juan mOn return, posted sign says to remain with equipment. Workers were inside but no one came out. So I went in and dropped off key and that was it. Not a big deal but if sign says stay there worker should come out.

CHESTER GI would suggest double checking he vehicles for cleanliness and any malfunctions after each form of use just so the next customer doesn’t feel like they’ve damaged anything or feel at fault for the previous use of the U-Haul vehicles. Overall very good customer service and attentiveness.
Makayla HThis was very bad- first we were toel when we rented they would call to confirm, i got an email and when i called the location to check on the confirmation they said {did you get email well what is the problem}. We pulled in and there was no lights on in the building, I went to door to make sure someone was there and the person was working with lights off. the who transaction was in the dark. He was very unpleaseant to us and not coorperative at all. I asked about adding my husband to the reservation and he said really why, i said we are driving 10 hours and I want a second driver. I paid for the rental (which i am so glad was not a uhaul that was tagged with graffiti and asked about the 12 pads we rented and he said what pads. I said ok just forget it. He then handed us the keys and said your truck in around the side. I wass like in my mind like what, really. so we had to walk the lot to find the truck only buried in in back of other trucks. Thank goodness that my hubby can drive a semi or we would not of got that out of there. Hopefully there is not hippa laws in uhaul renting becuase he had someother persons ID sitting on the desk where you register in plain sight.
nancy bOverall, I had a good experience at this location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the truck I rented was clean and worked well. However, the wait time could be improved, and clearer information would make the process smoother. I would recommend this location to others.

Ken WNothing! Michelle was so helpful at the counter. I was extremely nervous and she was kind and easy going. Exples every. Multiple people cleaning trucks when I arrived. The cable of the truck was clean and the cargo was too. My moving day went well! Will use again, hopefully not for a while though!

Sheldrick EThe service was quick, friendly, and efficient. I didn't have any problems with the van. The only thing was that the vehicle was quite dirty and had debris left by previous rentals, and the parking lot was filthy- littered with garbage and hardware like two screws that could easily puncture a tire. I will use again and recommend to others, especially if they up their cleanliness standards!

CATHERINE RThe millage cost was not explained ahead of time, and the amount doubled from what I was prepared to pay. The service agent was also really rude, on his phone, and mumbled to the point that I could barely understand what he was saying.
ARIA CThis is the cleanest and most professional U-Haul I have ever worked with in the Midwest. The staff members are kind, timely, and more consistent than the U-Haul app for booking and processing orders. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the greater Twin Cities area for pickup and anyone in the country for returns as it is located within a quick ride to the airport in a high-density transportation area from busses to ride share options.
PATRICK FFront desk worker did not want to be there. I get it. Had to be there on the weekend. But maybe don't eat your breakfast in the middle of talking to us? Between mouthfuls of food and milk dripping off his chin we got our truck.

HOPE BWould have loved if I didn't have to scrape the snow off of the windshield or squeeze into the door that was parked so close to the fence while the trees were dropping snow on me. That was cold and sucked really bad. But, once I got moving, everything was chill.

BRIAN HI stood in the office and waited for about 10 minutes until someone showed up to help me. He was OK but lacked any sort of personality. The truck itself was spray painted with "Fuck ICE" (which I totally agree with BTW) and contained a donut in the cab which I can only assume was from the previous customer.

THOMAS AThe reservation and check out system was slow or down and the store didn’t have a backup process. This made the experience bad and frustrating for customers on a timeline. An alternative checkout system should be an option.
NATHANIEL LI left my car battery and my boots in back truck when I called up to this location I spoke to them in the win and checked and it was a 5-minute call and you can even review the call they confirmed it was there when I went up there to pick up the actual items that I left there I was reminded by the so-called manager that it was my responsibility and it was my fault that I left it there and that they don't remember me calling and that it couldn't have been them answering that the stuff was not there so it ended up missing and the manager was extremely rude and I'm sure the call was recorded

FLOYD TThe persons that checked me in and out were fantastic! Cheerful and professional. Only suggestion is, don't let a truck go out with a quarter of a tank of gas-it puts stress on the renter to refill right away, when I should be concentrated on my move.

NATHAN CI was trying to use your online website, thought I was reserving an 8' pickup in Burnsville, but as soon as I hit submit, it reserved one in minneapolis 15 miles further away. When I was paying $0.99 per mile, this added $30 to my bill. I didn't realize this until the night before I was to pick up the truck. I had lined up a couple of people to meet me once I had the pickup and it was too late to reconfigure my plans. I ended up eating the extra miles. I did give Uhaul an above average score as the pick up of the truck was simple and quick, and the return was even easier.

NICHOLAS GThe truck's tires exhibited poor traction, leading to instances of sliding. Additionally, the driver's side door did not seal properly when closed, resulting in a significant ingress of cold air into the cabin.

ISAAC TThe woman answering phones is completely unprofessional. The staff was talking to each other more than she was trying to help me. She yells to other people on the phone with a customer. For my call, she just randomly yelled WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, and a customer could easily think that was being yelled at them, as it did sound directed at me as it was right into the phone. You could hear them all talking in the background, whispering to her, she was not focused whatsoever. The manager was better...if that's who I spoke with, the issue was resolved. I gave him a heads up in his staff's behavior, UT who knows if he cares enough to do anything about it. The entire experience was horrible with Uhaul, from you trying to charge 450 for winching service, to your app not working AT ALL, and being disconnected 3 times from the chat service, to the horrible staff at the brick and mortar on Nicollet. I'll find another company to get the rest of my boxes from my old apartment.

Brittany DI reserved 2, four wheel furniture dollies and they didnt have any available when I arrived. I was counting on them to assist with my .move and it made my move so much harder without them. Made the reservation a week ago, not sure why haul wouldn't ensure my equipment was there when I needed it

ASADULLAH ATires on the van I rented were not sufficient to leave the parking lot. Got stuck in snow. Still got charged for the rental (I do not blame the employees for this, they did everything they could & were incredibly accommodating and helpful otherwise).
