installed improperly and it could have killed someone in an accident. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of the Minneapolis location and when I did the manager did not once apologize or even slightly seem to care that due to the negligence of someone at her facility, a death could have happened. I will never use uhaul again and the Minneapolis location is absolute trash. Fuck uhaul and fuck the Minneapolis location. You're lucky I'm not suing you for incompetence and negligence.
