First off the young man I dealt with was very nice and I felt he represented himself and the company well. My only complaint is the lack of explanation about return policy. I was not aware that all u haul rental places were not the same. I rented the trailer and returned it to another location unaware I could not do this was contacted by this store. When stated I was never made aware of this I was asked/told that information was in the contract that I signed. True it was, it would have been nice if this was posted at the register or if staff would have made this clear some how before departing. Management made no attempt to work with me on the problem and stuck to their side that it was simply my fault. With the exception of the issue noted above the overall experience was good.
DEAN S2 warning lights on, low air in tires, something wrong with right front when making load noise when driving. Windshield very dirty. Vehicle did feel safe, took 1 load and returned, had rented for 8 hours returned around three hours as unsafe to drive.
JOY HI really liked Travis, the assistant manager. But when we came to pick up the car there was one employee who was rude. My daughter waited the store while I went to pick up my phone cord so I can see the navigation and the employee told another employee to keep an eye on her. He then kept coming around to see if she would buy anything and told her about the self check out. We told the assistant manager about this and he apologized. Why would we steal when we are bringing the van back the next day? The day when we reserved the van, Travis was in and out of the building attending other customers and never once accused any of the customers in the store of stealing. Really loved our experience with Travis but the other employee really marred our view of this location. Plus there are no parking spots available for your car so you have to park on a busy road which I really don’t like to do.
SHAHROKH KYou took 2 items out of the drinks area and charged a cleaning fee. Thats just money hungry and greedy. Very shameful.

Kirk JHello, This was a very disappointing experience. I signed up on the app to simplify the process of renting. On the app is my phone number. When I arrived at the 12st location I was informed the truck was down for maintenance. So I could not rent. Ideally, a simple communication or telling me where to obtain an alternate truck would be welcome. I did rent from the location about 5 min away.

MARK CI have rented from this location many times. The staff at this location is always friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment is always clean and in good condition.
Pedro MThe Website experience is terrible. We asked in person, on the website and by phone to use a specific mobile number for updates. The website continued to send updates only to the phone number used to verify the account. Also the site is plagued with 404 errors.

TERI BYard was congested and I had to guess on where to leave the vehicle. The person staffing the area was helpful and understanding once she became available.
NOAH MSeats had very bad smell. Needs to be sanitized before giving to customers.

BRENT KVanessa was amazing. While at this location I witnessed Vanessa attend to multiple customers with ease simultaneously. Our trucks lights wouldn’t work and Vanessa still had other customers to attend to but didn’t make us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I was very impressed by her professionalism and knowledge when it came to troubleshooting our spark plugs. Would recommend Vanessa for everything pretty sure she could figure it out given the opportunity.

RONALD BCalled U-Haul couldn’t get ahold anyone the two days and 6+ phone calls, finally got through but not to the store. I ended up speaking with the call center representative which by the way was super rude. Went to U-Haul to pick up my reservation, come to find out the rude phone Represent live booked it for the wrong location. I was able to get another rental for the next day. Upon arrival. There was a line waited 10min to get in, once in only 1 representative was at the counter helping the line of people. At this point it was cutting into my rental time. Once getting the keys I was unable to back out due to the positioning of where everything was parked. Finally after 15 min someone came by and moved the big moving van out of my way. Once I came back after filling the tank of gas, I pulled in for the drop off routine. The guy came and looked through the van and checked gas and mileage. He said I was good to go. 1 hour and 30min later I receive a phone call from U-Haul saying they want to charge me a cleaning fee of $200.00 because of the smell and finding a maggot. It is crazy to me that I checked in the van before the return time with a representative and was cleared to go. I was told everything looks good. I do not think it is fair to have a hour and a half pass by to be charged a surprise $200.00 Cleaning fee. I believe that when returning the van, when myself and the representative looked at the van is when I should have been told that there would be a charge. I was cleared by the representative to leave and shouldn’t be charged $200.00 a hour and half later. This is what I would call a scam. Very bad experience all the way around with u-haul. I will not be back as a customer ever. I would not recommend this scammer business to anyone.

TIMOTHY WThe back window of the cab broke while driving, scaring the crap out of us and causing us to drive in an absolute wind tunnel! We had to objects in the cab that would have broken it and nothing touching the glass!
