customer associate when getting the vehicle has poor customer service. Didn't greet, gave little explanation to the process of renting the truck, didn't even say goodbye or goodnight when I gave a goodnight.

I will never use u-haul again. When I picked up the van from rosemead it had zero gas and I was told I had to fill it to quarter tank when I dropped it off then I loaded everything from my apartment in it and stopped and gas after in which the fuel line was cut and pooring gas all over the floor then I waited over 2 hours for someone to come fix. I was also made to the full $146.20 before I was aloud to drive off the lot with it, I was under the impression you pay when you drop it off. I have a complaint in about this horrible experience in which I want a refund in.

I found that the online procedure to rent the vehicle was much slower than doing it in person . (I did it in person in the past.) I do not frequently rent U haul vehicles so I will not gain any advantage in speed in the near future — it will be too long for me to remember the system.

it wasn't the staff. It was the truck. I had my foot on the brake at a stop light and the trucks engine started to roar, then lurch forward. I almost hit the car in front of me at Washington/Broadway in Whittier. It did that three-four times, so I had to put it in neutral when I got close to other cars.

I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 7am via mobile device and when I arrived I was unable to do so because the keys were not placed in the correct location and I had to wait until 9am when the store opened and it delayed my move by two hours.

I walked into the store 2x this past week and got the same service... The workers appeared to hate their jobs, were not helpful, and on their phones, occasionally looking up at me like I was stupid when I asked simple questions about renting a truck. I had to leave the store and call Uhaul and talk to a representative who explained more over the phone than the workers at the Pico Rivera location. The workers did not know the policy of the box return, and when someone came who knew the policy, he made me feel as if I was a lowlife because of how he did not greet me and made sure he double checked my boxes to see if they were used. After this experience, I think I will take my business to Budget or another truck rental company.

The vehicle had a very strong smell of marijuana and made working and moving very unpleasant.

Truck fuel was empty upon pick up. Needed to fill immediately. Low tire pressure warning was on. Needled to return to facility to add air to one tire. Other tires were at 60 psi wich exceeded the max pressure for the tires. Someone should make sure the air is within the correct range and fill the tank before renting the vehicle.

After hours Return process to confusing Basically sucks , also I did let someone at local store know I was keeping. The rental an extra day yet. 8:00 the next morning i have uhaul calling saying I didn’t return my rental as agreed left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing . Procedures in place don’t work Big waste of time for the customer.

Hire people with better customer service experience , young lady working there was very distracted on her cell phone and took pictures of my drivers listens with her personal phone not sure why that was needed I had made arrangement prior to me getting there and they had trouble finding it in the system so had to do everything over once I was there

The Uhaul at Rosemead was great. The original place we were supposed to return the truck to on Esperanza was awful. They didn't have employees show up that day to check in the trucks so the girl at the front desk said we couldn't return the truck. After speaking with her and her supervisor and trying to get a resolution for 30 minutes we were directed to return the truck to Rosemead - another 20 minutes away the opposite direction of our house.

I returned my uhaul to Pico Rivera u haul location since i was so un happy with Norwalk and the 2 girls were rude wouldnt print my receipt for me didnt want to help me about possible modification or refund on my reservation they told me to call customer srvc & Mike was the store manager

Only bad experience I had was that the gentleman that helped me at the Pico Rivera area didn't seem to knowledgeable about making this rental. Once Jennifer came on the scene she was great.
