Great customer service & helpful! The phone customer service, however, are not as helpful or friendly. When I call the local store I just want to be able to reach someone at that location but we always get deferred to the Uhaul hub & wait forever!Michael H.

Moving Helper was a disaster. Workers did not show and i repeatedly called with no answer. Calling Uhaul is a joke. Waited 45 minutes on phone and finally hung up. If you are at all interested in what occurred, call me @ 814-332-7470 George beislerGEORGE B.
The online process needs improvements, I could not access the online return process, it read â€œCannot find locationâ€ I finally gave up. I'm hoping I was not charged the $20 fee The call center idea is ridiculous, who has over 20 minutes to wait???? Worst customer experience EVER!!!! Please stay away from this company if you can. They were the only company in State College that had pods. I was stuck using them. They made mistakes at every stage of the delivery. They tried to overcharge me at every turn. They changed my delivery date by two weeks....later! Anytime you call, you have to wait at least 30 minutes to talk to anyone. The location in State College never picks up their phone. I had to visit the locations in each city, State College and Bradenton, FL to get anything done. They still messed that up too. Was supposed to have 48 pads...I had 13 total.Franklin C.

The staff is friendly and the vehicle condition is excellent. I also took good care of the truck and confirmed everything was clean when I returned the truck. However, they charged a $15 cleaning fee without any explanation...Xing W.
Of course I would recommend in State College. Have used there before and will again. Svc rep could using a little refresher on her presentation. Over all the truck performed as it should and in good working order. And you might want to check on the leak. She didn't care or make a note. All she said was an OH, and here's some paperwork you might want and said your done.HENRY T.

Absolutely nothing! This was the perfect rental experience. I had great equipment, ready exactly when I asked for it, a service person who hooked me up and got me on the road, and a return person who got me unhitched in a jiffy. And, while I was in the store, I watched one of the uhaul ladies help a newbie through a move with boxes, tape, and packing material. She really put the time in to help him. The overall experience was decent and effective. The rental process was pretty smooth overall, until the very end. When it came time to return the trailer (after hours), both the website and app would not allow me to take a photo of the trailer to confirm the drop off. When I called the customer helpline, the automated voice would not give an option to either talk to a real person or any other solution to my problem.ANDRE P.

There was a tampon between the drives seat and the middle seat. The transmission on the truck would down shift every time the truck was going down a hill making it impossible to get good gas mileage, as you had to constantly press the gas pedal to maintain speed.Andrew P.

I didn't know that if I dropped it off in the evening I would be charged an extra fee. They advertise 24/7! People should you of those extra fees depending on time.
