SIMON PI feel U hauls price are very high and not for average consumers. I paid 500 for 4 days? Which i turn in 27 hours later and still charged the same rate.

Claudio APicking up the trailers that I use from this location as well as dropping it off is a very simple procedure. They all work together very nicely at this location and they always have the equipment there that I need. There’s always enough staff on hand to get myself in and out of the location and on the road thank you again

LINDA PThe network system wasn’t easy for the employees to use, they definitely were super professional and I could tell the system was letting them down. They had to input my info 3 times that I knew of due to network failure. Definitely a great team it seems like. 100% would use U-Haul again and definitely recommend this easy process. Someone should give these employees a raise!!!!!!!
Preston MWhen dropping off, the agents did not tell me I could just drop the unit and leave until I asked so I ended up wasting about 20 minutes waiting for other customers ahead of me before I asked and they said I did not need to wait to be checked in.

TAMIE PMy heavens. Tamara (sp?) was my CSR and she was so professional and helpful. The system was unbelievably slow (please upgrade your system!!!) but she maintained her composure. I would have cracked. The manager Shaquille was right by her side when she needed assistance. Great teamwork at this location! (Plus, they greeted all the other customers immediately upon their arrival to the location)
mary wI noticed that the van was dirty once I got on the road. Had roaches crawl out of vents while driving. Van also had a slow leak in front tire which I had to call roadside assistance to have tire changed.
Evan SI've used U-Haul services several times (2 Vans, 1-10ft. & 1-15ft.) during the past few weeks. All from this location. The reservation process was smooth every time, but aside from the time I returned a vehicle during business hours, every time I attempted to use the U-Haul app to complete a return, the app was conveniently experiencing technical issues and would not load, causing me to be overcharged for time I did NOT have your vehicle. I can't help but feel like that is a deliberate act to force additional charges for customers, increasing profit for U-Haul. I hope that is not the case, but I am not easily convinced it isn't.

DENNIS CVery slow service. When dropping off I pulled up to the return area and no one came over. Another return pulled up as well and still no one. We had to come inside where staff were sitting around instead of manning the return area or even watching the TV cameras. Unhitched and put the trailer away myself. Trailer was caked with dirt on the outside; all it would have taken was a hose to clean it up. Equipment performed well and did the job though.

Jeffry PThe app should be more helpful as you did not know to take pictures of odometer and gas gauge until after I put keys into the drop box and read the big sign next to the box. Somehow you should be alerted as to those steps before you think that you are done with check out process. Otherwise the return place was fine.
Kelly HI have never had retail staff make it so clear that I was not important to them. They were engrossed in conversation about instagram and seemed put-out that I was intruding on their social time. Also, Truck was very grubby and seemed never to have been cleaned.

Chris RI rented a six by twelve trailer with ramp. The equipment I had to pick up was 66 inches wide. The ramp on the trailer is only 5 feet wide. Nobody told me this.So I drove over a hundred fifty miles round trip, wasted a quarter tank of gas and wasted five hours of my day.And I spent fourty two dollars on nothing.I try to get credit so that i could get another trailer but they said, no..I'm so dissatisfied and I will give you terrible reviews online

My other reservation was canceled due to Noone being at that store for pickup so when I came into this store I was already in panic mode but they were very understanding even though they were extremely busy themselves. I had a reservation arrived on time waited over an hour only to get to the counter and be told they didn’t have my van and cannot accommodate me to a truck and wasn’t going to offer another location until I inquired. Eventually after me demanding they do something a guy came from helping another customer and said he will rent a truck to me. Need better customer service and better check on system . Wait times are extremely too long . I never experienced this at other locations much more busier

Joseph MThe vehicle was poorly maintained and seemed to struggle to accelerate, shift (transmission) or hold the line on the road (steering issue). The passenger door would not operate from the outside handle. I literally drove the vehicle 6-8 miles total and put more than 5 gallons of gas in it. Therefore, it was not "full" when picked up, regardless of what thew gauge said. I made two trips to the store for boxes in the week leading up to the rental and the service was slow, lethargic and employees seeming to go through the motions with no perceptible timeline to help you no matter how long you stood at the counter. In my first trip, they charged me for boxes that accompany a glass pack even though the box has a clear pre-printed label that says "free with the purchase of a glasspak." The only bright spot was the woman that checked me into the rental - very neat, polished, energetic and thorough.

JOE II ordered two dollies and they had zero. They told me I could buy one. Why would I buy one for one day? That was a bad response..I was told it’s never guaranteed it’s first come first serve. Not a good way to do business. Lucky I had a friend that had one but I should not have to scramble on my end. I feel I should have been compensated a little something for the inconvenience. Not fun news to hear when moving can be stressful as it is. Also, the truck had graffiti on it.

I had to go look for the yard guy to tell me which trailer was my rental, and he had just walked out and knew I was about to get out there with my vehicle. Equipment was good, place is clean.

PHILIP DThe trailer we were given had faulty wiring. Thankfully we caught it before we left and they were able to switch it out. However, after we left and loaded the trailer we noticed something strange with the tire. We asked to trade it out because we felt it was unsafe. They said no. So we ended up taking the 2 hour trip risking our safety and called roadside assistance once we reached our destination. We then found out that they sold us a trailer with a tire that was coming apart. The road side assistant said that we were very lucky that we made it safely and that it could’ve blown out while we were driving. He proceeded to show us where the tire was wrapping a part.
