Being on hold because of an E alert for 30 minutes without any response is unacceptable. Having to pay for another person’s payment because u haul didn’t charge the card is unacceptable. The truck had a lot of trash behind the seats.

Schedule pick up was not until 12:00 but was there 45 minutes early and I was able to pick at that time. Staff was great.

JEFFREY Hthe entire experience was horrible. started when i contacted the 800 number to make the reservation. i requested 9 foot cargo vans and she booked some vans and some 10 foot box trucks. when i called to have it corrected i found out she booked more than i requested. i arrived at the location to pick up 3 vehicles and the sales person stated they only had 2 the other was down for repair but before we left he got in the vehicle and drove away. i inquired on why we werent notified the third vehicle was not available so we could make other arrangements and he didnt respond. so i called the 800 number to schedule to pick up from a different location the customer service rep said their were no other vehicles available in the area, which i dont believe was true. when we returned the 2 vehicles the sales person got in to move the vehicle into the overnight parking spot and backed into another uhaul van. we took photos and immediately called customer service so we wouldnt be charged for the damages.

JAMES MI tried to call this store during advertised open hours and got no answer. Check in was smooth and the guy was nice. When I returned the vehicle, that guy was rude. The truck was beat to hell but I was sure tried to sell an insurance policy in case it was damaged. The inside of the truck was nasty dirty. I was also told there would be a $25 charge if I returned it after hours. I was told there would be a $20 charge if I did not fold the blankets. I ordered a furniture dolly but it was not provided to me. Overall, not a good experience. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
SHERRI WVery unprofessional. I received a quote online for 110 to rent the 8 inch pick up truck for 3 days. When I arrive at the location, the gentleman at the register informed me that I would have to pay $260. I asked him to remove the insurance which cost $45 & then he informed me that I had to pay $210. I give him my credit card to process the transaction and leave. 3 days later I bring the truck back on a full tank of gas & these ppl tell me that I have to pay another $231!!! I asked why & was told that my payment didn’t process which is weird because you wouldn’t have let me leave if I didn’t pay first. Next, I’m told by the same guy that I have to pay another $20 and some change smh. I will never ever get a U-Haul again.
