Quick. Easy. Efficient for a drop off location.

WILLIAM S⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely AMAZING experience at this U-Haul location! Even though I can’t recall the owner’s name, her customer service and professionalism were truly top-tier and deserving of five stars. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and her positive attitude made the whole process stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and her business. This is hands-down one of the best U-Haul experiences I’ve ever had—highly, highly recommend!

He was kind, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. The truck was very clean. I have rented many vehicles and this was the smoothest process ever. Thank you!

GREGORY EBad experience bad customer service I asked the lady if I can drop at a different location she said no and I found out I can but because I signed I have to bring it back all the way back there which is 45 minutes away from my house.

DANIELLE PThere were nasty coffee stains on the dashboard and cup holders. Try wiping down the trucks including the steering wheel before the next customer uses the truck. Disgusting! That’s how germs are transmitted and people get sick. Also explain to the customer the features of the truck. Especially for a 5foot woman struggling to try and figure out how the windshield wiper fluid, hazard lights, and rear view mirrors work. Other than that, Customer Service was OK when I called with a question.

CHERYL BMy experience with the associates at this location was positive. Everyone was very pleasant. The only issue I had was when I received my invoice I was billed for 14 gallons of gas when I only went 5 miles total. I called and spoke with Michael and he resolved the issue very quickly. Shout out to Michael!

AUDRIA GVery poor customer service. This was my first time using a U-Haul and I was unfamiliar with the process as well as nervous about driving (again first time). On top of that, I was already stressed about my move. So when I arrived only to be yelled at for not having the keys ready, it was extremely upsetting. I do not recommend.
Mallory CSelf Check in improvements. The check in process to pick up truck took too long. Request timed out. Needing to provide alternate contacts for reference and a picture of a lease or passport is excessive. The whole process caused an hour delay for me and delayed my movers which costed me money.

JAMES WI have pictures and video of the truck I was given was licking water in the back where my thing were put and my boxes got wet and when I went back I was told he could not help me he was rude and did not care thank for nothing not going back to that location, I will to the tampa location there better there.

MICHAEL CNothing. I was a walk in and Michael assisted us in a friendly, professional, and fast manner. He took the time to understand my needs and get me in the correct Uhaul. 1 small issue with the gas noted on the agreement and what was actually in the vehicle. I took pictures as proof but to my surprise, Michael identified the error before I even spoke to him…and sent the updated paperwork to me. In my book…that is EXCEPTIONAL customer service. When I returned the truck, I said the gas info is not correct. He immediately told me that he caught it as soon as I left and sent the updated paperwork to you. He didn’t want to call as he respected that I was driving and order loading/unloading the truck with limited time to get it done. This also confirmed to me that he actively listened to me. Well done Michael!!! Thanks for a great experience. I have had some really bad ones with UHaul in the past but this has changed my perspective on the company.
