Fill the gas tank and require customers to fill the tank. When I picked up the truck, the fuel gauge was on 5/8ths. It's very difficult to fill a tank to 5/8ths full. I drove the truck 30 miles so I estimated a gallon of gas. After I returned the truck and checked the bill, I was charged for 4 more gallons of gas. This is not a great system.Trina W.

I wasted a lot of my time when I was given and assigned wrong keys. I was given keys of another truck and assigned another as a result odometer and fuel reading were different and not changing and I wasted a lot of time in confusion.Rishabh A.

Associate at the Mountain View location on el Camino was super nice. He helped us out quite a lot. We had a nice conversation at 7 am moved all day and returned to see him closing down at 7:00 pm. 12 hour day! And was still friendly! Pretty easy to get checked in an out of the location. The mobile return process worked better than expected. The gas tank is massive so look out for that when trying to target the 3/4 tank return.Zane L.

The online (APP) check-out of the van didn't work. The information was there (in the APP) but it asked for a QR code but I did not know from where. I went into the store and was taken care of very quickly. I just think the APP should have worked. Maybe not for this location.Richard F.

Maybe offer customers trucks that are in better condition and actually have gas in them. USB panel ondash was broken so you had to reach under the dash and push the USB holder part back in so you could plug in your USB connector. Truck came with barely any gas and I had to hit a gas station within putting the first 10 miles on the vehicle. After getting to my destination the check engine/emissions light came on in the trucks dash read out. I had to feather the throttle for the remaining time using the truck as it seems the transmission wasn't grabbing gears very well and that was with an empty cargo area in the back.Richard B.

The appointment process for hitch installation is painful. Uhaul support number has less clue on booking the hitch installation appointment. Each uhaul center is a franchise and support number has limited access to the center's booking details. Some centers have hitch components and some centers don't have. I have to literally walk into multiple uhaul store to get the component. Lot of room for improvement. But customers have less choice for hitch installation. Hence uhaul rules. Uhaul is yet to get a good competitor in this field.Chinthu K.

The dropping off the U-haul truck was easy and convenient. We were so satisfied with the U-haul services, so we filled a few extra gallons of gasoline (quarter tank) when we returned the U-haul truck. We will be happy to use the services again in the future.
