We ordered a 8' pick up truck and it was switched for a van without us being asked and notified. When I went to pick up the truck there was no truck available and we had to take the van. I would have ordered from a different location if I knew a van was all that was available. There was no apology for the mix up by the staff and in fact, he just respond that he had changed it. I expressed my frustration that I wasn't notified and this was brushed off.NICOLE Z.

Our truck had a dolly and moving blankets in it. The dolly and moving blankets were constantly in our way while loading the truck. Finally, we decided to clip the seal just to get them out of our way. I do not plan on paying for the use of these, they did nothing but hinder our move.Cameron L.

You informed me quickly that the truck I reserved was not available, but an improvement would be to a faster, more immediate way to demonstrate your truck inventory. I reserved a 15' truck and made plans, only to learn an hour later that my only option was a 10', which meant another hour revising my plans for everyone involved. The only 15' truck had a door that was stuck when you tried to open it. one of the hinges needed oil. the track need oil. that's was a bummer in cold weather. otherwise the guys at the store and the service was excellent and friendly and helpful. definitely recommend. they let me easily schedule a later drop off.JEAN F.

The pick up process was amazing. The staff person that was working at that time (around 12:30 central) was kind, professional, and helpful. I want him to receive the highest remarks. However, I returned my van around 3:30-4:00 the same day. A different man was sitting behind the counter. He was on his phone and not wearing a face mask. He did not acknowledge people when they entered. I was very upset that he was not wearing a mask, and I almost reported the location to the state health department. This is reckless, selfish, and dangerous. I hope you address this behavior.Justin K.

We asked the agent specifically what would be our best option to make moving a single fridge from one location to the other and were told "the 20' truck is the only one with a ramp so that one". We then specifically asked for an appliance dolly and straps to be in the truck for our move so we didnt damage our fridge and he assured us everything we needed would be in the truck and handed us our key. When we arrived at our destination to pick up our fridge we opened the truck and not a single thing was inside. No dolly, no straps, not even the bag that holds furniture blankets. I had to drive back to the uhaul location adding unneeded miles to my trip to get the appliance dolly and again that was the only thing provided to me. Luckily the person we were getting the fridge from had straps and let us borrow them. When i returned later that night to return the truck after the location was closed I noticed that there were in fact smaller trucks with ramps on site. I feel we were oversold and massively under delivered. To make my night even more frustrating the app the process my truck return wouldnt work. I wrote a note on my initial agreement and left it in the truck in clear view in the hope that these issues would be addressed on my bill. Now i have my 'final bill'and there is a "damage/missing item" charge and the total mileage driven on it that was way more than what it needed to be. I am very displeased and will not recommend this location to anyone. Other uhaul providers have lived up to the brand but not this one.ASHLEY E.
The check-in area is very cramped and was under-manned the day of our rental. The mobile check-in did not work at all. The truck cab was a little dirty (dried soda in cup holders, trash under seat, dusty dashboard). The U Haul I picked up was a 6 by 12 trailer, it had dirt and old clothes in it. I had it for 7 hours and it was due back by 6pm. I brought it back at 5pm, I got an early 9am phone call the next morning accusing me of not bringing it back at all. They hire stoner teenage kids that don't care about customer service and are not professional when speaking to you on the phone, and these people have your card info. I had to physically go there and ask them "did you not check the u haul in when I brought it back since you hardly acknowledged me when I was there and did you rent it out the this morning?" yes, that is exactly what happened! I had to figure it out myself for them! NO apology, this was a 4 hour process and they were just accusing me of stealing their trailer essentially and I brought it back an hour early plus cleaned it for them. We used this location many times and always been pleased with the ease of use/service. But the trucks are always a little dirty. Not disgusting or anything, but definitely dirty.
