My truck was a lil dirty on the exterior and towards the middle of the day the cargo truck gave out on me. I had to wait for roadside assistance and when he got there he said " I see what your saying but if you take it easy it should be fine". I explained that I did not feel safe and he finally got an approval for me to be switched out. I am not a mechanic but i do know that a vehicle that is not accelerating properly is dangerous. Disappointed that U-haul would do business with them.

Everyone who helped me here along the way both times was amazing and courteous. I am horrible with names, but I’d you cross reference my apt with whom was on shift at this location, they all were great. I was in and out no problem :-)

Rude children work there but what do you expect when the person assisting you is wearing a nose ring like a bull. Never again will I use this company. I should of known when I was trying to call multiple locations and that was impossible nobody answers. When somebody did answer from the call center the lady was incompetent and rude.

Helena Williams in customer service did an excellent job at reestablishing my confidence in the UHaul company. If it wasn't for her I would never rent from UHaul again. I was given 30 minutes warning by phone of the deadline to ick up my online reserved rental from the facility because it was about to close and I am not allowed to pick up vans by mobile phone. This was not stated in the app when I made my order and I should have been given much more time and notification about the deadline. In result I missed being able to pick up my van and had to get a truck from another location which does not have proper ratcheting system and therefore my equipment came loose in the cab and was damaged!

I had a tire blow out and was changed for the damage when a tire blow out is not my fault I made a report was told the manager was to call me in 24 to 48 its been 72hrs and no call talk to agents at the pico Rivera store nobody can help very bad assistance

They over charge me on the trailer adapter. The cost is $3 but at u-haul they charged me $14.

After making a reservation with an agent we proceeded to pick up our trucks and they didn’t have 2 26’ trucks as promised by agent. We went out of the way to another city about 10miles to be told we had to take a 17’ truck because the previous clients were late returning. It was a disaster. I had to reserve an other truck in East Los Ángeles where they helped us I will recommend East LA location they are professional.

Poor service people woeking there look /acted clueless couldnt find my reservation even with the confirmation# were going to over charge me if I disnt catch it and couldnt find the keys to the unit all in all put me an hour behind schedule

I picked up the 10' truck on Sat @ 8:41 AM and returned to another location at 10:27 AM, 2 days later. I was charged an additional $40 for the extra day along with a $ 28 coverage fee (whatever that is). Along with tax it ends up an extra charge of $72.10. I was not given a receipt for the extra charge at drop-off but was told a receipt would be sent to me. "Surprise?" I should have automatically be given a grace period.

Only bad experience I had was that the gentleman that helped me at the Pico Rivera area didn't seem to knowledgeable about making this rental. Once Jennifer came on the scene she was great.
