A very busy Friday evening. One young man working alone. He was very polite and professional and took care of each customer in a timely and efficient manner.

VINCENT TWhen I got there the young lady at the counter working linked my account with my cousins account just in case she did any driving. Then after I paid she said that there was a code that popped up on the account that said we couldn't rent the truck. She looked up the code and it was saying that my cousin owed money from the last time she rented a uhall. However my cousin pulled up her bank account and said no it was paid the money came out. Then my cousin had to make a phone call to a different department who could verify if it was paid or not and clear the code in order for us to be able to rent the uhall that day. Talk about stress full and while my cousin was on the phone she stayed she didn't have to link the accounts!!!
Allyson BThe ratchets on the tow dolly’s need to be greased frequently. The one I rented had dry, almost rusty ratchets which made it had to ratchet the tire straps down. Overall experience was fantastic and painless, the assist manager was very friendly and professional and made the process seemless.

BRIAN HI did not eat in there, yet there was food (pretzels specifically) in multiple areas. I tried to clean them up for the most part so I wasn’t charged. Maybe better customer service?

JESSICA RAfter returning the equipment, we were sent the bill with an after hours service charge. No such charge was discussed during pickup, and we have never had a charge from a u haul location for returning equipment after hours. Very disappointed, probably will not rent from this location again.

RODNEY MThe service was excellent, but my complaint is about how you handle the fuel. When I picked up the vehicle, the fuel gauge indicated full. I drove the vehicle a sum total of 33 miles. When I topped off the tank it took 9.11 gallons. I realize these vehicles don’t get great gas mileage, but 3.62 mpg is ridiculous. Obviously the tank wasn’t actually full when I picked it up. We aren’t talking about a lot of money here, but I want you to hear about my dissatisfaction. It’s your job to accurately determine the fuel level in the vehicle. There must be a better (more fair) way than just the fuel gauge. Everyone knows that virtually all vehicles register full before the tank is actually full. I would appreciate a follow up phone call to discuss further. You have my number on the order, but just in case 503-991-9943. Thank you for listening.

JOSHUA CIm not very happy I had to pay more for the drop off. When I made the reservation they said I could drop it off and it was set for a different city. The day I pick up that isn't the case. So your rules equal more money from me .

THOMAS SThe truck was clean and operated as expected, however when I filled the truck with gas just before turning it in, It took 6.3 gallons and I had only driven 10 miles. Apparently the lst customer had not filled the tank and I'm responsible for that oversite.
