Employees were great. Quick and easy pick up. Inside of the truck was clean but the front bumper was coming off and the fan in the truck only worked intermittently.

JAMES STLDR: Get rid of "Mel". I booked my installation appointment for June 4 at 3:00 PM through the UHaul website. When I arrived, I was casually informed that “Randy,” the installer, doesn’t even show up until 4:15 PM. No notice. No update. Just a complete disregard for my time. This avoidable failure cost me time off work and forced me to extend childcare coverage — both of which I had scheduled specifically around the confirmed appointment time. That alone warrants an apology and correction and none were offered. Instead, I encountered the GM (“Mel”) who was not only unhelpful but outright unprofessional. She couldn’t (or wouldn’t) provide even basic estimates or timelines. When I explained that I had prior commitments and wouldn’t be available after 6:30 PM, she looked at me like I was the unreasonable one. Then came the moment that should raise flags for any regional or district manager paying attention: another customer entered — apparently on his third visit — and she mockingly asked if he “had the same problem” as me and “wouldn’t be able to pick it up either.” That’s not just unprofessional — it’s straight up rude. As I waited for my ride, I stood there while she chatted on her personal phone, discussing how much of a “deal” she had already offered to the caller. No urgency. No acknowledgment. She didn’t even ask the other (brand new) employee to assist. I finally handed my keys to the new staff member, who was — in stark contrast — respectful and polite. I stopped in again at 6:40PM to see if the vehicle would be done and the "wiring was just being worked on" according to a different employee (Mel was nowhere in sight despite saying earlier that should be around until Randy was done all his jobs). Despite clearly stating that I would not be available after 6:30 PM, I received a call at 7:47 PM. To make matters worse, I had to miss more work the next day just to retrieve the vehicle. If I were in charge of this location, I’d be embarrassed. This isn’t just a scheduling mix-up — it’s a breakdown in basic operational discipline and customer respect. If this is how you treat confirmed appointments and working professionals, it raises serious questions about your leadership standards and employee training.

CHANDLER BImprove on customer service, organization and safety procedures. Staff were not friendly and were yelling. When we went to pick up the trailer, they left another trailer in the middle of the parking lot unattended. It started rolling towards our truck and my sister had to run and physically stop it before it caused damage/injury to our truck and ourselves. Also, we could not even get the trailer out once it was hooked up to our truck because staff cars were parked in the way and we asked the staff to move their cars. One staff almost backed up into our truck when she was moving it (just had to drive forward). We dropped the trailer off when it was almost closed, they unhooked our trailer and it started rolling down the parking lot again (but away from our truck this time). Also, if we had to drop off the trailer after hours, we wouldn't know how to unhook the trailer because the trailer has no jack. When staff are putting the trailer on, they should show customers how to take the trailer off with the tool they use. Another time my dad tried to remove the trailer after hours and the hitch almost crushed his feet because he was physically lifting the trailer off of the hitch himself.
STEPHANIE FHello, Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received. This was my fourth time renting from you, and my experiences have generally been positive. In my last rental, the truck was clean and in good condition, and it was ready for pickup at the scheduled date and time. The staff member who assisted me at your Regina office was also very kind and pleasant. The only issue I’ve noticed, which has happened occasionally in past rentals as well, is that the fuel level recorded in your system often seems higher than what’s actually in the tank. This happened again during my recent rental. Although I returned the truck with at least as much fuel as it had when I picked it up, the discrepancy in your records meant I was charged extra. Because of this recurring issue, I’m not able to rate my experience as excellent, but apart from that, thank you for your service.

JASON RI am a regular trailer renter at this location and spend alot of time at this busy location. The general manager Melanie is absolutely excellent. She is highly knowledgeable, friendly, very personable, and clearly dedicated to her job. What I noticed on the many times at rhe location is she remains very calm when dealing with customers, in what is usually a stressful moving day for customers. The last time I was in I saw a woman tell Melanie how there had been a mixup with her rental elsewhere and was so thankful Melanie was able to help her. If you dont know already you have an absolute gem of a manager in her.

Informed me I had hooked up the trailer wrong, which I hooked up exactly as the person that help me when I picked up. Told me that I hurt his hand because of it and then told me he knew who I checked out with and he does not know what he’s doing.

RICKY BI spent at least 19 minutes waiting in line to speak to the staffer when I was there. He spent most of the time visiting with the other customer. Much time was wasted hands down without doing anything else but visit. Luckily the staffer that was in the other lane called me over as soon as he was done. He looked after me well. The other other needs focus.
GARY GNice and quick - and affordable. Equipment was in rough shape and filthy ( previous user had taken it down graven following a rain) but the trailer got the job done.
CARTER ZOur movers were quick to get to the job but unfortunately did not have any equipment on them, but we did have our own dolly we were able to use. Our furniture was quite heavy so I really appreciate their help! Although they definitely ran out of steam at the end! They were very polite and always insisted that they move everything themselves and that things were wrapped. Always expect some things to get scratched or banged up a bit! Would definitely get movers again.

ADESANYA OThe gas tank was not at 1/4. I took a photo and left the premise to move. When I returned it said to fill it to 1/4 tank so I did. I showed them the photo and they said that because I took a photo and left I would not be reimbursed for the difference which does not make sense because the photo has the mileage in it which matches the form I had before leaving. I felt scammed and did not get reimbursed the difference in cost that I paid for extra gas. Super disappointing as a young individual and this is a major coporation that has no reason to be stealing gas from young adults. Thanks.

BELLA JThe guy who was working at 2:45pm yesterday was so lazy. Either we booked uhaul one day before and arrived there on our given time but we have to wait there at least 45-60 minutes and there was only one customer before us. He was working in very lazy way and just focused on talking continuously. Wasted our alot of time.

MOSES NWas contacted a day before my move to another city to be told that the uhaul was not available for the reserved time, that was booked 3 weeks in advance. Had to miss work and make arrangements due to the inconvenience. Management is unprofessional over the phone.
