I had a storage unit now have 72 hours to move my stuff out. They just lock my unit on assumption and without notice. And it's probably because I the truck that I rented still has a balance but that shouldn't have a retaliation on my storage unit . So they looked in my unit and said I was living out of it . They just do whatever they won't and no I can't pay for a lawyer when they are in violation of California state laws on storage units. And they think just because they have a contract that favors them it overrides state and local laws. So please if anyone is reading this and won't to help call me at 9517326573 thank you

Front desk agent said she was new and didn’t know about the app. The app said, “head to the counter and skip the line to pick up your keys.” I had to wait until another agent with more experience gave me the keys. Other than that, great, easy process. I’ll return for sure.

I just rented a U- Haul truck 1-7-26 on sunnymead Bl. And they over charged me on mileage I didn’t go and I said something to the representative and I even had proof they were wrong refuse to make any corrections…and they still didn’t take care of ….. I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name but he was fantastic! He helped every step of the way and taught me soooo much about loading the car. This gentleman had sandy blonde hair and wore black sun glasses with facial hair (maybe a goatee). Overall I am completely satisfied and would recommend 10/10.

Everything was really good, but at the last minute, they tried to change my delivery date, which was unacceptable. I did have to get rather firm with them and they did deliver on the agreed-upon date.
I had booked months early and confirmed by chat several times my dates I was not notified either. I just reconfirmed my delivery date and they wanted to make it three days later which was unacceptable.
Other than that, everything was perfect it was great for my situation and super convenient

The staff at this location are extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They completely disrespected my wife yesterday whenever we returned the Ubox to this location after we had picked it up, since we did a self-delivery to save $100. We have rented with uhaul many many times and never had any issues until yesterday. Unfortunately we will never be using uhaul ever again. No one deserves that level of disrespect. I’m thankful I was at the house unpacking when this happened, because I don’t know what I would have done to that guy. I would really like to know his name. Whoever did the check-in of the Ubox and trailer. He needs to be fired immediately. My wife called me furious over his words and actions towards her. It’s completely unacceptable. I plan to escalate this matter to corporate first thing tomorrow morning.

One cotainer latch was broken but I fixed it for after loading there was another secondary latch that was broken that I didn't fix and needs hardware that I didn't have to fix. When the cotainer was delivered the top and bottom latches popped off but the primary latch was fine with my lock attached to it.

Staff at this facility is over worked and needs help. They are clearly understaffed and thier stress levels are clearly high. Thier patience is super low and it is now affecting their customer service. Upper management should take ownership of this problem and find a solution before you lose more customers like myself. I rather go to your competitor than see your staff struggle the way I did this weekend. They had trouble with your computer system, amount of customers, low staff or the staff that was there could not handle the amount of customers that come in on Saturdays. Either way, what seemed to be the manager was doing his best to keep a hold of everything while stressing himself out by trying ro be everywhere to everyone, mostly because he did not have enough help that day. I really felt bad for the guy and the other 2 staff memebers that were there. 1 even started his day before he was supposed to come in with a good attitude but by the time I cam back to return my last U-Box, he got upset in the location I off-loaded the trailer because he had to move it himself now. No one was there to guide where to drop it off and I left it where there was room without blocking a driveway or was in th way. He clearly was stressed and gave me an earful of which I suggested I can move it for him but it made it worse so I just left before I snap and make his day even worse. Please get this branch some help so you can prevent this from happening again.

When I arrived, a unit had not yet been assigned to me. I was assigned a unit by staff. When we went to the unit so I could see it and put items inside, there was still a lock on the unit from another customer. The staff informed me that they would work on getting the lock removed. I told them that I could wait a bit to put the items that I had in my car with me into the unit. However, I would need access to the unit within a few hours, when my hired movers would be coming to unload a truck full of furniture into the unit.
When I came back a few hours later with the movers and truck, the staff let me know that the customer's lock had been removed and that I could access the unit. When I went to the unit and opened the door, it was already full of furniture/belongings. The staff clearly had not ensured that the unit was emptied and cleaned after removing the lock. I think had to wait approximately 30 minutes (while I was paying the movers to sit and wait, also) for the staff to try and find a temporary solution.
I was eventually offered 2 U-Boxes instead. While I made do for the moment, as I was paying the movers all this wait time, U-Boxes are not what I need and I was not offered a long term solution. I will need constant, short-notice access to my storage unit, not U-Boxes where I would need to call ahead every time I need access.
Additionally, when I went to leave the facility and finish my move, I could not exit the parking lot with the truck because there were so many other trucks backed up parked and blocking the exit driveway. Again, I had to waste time waiting for staff to move trucks and create a passable driving route, all the while again paying my movers to have to wait, as well.
The facility was extremely understaffed all day. The two men working were working hard, but clearly needed more support. Extremely disappointed overall.

The uhaul corporate office booked a storage unit but the Spruce office had no record of my reservation. It was very stressful but they were able help me nonetheless. Also, there seemed to be only one person available to help me and there were a lot of customers there so it took way longer than it should have.

I was given a broken storage unit that was only able to close using the uhaul side to lock. I was unable to use the lever to pull the unit open and was not easily accessible. When I did pick up my belongings - most of my things had mice feces. I only used the storage for 4 weeks and was very unhappy with service and most times a U-Haul truck or trailer was in front of my unit making it unavailable most visits. I don’t believe I will reccomend or use U-Haul services again.

Honestly the staff couldn’t have been nicer & the manager Ed is wonderful. He painstakingly worked on releasing my car from the car towing device longer than he should’ve had to, as the chain didn’t have much slack.
He is clearly dedicated to his position there at U-Haul = pleasant, courteous & professional.
As he was walking in front of me to unlock the U-Haul lock off my storage unit…I noticed Ed reaching down and pulling out a weed. I was impressed.
