Haidar AMy mileage was estimated to be 20 and the difference of 55739.4 and 55758.3 equals 18 miles. You had already charged my card 96 for 20 miles, blankets (which I did not get), and 49.95 for a 26’ truck. You added 51.13 to my bill…why when you owe me a refund?

charles hPick up went well Drop off was terrible. The location is small. Barely any room to manover vehicles or trailers. The female employee who checked in the drop-off was rude. Never smiled. Greated me with with attitude. Very unprofessional.

craig tI was charged a $20 after business hour fee even though I returned the vehicle in the app. After I put the key in the box the app refreshed and started over on its own. The dolly I requested wasnt avaliable so I had to use a different one that made my move more difficult.

Cheryl SI showed up at the time I had a 9 foot cargo van reserved for, and it was no there. I received advertising from UHaul stating if you show up for your reservation at the location you reserve loved and it was not there, UHaul would give you 50. I showed up at my time and location, and my reservation was not there. I ended up getting a trailer, which costs more than my original reservation, and took longer time and money because I had to buy a trailer hitch. The employees were great and helpful, but UHAL advertised they would give me 50 and it did not
Benjamin BThey forgot to put the equipment in the truck. We had to go back and get it. The truck was left fully empty with no gas in it. We have never had that happen when getting a uhaul. The truck itself had issues. When returning it in the interior light wouldn't turn off and and we had to Google a ton of ways to fix it. We finally got it off after 45 mins of trouble shooting. The staff was extremely friendly though.

Bart BIt was easy to drop off the Uhaul, and it was able to be done through the app. It was afterhours, and there was no interaction with personnel. It was a much better experience dropping off than pick up.

Will CMy problem is not with this location- it’s U-Haul corporate. We reserved a 10 foot truck at a location an hour from here 2 weeks in advance and we were informed the day before that no truck was available and we had to pick up elsewhere and we were given a larger truck as “free upgrade” when we didn’t want or need that. The pick up took a long time and was cumbersome while we stood in a dark parking lot freezing for thirty minutes. Then the lock didn’t work on the back gate so we had to go buy one.
Christopher SAC didn't work in the 1st truck. radio didn't work in the 2nd truck and the driver's seat was worn out. The minumin amount of estimated replacement gas was twice what was needed. With gas prices being almost $4 a gallon I felt ripped off.

GERALD BThe check engine light was on which made me nervous as to the reliability of the vehicle. Also, a quick discussion over nuances of driving a big truck would have been helpful. Being sent a YouTube video would have been good enough.
Phillip FBeing on hold because of an E alert for 30 minutes without any response is unacceptable. Having to pay for another person’s payment because u haul didn’t charge the card is unacceptable. The truck had a lot of trash behind the seats.
Ryan JSchedule pick up was not until 12:00 but was there 45 minutes early and I was able to pick at that time. Staff was great.

JEFFREY Hthe entire experience was horrible. started when i contacted the 800 number to make the reservation. i requested 9 foot cargo vans and she booked some vans and some 10 foot box trucks. when i called to have it corrected i found out she booked more than i requested. i arrived at the location to pick up 3 vehicles and the sales person stated they only had 2 the other was down for repair but before we left he got in the vehicle and drove away. i inquired on why we werent notified the third vehicle was not available so we could make other arrangements and he didnt respond. so i called the 800 number to schedule to pick up from a different location the customer service rep said their were no other vehicles available in the area, which i dont believe was true. when we returned the 2 vehicles the sales person got in to move the vehicle into the overnight parking spot and backed into another uhaul van. we took photos and immediately called customer service so we wouldnt be charged for the damages.
