I was charged $ 40.00 more than I should have been. it was a 19.99 truck by the time it was over it was over 100.00. I was charged for someone smoking in truck that didnt. also 10 for gas. the gas I dont mind but the smoking is straight up bullshit. i want my money back!Christene H.

They didn't have a single wiring harness for their trailers. They sent me to the auto supply store to buy my own and said I could just return it when I brought the trailer back - it was a one way rental. They sent multiple people to the same store - who ran out of them. They also kept telling me my return was in Seattle - I kept clarifying it's not, I live in Arlington. They told me to just call the phone line when I was done and they would set it up appropriately. When completed I called to main uhaul number and they again tried to send me to Seattle. When I again said no, wrong location, they said they had to transfer me. Then I was told there was nowhere to drop until the next day. I called back and they gave me the Stanwood location but said I had to be there at 3pm. They said no self return. My text said self return, they said no - they have to be open. I got there early, waited until 3. When the location didn't open I texted the number on the door and was advised it was self return.greg J.

1. When entering the phone to speak to customers, do not collect their details mid way adjust leave the phone call to start over with someone else. 2. Encourage professional training. Upon visiting this location, I forgot I needed a card to rent the truck, I presented cash. The agent informed me of needing to use debit/credit. No problem. I attempted to buy the other items needed such as tape and boxes, with cash, then the agent begins smiling saying "I don't have change" the agent seem to have a very laughable moment at my expense, which was a grandiose waste of time, and absolutely not funny, no reason to laugh and smile in a customer's face.Dante S.

The cabin of the truck was the dirtiest I have ever seen in the 30+ years of renting from Uhaul. It was like a cement powder bomb had gone off inside the cab.Mark F.

My desired location is in lodi, ca. I went to lodi uhaul not knowing my truck was not available. I had to drive really fast to Wilson way u haul. This is unacceptable. Nobody called me about this. I had to pay extra monies for my mover. I would like to speak to a supervisorKONGMENG T.

I was over charged by 70 miles. I went from Stockton to Fresno State University which is roughly 260 miles but I was charged for 303 miles! I'm not happy and will never use your service again nor would I recommend any to go there!!Donna E.

The truck was dirty with the check engine light on. The information I called in and got was false when I went to the store to pick up the truck. When I returned the truck after just 4 hours they tried to over charge me. The receipt says I only used it for 4 1/2 hours but they were charging me for 2 days... The agent inside that assisted seemed untrained and took 30 mins for a reservation I made online. He had no customer service skills and I had to go out and find my own truck, they advised to try the key and if it opens that's the one. And the other employee was playing music loudly on her phone. Was setup for 24/7 rideshare pickup on 7/8/2022, and upon arrival I called the support line for help and they informed me that the location forgot to leave my key at the Dropbox outside. I had to pickup my rental truck the next day in which I lost out on a $300 flight. I was offered $50 off for the rental not being ready, but that was not suffice in my opinion.adrian R.

I had a tow hitch reserved but upon arriving I was told that the hitch was already reserved to someone else . I had to drive over an hour to the Angels camp just to get a tow hitch. This caused my move to be delayed.. Very disappointed. I wouldn't necessarily blame it on this location as I booked through the 1(800) number but this whole process was inconvenient.Dajuan L.

David is an an example of how all a uhaul employees should be!! Great personality that includes humor and sincerity He does it all. From front desk, to helping customers to putting on tow bumpers, David has it down. The manager is amazing. With her long finger nails she hooked up the trailer and then went to the shop to hook up a tow bumper. The two work perfectly togetherPeter K.

I got fucked out of 65$. They charge me for 67 miles when, I only went about 15 miles at the most. From U haul on Wilson Way to 8st to Mlk and back to U haul. Now how in hell is that 67 milesJerry P.

When I arrived to the location to pick up truck. No one was in the store. But there was a man with a pony tail working on a truck (not uhaul truck). He bearly acknowledged me and said someone would be right with me. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting I decided to go outside and see if I could find someone. I did find a male and and we went into the store to get things started. and after we did everything on line he gave me the keys and told me to check the back of the truck to see if there was a dolly. He did not walk me out to the truck nor do an inspection of the uhaul. Also, had a lollypop in his mouth the whole time. When I drop the truck off the next day. There was a female there and she was very helpful and polite. Took care of everything and had me out of there quickly.Kimberly C.
