My only concern was I was charged excessively for the rental. My paperwork didnt reflect the actual amount that was charged to my account I only authorized a 100.00 payment but over 250.00 in payments was held on my card which I now have to wait several days for. The service agent was extremely rude when I dropped off the truck she was irritated that I parked the truck in the wrong spot. No one told me where or how I needed to park truck. When I parked it in wrong direction. I could hear the service agent saying Oh My God as if I was bothering her. I will never rent from this place ever again. My mattress got quite dirty and I didn't have e Bough pads. I went back 4 times buying supplies, I'd just suggest the store recommend buying mattress cover and renting extra pads. But all personnel were friendly and helpful.Deidre W.

Manager, Don, was a bully. He was angry with us from the first word he spoke and disguised it by being overly polite with words but very mean with attitude. I left feeling like I'd done something wrong. We won't be back or recommend. Truck was great, though.Darcy L.

I rented a pick-up truck for a couple of hours at 19.99 plus mileage. I put like 30 miles on it, and spent 6 dollars to refuel it. I was charged $54.57 I was never asked about insurance coverage and got charged $10.09 and when I asked why I was told to speak to the manager who told me that happens when you rent a pick-up truck instead of a regular truck which have coverage if you use your own insurance. I rented before and I thought they had my records and that was why I was never asked about insurance coverage. I was always treated very well before but this time all the staff was new and were never friendly. I was billed even before they checked the mileage on the vehicle. Bottom line, I will never use U-haul again and I will tell everyone l know that l ended paying $54.57 plus $6.00 on gas ($60.54 in total) for a 2 hour pick-up rental. What a SCAM.SAMUEL V.

I literally know of NOT ONE SINGLE SOLITARY THING you could do for improvement. I've rented from this location multiple trucks and trailers, finding myself FULLY SATISFIED each time. I think your location GM is named Rico. He and his staff have proven EXTREMELY HELPFUL and made every facet of everything EXTREMELY EASY. Their banter is good and funny while delivering high-level professionalism WITHOUT FAIL. It's simple to see the reason your company has long excelled in light of recruiting and training staff in the manner you apparently do. THANK YOU for such excellence! My review may sound like the employees at this location are family members or friends; they aren't and I've never met any of them outside the context of your biz. I've dealt with at least three different males and one female across the years at this location; EACH ONE performed in an awesome fashion. I don't need to hear from anyone but I'm more than happy to dote on them more ... my cell is 813-748-9830 and my email is firstname.lastname@example.org ... and anyone among your staff who'd wish any added detail is welcome to reach to me. I have also rented at at least a half a dozen other locations and the experience seems predictably, consistently stellar. Their computer system was down when we entered and they were struggling to get any trucks rented out. After charging my card 4 times for $100. Then our card got charged for boxes we returned and another charge were weren't aware of. Luckily the customer service was helpful and got everything fixed for us. UHaul is great. Their system was down when I went to return my truck so I had to followup with them for my checkout as my online account still showed the truck not returned 2 days later and then They charged me at checkout when it was a one way trip so I was double charged. Had many frustrations when attempting to rent a tow dolly for a car I needed to move a couple miles. First I called a local neighborhood dealer to ask if a dolly was available. I know it cannot be a guarantee that a trailer is available but they said they would hold it for me so I went ahead and placed the reservation. When I arrived I was told it was rented out to someone else. I asked if there are any others nearby and I was told there are non within 20 miles. So I called the next closes Uhaul 30 times before someone answered. It became very frustrating when I pulled up and noticed the only employee run inside to answer the call which of course was me. After going inside the employees told me my truck and trailer were not suitable for a rental which was not the case because I rented the same combination two times within the last month. So on I went to the last location. This location had no problem approving me and providing a dolly (within 5 miles of the other location). I ended up paying almost double because by then I had no time to return the dolly across town. I would like to be considered for a partial refund for the difference in cost for returning it to a different location because of the rude employees I had to deal with along the way. The uhaul website could be a little easier to use. It wouldn't allow me to continue after entering my info to create an account for easier check out. I would enter my credit card number and I would get redirected to enter it again. After several attempts and double checking my entries each time, I gave up and figured it was a glitch of some sort with the website itself.ALEXIS L.

Better method of taking information. Asked for alot of personal info before they could give me a quote via phone then once at location took a picture of my license on personal phone. Did explain after I made comment and offered an option but he already took pic. This day a d age there is too much employee theft to be doing that. The truck we got was rough. Over 100k miles and the transmission seemed to be on its way to failing. Power was inconsistent and the whole cab would randomly lurch. Thankfully it was an in town move with three stops so we made due, but truck condition is always a luck of the draw thing.Nathan G.

The truck on the inside was disgusting and cover in dog hair and muddy paw prints. At least I hope that was mud, and it smelled like wet dog. I would still recommend that location, because everyone was friendly and professional. The store itself was clean. Just making sure you have time to have them clean out the truck if it isn't clean, I had people waiting to help with my move so I couldn't wait. That was the second time I rented from them. The first time the truck wasn't the cleanest either, so I brought cleaning supplies this time.Tara Z.

The U-Haul wouldn't go over 40 the U-Haul had no power storing when driving when I turn right it will slide to the left broke up two bedroom sets equaling over $3500 of furniture was broken staff when I went back to return the U-Haul was rude didn't want to hear about the U-Haul and how it was driving return the U-Haul on a half a tank of gas and returned at the same day at six and now I see I got chargeTwice for something that I don't even know why and in fact I should've been reimbursed for some of the loss that I occur of using the U-HaulFelisha A.

Got there in time for my appointment but didn't leave till 35 minutes later. I needed the truck to pick up some furniture by the time I got to the guys house, had sold the furniture to somebody else because I was late by 45 minutes at that point.
