When returning the equipment tend to the customer that is returning the equipment and not start with the customer and walk away and tell then you be right back and have then wait 15 to 20 min. and not come back then act like your going to help when you return but the other serive person end up helping me help with the return like you when suppose to do. Otherwise every thing else was ok. That girl should be train better on the service counter.

Inspect and clean vehicles before renting to next customer. Truck that I rented was filthy, gas tank was empty and driver side door handle did not work. When I returned vehicle , service person informed me vehicle was rented to me with half a tank of gas and attempted to charge me for returning vehicle with improper amount of fuel. After viewing a picture I took of the fuel gauge on empty when I picked it up in the morning, he " waived " the fuel penalty.

I would help greatly to be given the right size truck. If a bigger truck was needed, it should have available, even if the cost was extra. There's no reason for a customer to endure such a loss.

I rented a 26-foot truck and it was horrible I couldn't see the dad for any life then I rented a small and that would had everything's lights on I could see the dash and it stops light goes on thank you

The online process made it easy to check out, however the information was wrong. On the original invoice it said my gas was 3/4 full when in fact it was a little over 1/4 full. After I return it, I showed them a picture of the gas discrepancy with the car mileage. They told me they correct it and I am all set, in order to save paper I told them to email me after I checked the email I see that they charged me 13 Galloon discrepancy.. I will call Monday and hopefully it gets cleared.

I was there on it other 23rd around 8am and there was a very rude female working at the time. Pretty much I am a Pasadena resident and needed to rent a truck since I ordered a fridge at the nearby Lowes next to this location. The female employee stated I needed to be a Pico Rivera resident and pretty much wasn't willing to help me. Thank you to Glen who stepped in and accommodated me and set me up with a truck and dolly rental! It sucks cos I spoke to the general manager Mike who never mentioned to be over the phone that I wasn't going to be able to rent at this location… the other guys that helped me while returning the truck were great as well. Thank you to Glen and the rest of the guys!!!!

Vehicle inspection should be a standard of service. Unfortunately, the vehicle I rented had dead bolt lock. I called Pico Rivera to get combination but referred to Corp office. This created a two hour delay in loading items into the vehicle. Very unhappy with customer service.

Person who checked me in seemed bothered that I was there. Kept looking at his phone as he was getting my rental in order. Could have provided better customer service. Person who checked me out was friendly, hence 3 stars instead of 1 or 2.

clean the trailer. Make sure the trailer is properly attached. I could have been killed when the trailer came off and began to weave at 55 mph.

I had a very bad experience with UHaul this time. My reservation told me to pick up the truck at a neighborhood location. When I got there the truck was not there, and there was no one on premises. I called UHaul and was put on hold for over an hour. Meanwhile my movers were waiting for me. I drove to a UHaul location in Pasadena, and the staff there was rude and dismissive of my situation, but at least informed me that I was supposed to go to this location in Pico Rivera. Why did they know that and I didn't??? When I finally got my truck it was an hour and a half late. I note that there was no particular issue with the service I got at the Pico Rivera location. But overall the UHaul experience was really bad.

The lady that checked due in was AWESOME the poor feedback is because the guy that came to check me in had a lot of attitude towards me when he saw that the Chain in the trailer was broken (I don't know when it happened or how ) even thou I had paid the 18 dollar insurance not cool will take my business elsewhere I had rented a 3 trailers in a 2 month span

When I booked it online it showed the 17ft truck for $29 I even made a reservation when I got there they charged me $39 and had no price list for a 17ft truck. So I took the truck but the truck did t have anything indicating on it how many feet it is, I asked the girl before taking it I need to pick up a deck board that is 16 feet it needs to lay flat, she told me yesterday the bottom part from one end to the other is 17ft, well I got to the location and the truck was to small it was only 15 feet! Next problem they marked the gas inaccurate I even to a picture of it, and I filled it up exactly where I picked it up, but they charged me about $9 for that as well. Total paid was around $85 and I drove down to the Home Depot 5 miles away, and ended up having to pay for delivery that was $150. I did a drop off so I didn't get to talk to anyone I just seen this charge on my email and it's to late to call them. But I will never rent from here and I have rented to many U-Hauls in the past.

It was great experience with them, usually go to one at Valley Bl and these guys are even better! Javier called me day before to confirm the appointment and when I got there Mike explained me pros and cons about the breaking systems and I was shocked that don't have to drill the holes etc. Very pleased with their service and highly recommend to everyone I know. Two thumbs up!!

The manager who's name I forgot kinda built black guy like 6 foot. That guy is a hero. My trailer light fuse was out and he was all over it. Saved the day. Saved my move. Cool guy too. Thanks man.
