The customer service at the location I used in sharonville Ohio was amazing! I believe the man’s name was Tyler, was so kind and made the entire experience a great one! Moving is hard enough as is but this place did an amazing job of making something stressful and exhausting so much better. I’d recommend this place to anyone! They are a group of awesome people!
MAEGAN HWell the reason is that i.was over charged and don't no one know why but you took my 96.00 for the use of a car dolly for 3hours and I had it back the same day and I was told I was charged for three days and that is bullshit and I want someone to call me and explain to me why you all took my money and said it was returned late and you need to go to your camera and look at the date and time 11/13/2025 at 12:00pm in the afternoon and hltge contract number is : TD 2105D

Sajan SThe people at the locations were great. A couple of people on the phone not at the locations had no clue of what I needed or how to get me set up. The original time to pick up the trailer 10AM Thursday. I thought it would be better to pick up the trailer Wednesday evening so I called and got a 6:30PM Wed. time so I could load it for the Thursday trip. I called and the lady said no problem and I thought she set that up. I called the location Wednesday morning to see if I could pick it up a bit earlier than the 6:30 pickup time (to have more daylight). That lady said Oh the other lady set you up to pick it up Thursday evening, she fixed it and said more than likely I could pick up earlier cause they had a few trailers there. The only issue picking up was their internet was not working, and I was there for more than a hour and the drop off point could not be given right then. When I did get a site for drop off Thursday it was much farther away than the U-Haul location that was about a mile from the address that I unloaded the trailer. I finally got it changed and the guy at that sight was great. If it hadn't been trying to set up the rental with the off site phone calls and the internet problem at the pickup site, it would have been much better. I just saw this was a site review for Sharonville. I had to VENT. Maleaha on the phone and Angie at the desk were great. When I called back Rob was very helpful too.

DAVID HI was charged $11 for not folding the pads I rented. I was not aware that I had to fold the pads not to mention they should be checked out by somebody at your facility before they are rented out again so folding them shouldn't actually be necessary. You have no idea what people could be putting inside of those.

SCOTT WLocation has helpful and knowledgeable employees but is woefully understaffed. Space for customer parking is extremely limited. Staff can’t keep up with returns partially due to tight quarters.
MARC SSpend more time QA-testing your mobile app. I was not able to complete my drop off due to issues with the app not accepting one or more of my photos, not indicating which photos were the problems, and not having a means to go back in the process to start over without completely starting the whole drop off process from the beginning.
Christopher KThe truck I rented was not on full but I took it back filled. There was garbage that was on the bed of the truck that needed swept out, I returned it as I picked it up and charged a cleaning fee, then a late charge, very disappointed.

COLIN LEnsure employees are able to communicate verbally (not too high). Ensure the trucks are accessible (mine was parked in by another uHaul when I got there, then almost again while I was starting the truck and trying to pull out of the lot). Many trucks on the lot were damaged, and had no tread on their tires, including the one I rented- Hit a tiny pothole at 25mph with an empty bed and nearly lost control of the vehicle.

JENIENE FBad review due to downed computers. Was on a three hour limit to get trailer and to the shop to get the roller car. All credit cards were down. Employees were getting butts kicked and they were worn out. This shouldn’t happen to them. And they are bad ass ppl under pressure. People didn’t understand that they could only use cash and employees did everything they could.
JARED CMaybe cover more ball options because I'm going to end up taking this 2-in ball back. It is very low and I ended up needing another one that was much higher so that the trailer I bought for myself, after renting one from u-haul, would be level.
shannon lPicking the van up was a pleasant experience, staff were very friendly and helpful. But the power went out right as we completed business!! Van was great, clean, fairly new, drove great, amazing gas milage (22mpg highway). Was told to take a photo of the gas gage before leaving the lot, tank was just above 3/4. Upon return was told I owed for gas, but that was quickly settled because I had the photo! So it's recommended to load the photo of the gas gage to the U-Haul app before leaving the lot to prevent any conflicts upon return.

