princess pIt was half of the tank but on check was says full. I filled it in fully and they say they not gonna give the money back because I’m laying. The worst place you can rent in. Don’t go to this place. The worker got the check and said he gonna help me but he just tossed it into the trash can. Don’t go there!!!

IJ CVery nice people but Uhual wasn’t i reserved a 20foot truck and I get to the location where i reserved it at and they told me it was at this location I go there and they didn’t have any trucks for me so I waited there for one hour while they where loading trucks up for other customers and one finally showed up I’m not happy!!

Tonya MI would find another supplier for renting a trailer. Took traveling to over 4 locations to get the trailer I needed despite having reservations a week earlier. Their guarantee is meaningless, they do not practice what they preach. They are not worth the worry of getting the job done. Worst experience in my entire life. This company has taken a turn for the worse.
BRIAN AFirst truck had check engine light and maintenance wrench on dashboard. Drove back and got another truck and was given WRONG DOLLEY!! Trusted Lazar when he said he put appliance dolley in. Got to house and WRONG DOLLEY! Returned truck and didn't even get offered a price adjustment or "sorry" will NOT be coming back. AND NOW THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE ON MY CREDUT CARD FOR $6.31 WITH NO receipt adjustment.

Michael GI really didn’t like that I just handed someone the keys and didn’t get a receipt or anything. I was so busy with the move, I didn’t even see your text about taking a picture of the truck until I got home after dropping it off.
Jeffery GThe only review I can even think of is the fact that I was overcharged. When I originally picked my truck it was for 2 days it was a pickup in Roseville Michigan return and Lansing Michigan. Somehow during the transaction without my notice it changed to one day. However the cost was not affected by this change it was still the same cost as the original agreement advertised on your website for 2 days one way move. I was charged 58 extra dollars without my consent or knowledge. This very much upsets me I have called and filed a complaint and requested a full refund so far I have not heard back

Maya BThe truck I had has a fair number of miles on it, the steering should be services. There is a lot of play in the steering wheel, someone not used to driving that type of truck might run the risk of losing control of the vehicle.
Dan MNear impossible to get into. All but one of their entrances were blocked by other rentals/returns. Getting to the other entraces was not simple either.

Kimberly HTried renting a trailer that has posted by any car. The worker at no fault of his would not rent me a trailer even tho my vehicle had the rating to pull it the computer would not allow him to rent it out. Forcing me to get a truck I dident need. Next time I will be renting a trailer off of fb market place and will pass on uhaul

Joe SThe steering wheel was dusty and dirty, and the oil change light was on. The vehicle ran very poorly—it was loud, slow to pick up speed, and overall difficult to drive. I have driven several other U-Hauls, and this was not an issue with those vehicles, so this experience stood out. The staff, however, was friendly and great to work with. Unfortunately, the condition of the vehicle left much to be desired.
