Have the movimg truck that the cu s tomer reserved in advance . do mot call the customer a say your truck you reserved was extend to the previos person. And charge extra milleage. Very bad customer service.

Nothing really, everything was great. The only issue I had to deal with was that I needed to travel on the toll roads and there was no provision for that so I will most likely be receiving a toll penalty.

My only negative comment is I reserved the trailer at the corona location 5 minutes from home after discovering the trailer wasn't there I was sent to ontario location 30 minutes away to be informed not trailer there so I was sent to riverside location to finally pick up trailer..for my convenience I was allowed to drop off trailer at my home location which was nice I will say the lady which I wish I knew her name the lady that does scheduling that I contacted through u-haul customer support line she was terrific outstanding and so very helpful she walked me through this process found the correct location for my trailer arranged for me to drop off at location bye my house and was all around a pleasant and helpful person to talk to. Due to her helpfulness and immediate customer service I will for sure be back renting from u-haul and refer a friend. Had the not come to my aid I wouldn't use u-haul again..

Lazy, slow, and rude workers. I got there at 9am and didn't leave with my reserved truck until 10:12am. The line had over 10 people and only 1 worker helping. I had already had a set drop off location but they took it upon themselves to change my drop off location and did not even tell me. The person that was suppose to assist me regarding the rental truck was rude and helpless and on top of that, he had a nasty attitude. (Wasn't able to get his name). This uhaul location did not follow Covid Regulations. I would never go back to this place.

My friend reserved the truck for us because we were homeless. But at the pick up place we couldnt pick up the truck. They said without having the actual card it was reserved with or cash we couldnt pick it up. So we used another card and she ran the card so many times the bank locked it. Very bad experience!!!

When I called to schedule the person I spoke with didn't know the equipment. I asked for the smallest with a ramp and of course the one I got didn't have one. I asked for an appliance dolly and of course it was not on my reservation. I was just troubling all the way around! Then the cost was to high for all these issues.

I received a confirmation for u share and twenty for hour pick up. Proceeded to the spruce location for said pick up before store hours to no avail. I called the hotline and was informed that there was no reservation for me. I said I got the email confirmation with all the Pertinent information and I could show it to them etc. and the person responded there's nothing they can do there's no truck for me. Which is completely unacceptable as moving is scheduled and this I had to pay the movers etc. but I had no truck to actually move. And it wasn't as if This was something on my part your system failed and I paid the consequences for it. Completely unreliable and unacceptable will not be using you again. I lost a money because of your inadequate system. Like why send an email confirmation if it's useless ?????

15 miles put on truck...they charged me a refill of 4 gallons!...that is less than 4 cents a gallon. I was truly ripped off...watch out.

I was very frustrated with the cost of a Uhaul trailer when leaving California. I paid $200 for a 6x12 trailer in Arkansas to take to CA for military training. I was shocked when I was quoted over $1200 for the same trailer to take from CA to AR when returning from training. I have never seen such a ridiculous inflation in my life. I understand supply and demand but this much of a cost increase is insane. I've never had a problem with Uhaul in the past but this experience has made me question whether or not I will use this company in the future. I highly recommend that Uhaul figure out another way to reposition trucks and trailers instead of passing such exorbitant costs onto the consumer.

The checkout process at the register - even with a reservation - seems to take a while. Maybe there is a way to speed that up? It's not that long a wait, so just a small suggestion. :)

Everything looks OK and the service it's bery good... sometimes the space to drop off it's to full I think you guys need some more space to drop off.

The young lady whom was working the registrar was texting while assisting me. I thought she was imputing information to the reservation but she was replying to a text message. Even during the return of the truck myself and several other customers were waiting patiently but for a long time for her to come out. She wasn't helping someone inside due to another customer had to go inside to get her and even when coming out there was no sense of urgency to help us and it was very cold outside

I reserved a 26' truck through U-Haul.com. The reservation was at location off Pierce St. On moving day, 5 hours before the pick up time, U-Haul called me to tell me that they did not have the truck available. They told me the best I could do is to rent a 20' truck from the Spruce facility. I had no choice. It took me 4 trips to move my stuff, when it should have taken me 2 to 3 trips with the larger trip. I asked for at least some sort of discount and I was told no, sorry. I will never use U-Haul again. However, the Spruce facility is very professional. Thanks.

$35 gas charge fir 18 miles means I got about 2-3 miles to the gallon, I can't believe the mileage is that bad. Gauges must be broke or something, that is ridiculous. And not returning my boxes because I didn't bring a receipt? Come on now, I bought them 24 hours earlier at the same time I picked up the truck - you have my rentals for years in the system, and can can't refund $5 work of boxes because you can't find that one?Terrible.

The pick up was great. No problem at all. But when I went to return the truck the person accepting the truck wanted to charge me for foot prints in the truck and said the gas was no aprox where is should have been. I made sure that it was exactly where it should be. So after a very long day this is what I had to deal with. Truck says 39.99 ended up paying 134.00 for 60 miles and 5 hour used. Their making a killing.

They were fabulous! Clean and newer truck, helpful and happy staff, charges completely reasonable and in-line with expectations. Compared to my horrible (second time, I might add) experience the day before at the Corona location with surprise charges of an additional 50%, a dirty and horribly old gas-guzzling truck (spent $60 in gas compared to $25 for the Riverside truck for the EXACT same mileage, and an unbelievably rude and sullen staff member (second time with this guy, and he's consistently this way), the Riverside location ROCKED IT. The Corona location, where I live, has lost a customer for life. Since I live 16 miles away from the Riverside location, unfortunately, this means that UHaul has lost a customer for life. I only ended up at the Riverside location btw, because I reserved a truck at the Corona location and was stunned to find out when I went to pick it up, that it had been changed by UHaul to the Riverside location WITHOUT TELLING ME. l had to drive 16 miles each damn way out of my way to get it and drop it off. Finding this out at pick-up was insanely poor customer service.

Customer service at this location is excellent. The truck I rented was like brand new. Operations in the yard were hustle bustle where no one was standing around waiting to be told what to do. I find this to be most excellent! This is my five-star gold-plated review for these Street Street location in Riverside California.

I'm military doing my move and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They change my reservation of a 15ft truck to a 10ft truck; keep in mind I had a reservation for nearly a month. Price difference was a $100 difference and they knock off only $100 for the inconvenience. Rather pay extra money to get the equipment I reserved. Wish uhaul was military friendly as I do move often, but will take my business. Thank you

They over booked and then I had to get a smaller truck which in turn made me have to make more trips and cost me a extra $54, so no I would not recommend your store to anyone.

A day or two before our appointment (set a week in advance), we got a call saying they didn't have the truck we had scheduled and were going to give us a smaller one and that 2 hours later than planned, which messed us up a bit when you have your move day all planned with help scheduled. At the office, we waiting quite a long time to pick up the truck as one employee sat on hold for 15-20 minutes without attempting to help anyone else and only one other employee was handling a long line of customers. When I finally got the truck, the driver side door needed to be repaired as it wouldn't close 100% and the road noise sounded like it was going to fly open at any moment. Thankfully the check-in process was simple and much easier than the scheduling and check-out process.

Honestly the staff couldn’t have been nicer & the manager Ed is wonderful. He painstakingly worked on releasing my car from the car towing device longer than he should’ve had to, as the chain didn’t have much slack. He is clearly dedicated to his position there at U-Haul = pleasant, courteous & professional. As he was walking in front of me to unlock the U-Haul lock off my storage unit…I noticed Ed reaching down and pulling out a weed. I was impressed. Thank you for everything.
