The answer to the cleanliness of the truck, the cabin (back) was fine. It was the driver seat area that was dirty. The door handle was very dirty and sticky and some of the steering wheel was dirty as well. Other than that, the whole experience was expected.

I was not supposed to pick up my Uhaul truck and equipment from this location. It was really out of my way and I did not like the fact that it was switched last minute. I am very disappointed in this. I spent a lot more money than I intended and would have gone with your competitor had I known this was going to happen.

I was told to drop off at one location by one person then a different location by others. I was transferred 8 times and no one was able to resolve this issue.

I was given a quote over the phone for $19.95 for a pickup truck for 1 hour.. they charged me $60.42 which to me is absolutely ridiculous for 45 minutes.. never again!!!

Do a visual inspection inclusive inside, and all around the outside of the truck or van, at least 2-3 times to check for graffiti, dings, broken headlights & brake lights, and/or flat or low tires. I was not offered to do this at this location. The gentleman was working out of a training ny suite. He handed me the keys, I drove off happy . When I turned it the truck, they told me that something was broken inside and on top of the truck and they are now billing me $1,893.99 :-(

three staff customer service at counter would make transition for customer to complete, reserve and authorize rental during weekends.. customers in line were very understanding and waited patiently. Counter person was very efficient and polite.

We tried to return the truck to National Petroleum on El Dorado and Park in Stockton before going to the location on Wilson way. We waited 30 minutes here without being helped so we left. The Am Sorado location was dirty and in a bas location. I will NEVER go there again. The Wilson Way Location was great.

Although the truck ran out of gas, the manager came quickly to bring gas. The customer service was excellent but the truck shouldn't have run out of gas shortly after leaving the lot.

They charged us $14.18 for fuel, yet we returned it with the same reading (3/8) as when we picked it up. I have not liked the new way they do the fuel because it leads to these problems/disputes. You used to get the vehicle with a full tank and that was easy to fill on return. I called the store but got their out of state center. He said he notified the store manager my problem by email and the manager would contact me. Five days a no call.

I booked by the general phone number and when I arrived there was no uhaul available for me. The workers explained this happens all the time because the corporate office allows overbooking when you call to make a reservation by phone. Please note I spoke to customers service while booking NOT THE LOCATION! THE LOCATION workers found me another uhaul that was much bigger but at least they did what they could to help me. The location workers were all very nice and the return of the uhaul was simple, quick and easy!

I requested a 6x12 trailer to tow new motorcycle informed them that the bike was 56” wide, when I got there the ramp opening was 57”, way to close for comfort on a new 30,000 dollar bike, I was pretty upset, it worked but I only had 1/2” clearance on each side, if you’re going to advertise 6x12 your gate should match
