The 10 foot trucks were dirty and had standing water in the beds, I looked at three different ones and eventually had to use a different vehicle which created extra trips for moving everything. The First truck I drove only to find out it had water in the bed, was lower on gas than indicated on the paper work and the second vehicle was also lower in gas then the paper work indicated. I refilled the second vehicle to the same level as presented and still got charged for gas. I've never had this bad an experience with Uhaul before. Both vehicles were dirty in the cab and in the beds. The second vehicle had thumbtacks and used bandaids amongst the dirt. I will not be returning to this location.

Whoever checks trucks upon return found my laptop tucked under drivers seat and ensured it was kept safe. The truck could have been across the U.S. with my laptop in it--due to smart, hardworking staff, I was able to retrieve my laptop easily. Martine MI had not visited this facility for several years...my experience this week was very good and it is very much improved over the poor performance I experienced there about 5 years ago.
ROBERT OReally slow service (over 20 minutes just to check in) at the rental counter and the truck I reserved was not available which was incredibly inconvenient. Had to rent a much larger box truck that was too large to fit in my driveway which made our move much more difficult. I was offered a $10 discount for the inconvenience. Returning the truck was a pain too as there was trucks parked all over the lot including blocking the entrance and no employees moving them. Seems like they are understaffed at this location to handle how busy it is on the weekend which is not the fault of the employees but I would actively avoid this location after my most recent experience.

ARION LU-Haul has improved. It used to be a dirty, paperwork-heavy PITA to get a truck. Now it's almost easy. This particular location was well staffed, even on a Sunday, and the service was fast, and polite.

MARINO Jmy only thing I would suggest is that the guy walks out and shows you the truck instead of you having to find it I was in the middle of moving and it was very stressful and trying to find the number not even knowing where to look on the truck for the number to match the keys, kinda was a little stressful but the people at the front desk are really nice and great

MICHAEL BRented an Auto Transport to Colorado. Speak with Sebastian G. He knew exactly how to connect the auto transport trailer with the correct height. Explaining that I would fish tail if we positioned it differently. He then inspected my truck and operating the auto transport. We checked the lights, finding the right blinker to be INOP. He changed out the light assembly. Sebastian is an asset at this location. He is a young man but well-seasoned with the equipment at U-Haul.

Tobiahs RThe staff seemed pretty grouchy and were unhelpful … like they expected us to know how all there processes worked as if we were seasoned employees working there. No one really smiled or felt like they wanted our business. I pre-ordered some gloves and wrapping material that I received an auto-cancellation email for without explanation? I replied stating we still wanted those materials and to confirm my truck reservation was still in place, but never received a response. My wife went in to pick up some boxes and materials and the staff didn't provide everything she ordered correctly (missing one box which required a return trip). I'm not the only one who feels this way after discussing the location and experience with others. From my perspective it doesn't feel like a happy place to work and that is reflected on the Customer experience. I won't be returning to that location. Hopefully the management will continue to gather Customer feedback and improve processes to turn things around!

Now I have to replace the entire product because I have the shelves but not the base. RAY TThe Hispanic guy who "helped" me at the end of the rental was rude and showed little to no care for customer satisfaction. Two other guys and I were standing in line for like 10 minutes. The employee saw us and did not even say anything. He was chilling inside a truck, doing God only knows. Then he proceeded to ask me, "What you need?" Really, that is how you treat a customer? If you dislike your job, consider quitting and finding another one. Simple as that.
ORLANDO Rthe equipment I rented out had. a very low tire on the passenger front side i contacted the road sise assistance and they told me that they could only tell me to go put air in the tire at a gas station and i said how come they dont do it at the location they told me no that they didnt carry that type of equipment tnere so i drove the truck away with almost 13-14psi which made the truck very hard to steer because it kept pulling to the right so hard to control but after all the truck was very nice
