Desk attendants made me wait over 5 minutes while they had an argument with boyfriend while on speaker phone.. other attendant who was with another customer interrupted his service to ask what I needed.. the other attendant cared less that I was there waiting and continued with their loud argument as I left the location..

Every time i go there to get a trailer it takes forever for someone to come out to where the trailers are to show me what one to take . One time i hooked it up myself then went inside and said nobody came Out to help so i did it myself

Employees are not aligned with delivering a quality service. They have a terrible attitude. You system is not customer friendly; I had to go to a different storage in Doral (40 minutes away) and then back to the North Miami facility in order to store my items. Webpage (My account) does not register the current sotarge rental under my name, which makes it impossible to make an online payment.

Employees outside acted lost - everyone sent me in circles. The mobile checkout process sent me to the wrong area to pick up the truck — still had to go inside for the keys, so not at all contactless, and not really faster. Was also given inaccurate info that led to me being overcharged. Just not a good experience; two in a row, two separate locations.

We dropped off the vehicle on 12/24 (a day before our rental was due) after hours with the same gas mileage it was given to us with and my husband left a message on the 24th stating the contract number and name. Someone from this location called us back on the 26th confirming that the truck was in their location. A few days later passed and I receive a receipt for $308 due to extra day feed and gas mileage fee - whoever processed the truck return put it as returned on 12/28 and the mileage was significantly lower than what we returned it with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

I rent a truck for my business almost every month or so from this location. This location is always understaffed, or the existing staff is not doing their jobs and being lazy. You always have to wait in line while the customer representatives take their time to chat casually about their lives, and on several occasions, a few of them commented how this is their last week working there because they don't like it. The trucks are never clean! I'm not saying spotless, but at least remove the existing trash from the previous renter and vacuum the dirt off the floor and a quick wipe will do it. No, it's always dusty floors, sticky seats, steering wheel, and dashboard! This particular truck I rented last time was a disaster, but I do not have time to discuss it. Just retire it!

Very sad and unpleasant experience. Representatives at the front office make you feel they are doing you a favor for being there. Made a reservation, went to the store and the attendant said I was done. He also said if I wanted I could “hook it up by myself or wait 5 minutes for the guy” I said sorry I'm waiting because indent know how to attach it. Waited and waited, headed back to the front office and saw the responsible of managing the trailers talking and laughing with reception personnel. Outrageous. Told them I was waiting and I was told “he was doing something “. He then headed to the patio with me attached the trailer and told me to go. Didn't check lights or asked me any other question. By the time I got to my destination I discovered that he did not connect the wires! Completely unsafe! I had no turning or brake lights while on traffic! Deplorable.

I made the reservation for a uhaul truck of 10 ft a week in advance, I was originally picking it up from a place closer to my apartment. They called the day before letting me know there were no trucks available in that location. They changed my reservation to the north Miami Beach one. When I arrived at my scheduled time, they proceeded to tell me there were no trucks available at all. Eventually they received at 26 foot one about 30 mins into me being there. I paid the difference and got that one since I was in a rush to meet the time I set out for the elevator in my apartment complex.

Customer service is very poor I called Saturday for a Monday pickup agent said 11:15 pickup but put 10am in reservation so I get there my reservation was canceled..The agent taking care of me at pickup counter was talking to me and her boyfriend on the phone at the same time and was laughing with him like I wasn't there…frustrating after your res was canceled

1. Poor customer service (employees demotivated and not proactive to help/take care of the customer); 2. reserved one type of Dolly and it was not available on the pick up. 3. I was sent outside by myself to find the truck, which I found out that I have to go inside the office again to ask someone to move the truck in front of my truck. The front desk employee gave ME the key to the other truck and I had to find someone to move the truck that was in from of mine; 4. After moving the truck, I had to go inside the office again to ask for the reserved items (Furniture Pads and utility dolly). Took a wilt for one of the workers to bring us the pads, and after a while and tired to go inside to ask for help, I called the office to ask if anyone was going to bring the dolly, which took another extra time. Not sure if I will refer or event use rent anything else from the same location.

I am trying go get a hold of a manager because my experience at drop off was beyond terrible. We were left waiting for help and they closed the doors, turned off the lights and locked the doors to leave. It was the worst experience ever.

Straps for wheels on tow dolly were cut short and did not reach all around the wheels to reach the ratchet on the front end of the wheel. I had to find and provide my own straps to be able to use it. Furthermore, even though the equipment was dropped off same-day before closing time, and checked in with staff, I was charged for an extra day.

Customer service is horrible, making a reservation online or on the phone never works because U-Haul never actually has the vehicle you reserved and the people working tell you “oh well” when they're the ones who told you to make a reservation online. Overall horrible experience as usual when dealing with uhaul

When the trucks are turned in ensure that the receiving associates are conducting Preventative maintenance checks thoroughly. My truck died on me while in use due to a dead battery. The associates were rude and unhelpful when I called to notify them what happened. I do not recommend this store location.

Staff was rude and completely uninterested in helping customers. The young lady that helped me seemed like she was struggling to keep conscious and had little interest in being there. When we had an issue with the keypad to get in we were admonished by a very annoyed front desk worker who told us we weren’t using both keypads. The issue was no one told us there were two or that they needed to be used together or in what order. We were supposed to guess. When I asked if she could just check the code in case it was the code so I wouldn’t have to come back she said just use both keypads as though she couldn’t be bothered. It’s a good thing your business model is based on demand and need as opposed to customer service and sales ability. You’d be bankrupt and out of business otherwise