MARY AI had to wait a few minutes because there was only one attendant working. However, he told me up front it would be a wait and he hustled to get the previous customer, and then me, on our way. Give him a raise/bonus for his hard work. Just as important, add some additional help to improve customer satisfaction and guarantee a five star rating.
BRUCE AI booked movers thru U-Haul. Blue grass movers. The gentleman finally answere my call the day before the move we were disconnected, then would never answer again. I text him he asked for my confirmation number I asked thru text several times to confirm the move. He did not respond. I had to call U-Haul 4 different times to get this resolved. I was transferred once to the move help line and sat on hold for 40 minutes with no answer. I finally on call 4 had a representative cancel the mover and re-book another one. I am perplexed why the first representative did not do that on the first call. It was 7pm the night prior to my move before I finally had movers booked for the last leg of my move. That was horribly stressful and disappointing I got such ineffective customer service

TRISTAN BComputer system was down and took way too long. I received a call the next day to come pick up my trailer but it was almost to maryland. I was told they hooked up the wrong trailer only to find out that the location was wrong and the trailer I had matched my contract.
Jonathan TI rented a trailer from this location in 2020 and rented another trailer over the weekend again. Had excellent experience. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Returning process was very smooth. Many different U-Hual options. Highly recommended this location.

Mohammad PI walked in without a reservation after a negative experience at one of your competitors down the street. Your employee Tyler F was able to get me exactly what I needed and get my on my way in just minutes. Very positive experience, especially compared to your competition.
ALAN EI reserved a pickup and utility trailer online 2 days before my appointment, but when I arrived, the equipment was not ready. The pickup was apparently on the property, but had not been 'returned' in the system. It took about 30 minutes for me to drive off in my 'reserved' equipment. Also, the office is packed full of boxes and other moving supplies to the point that it is closterphobic. I appreciate having material on hand and visible, but customers should not feel like they are in a labyrinth while trying to find the rental counter.
MICHAEL TEmployees talking to each other was more important than helping us check in and get our trailer hooked up in a timely manner.
CARTER BThe staff was excellent. The problem was my mistake. When making the reservation the utility trailers gave several uses. I needed to move a riding lawnmower so without fully understanding the descriptions I thought all utility trailers had ramps. Due to this mistake I have to spend another hundred dollars to make it right.

JAVIER APassenger side mirror would not stay screwed tight. I had to keep a allen wrench with me to tighten it, otherwise it would spin outward.
JOHN LI would advise to accurately notedown the odometer reading before check out vehicle. And also have automatic number plate reading at vehicle dropping site as they complained me for not returning vehicle even did it.

JASON AThe Ingress/Egress procedure is awful, since the lot is so tight. The store and lot were a cluttered mess....very uninviting. The young lady who helped me was extremely professional and helpful, but the adjacent representative was the complete opposite. His mouth was so full of chew and couldn't speak clearly, He looked unkept and sloppy....He is not the image you want at your customer service counter. This location had what I wanted, but I doubt I'll go back.
BENJAMIN MOne person was by herself trying to wait on a line of customers. She did an amazing job, but the location was clearly understaffed. Took about 1 hour to pick up a rental trailer that was ready via online reservation. 45 minutes was waiting in line and another 10 minutes trying to figure out where to go to complete the pickup. Signage at this location is very poor.
Matthew CI want to shout out and send a big thank you to Angie R, she was really helpful despite there being a long line. She was patient with me and all the customers, the office was about to close but she stayed behind to help us all. Thanks Angie for your hard work and great customer service.
OUMAR NTyler, the technician who installed the hitch, did a great job on the installation. He trimmed the minimum amount of the plastic bumper and undercarriage in order to install the hitch. I couldn't be more pleased, and I would definitely have a hitch installed here in the future.

RONALD SGood location but very busy so I waited longer than some people who were regular customers. Those people cut to the end and maybe understood the App better than I did.
RANDOLPH FI rented a utility dolly and there is so much paperwork for it. And you can't check it in on the app the person did rent it for 4 hours.
