Did not have the truck we requested. Did not tell us about Mobil checkin after hours. After we left the truck we got a email telling us we had to do a Mobil check in so not to get charged an extra day. So had to drive back to location and try to get on the wifi. Could not get on wifi then left, it is not in the best location after dark, then waited 20 minutes or soon the phone waiting for a service representative to tell them we could not get on the wifi site. She tils us to go back to the site and she would walk us through the steps. I said no thanks not returning there after dark. Had her note the time we returned the truck

Drop off was exceptional in Camarillo off of Santa Rosa. Laura was great as the original drop off at Academy rental was closed and she happily accepted the 10' rental. Laura was very friendly and congenial considering all the stress I was going through. GREAT JOB UHAUL!!

I'm not sure what has happened to this location over the past few months. It gets worse and worse. We are there every week and at times, it takes us over an hour waiting in line. The employee turn over is not acceptable. No one really knows what to do. Stephanie "the acting manager" is so rude and should not be allowed to deal with customers. This is not based on one circumstances, but with different of our team members. Your new system of check out is slower and without customer service. We as customers have to do all the running around and check out our rentals and then try to come back and tell you the issues. At times, we are pushed to use the application to get issues resolved. It is ridiculous! We are there every single week renting up to 4 cargo vans. Just a couple of weeks ago, I received a call from this place to tell us that our B.E. van needed to be repaired and was going to the shop and there was no other van for us to pick up. Totally unacceptable. I requested for them to locate one for me and I never received a call back. Vehicles are clean in the inside, but the outside are totally dirty and we have to clean the filthy windshield, because it's unsafe to drive. Not all is negative, Frank the outside person that at times helps me with the vans that has been there for years, has always treated us with respect, appreciation and amazing customer service. Frankly, because of the location of this U-haul in relation to our business and Frank are the only reason you have us as a client. You guys need to get your act together.

I don't know where to start. All I can say is that I had already rented the truck and had to return it, but I would have walked away if this was my first and only experience with uhaul. I also had a surcharge of 5 dollars for no apparent reason. I got the van with 3/4 tank. Returned with 7/8 tank. Was under mileage by like 10 miles. I don't know now what gives for the charge. The location has the worse customer service. Ridiculous wait times for a simple return. Undertrained staff.

I reserved a 26’ truck a couple days in advance with a credit card and an email on file apparently from several years ago. The reservation was confirmed and everything was presumably okay and confirmed until an hour before I dispatch an Uber, I decided to call to make sure the location does not need anything else and my truck would be ready when I get there. Well, they told me in the last minute that I needed to supply them with two references (I.e., phone numbers) for them to call on the spot and verify if I am who I say I am! In this day and age of people not even answering phone calls from their best friends or family members, you could imagine my shocked reaction. And when I said what happens if people don’t respond, they said casually “well, we are not going to be able to rent you the truck!! Everything worked out, but why the hell you couldn’t tell me that when I reserved the frigin truck???!!!

Get more counter help on weekends. Two people just doesn't cut it. Waited in line for over an hour. It takes to long to get checked out. The entire process needs to be revamped.

Get rid of the policy of calling to confirm 2 references and make any other changes necessary to speed up the process. My pick up time was 730, I got there early at 7:09 and didn’t leave with the uhaul truck until 8:09. It was a real inconvenience to have friends and family waiting for me, and to top it off I wasn’t even given the dolly I requested.

The check in process is way too long even after I did precheck. Also there was not enough staff to handle the large amount of customers on a Saturday.

Rude employees took forever to get trailer and I did a pre check in. Told if I didn’t like it I had the right to not rent from them. Apple Pay didn’t work and declined my card smart reply “your card is declined” so I use the chip for the same card and it worked. Calling two people to allowe me the rental is crazy if I wanted to steel something I’d use two people to lie, stupid system.

I has an appointment for 930. I had to wait in line for over an hour just to make it the counter. When I asked if I had to wait even though I had an appointment they told me yes. This location always seems to be short staffed.

Had a reservation 20 minutes away that was cancelled by that location and sent to the spruce location . They cancelled the reservation not because they didn’t have the trailer but because they didn’t have the employees to deal with it . I spent an hour and a half at the spruce location before getting the trailer and leaving . They didn’t have the correct trailer and had to take a tire off of one to put it on the one I rented before I could leave . The spruce location was not staffed correctly for a weekend they had one person trying to help 10 of us that were there while 5 yard guys I’ll call them ran around outside . I’ve rented many trailers from your satellite locations and have always had great experiences, this one was a train wreck from the start .

Ordered a 26 footer. It wouldn't start!! Even with jumper!! Had to rent a 20 ft.instead! Ordered blankets and dollies and they had NONE! All in all, 2 HR DELAY TO ME! Horrible Customer Service!!
