It would be nice if disinfectant was available for customers to use before boarding the vehicle and make one feel safe. The vehicle was very dirty and I was not notified of any cleaning taking place of vehicle before hand. I didn't feel safe at all.BLANCA R.

Worst customer service!!! 1 employee to help several customers. I asked the guy with a beard if he could help me and he looked at me like I was crazy and mumbled something I didn't understand. WHY ARE EMPLOYEES TAKING PICTURES OF MY LICENSE WITH THEIR PERSONAL CELL PHONES?!?!?!?!? No one was available to help me take the trailer off. If your busy acknowledge me and ask me to wait. I made a reservation online for Alhambra. 2 days before I got a call it was moved to Rosemead. On the day of we were re routed to Pico Rivera and were not allowed to return closer to where we were at. Took us an hour out of our way to return the truck. Why would uhaul rent a truck out of a location that didn't have any. Changing on us last min gave us no choice but to deal with the inconvenience. Horrible experience.JODY M.

It is local and convenient, however small truck had a broken driver side mirror which made it difficult to change lanes. When I refilled gas I lost at least a half gallon of gas because the nozzle or the truck intake leaked, whe I told this info to the staff, he just shrugged with no apology. Before leaving with the truck I had to go back inside to tell them about the lock on the roll up door.CRAIG H.

The equipment itself was not in its prime , there was a hardness on the brake and it felt the brake pad was worn and continuously in friction with the wheels , felt as if the gas mileage was poor and the equipment which is a 26 ft instead of the 20 ft I booked , was empty on gas when I took itRavindran R.

I would love to know why employees take pictures of driver licence with their personal cell phones and I'm sure there's a folder created on their phone that all the ID's will be saved too and that is illegal.JASON G.
When I dropped the uhaul off the man working there did not look up from his phone and told me I was good to leave. Two days later I was told the Uhaul was never returned when I had, in fact returned it. I had to spend an hour on the phone confirming that I had returned it. I am pursuing a full refund.Julia N.
First off there was poor customer service, no greeting. Next after receiving the u haul there was no walk through with the customer. Lastly was over charged because I never received instructions on how to open dead bolt lock. I had to drive back in order to show me the trick on how to open it. You should have more trucks available for drop off at different location. I rented in Pico Rivera moved to Colton and had to return it to Pico Rivera totally out of my way and they changed per mile I could have went one way 30 miles but since I had to return it racked up a big billVALERIE M.
