I was very disappointed to find that a meaningful amount of truck space was consumed with a dolly that I did not order, and that I did not need. Instead of being able to use the entire floor space I had paid for, I had to work-around this attempt to up-sell me after leaving the store. Next time I need a truck rental, I'll start somewhere besides U-Haul.

We were not told that the $28 safe move insurance was per day and when we returned the truck, our bill was $56 more than what was quoted. We would like a refund for at least one of those days of that $28. Thanks.

Trailer light connector did not work. I had to buy a battery operated LED light to put on trailer for night driving. Was doubled talked on rate don't think I really got the best deal.

When using mover helpers, please have contact info. My movers canceled at last minute and now I can't get a hold of anyone to get my money back from the emails that I have which have no contact phone number

The pickup truck could have been vacuumed way better and wiped down in general better inside especially during a pandemic. It did not seem clean to me at all.

The employees were friendly and efficient. The truck was ready and clean. The pick up and drop off were seemless. The only thing that was not perfect was that the truck has a strong cigarette smoke smell. Once someone smokes in a vehicle I don't think You can get the smell out.

I scheduled it for 8 hours on Saturday but when I got there I was told I could only have it for 4 hours and it would be a50 $ late fee if I was late, STOP DOUBLE BOOKING THE TRUCKS

The employees at the Streetsboro location were extremely helpful. We contacted them last minute to have our vehicle checked and let us know what we needed. Attached out trailer and checked our lights. We were in and out very quickly. Very efficient!!

I was unable to return on my mobile Samsung. I was told that would incur a $20 fee. I was finally able to return it with my daughters i- phone. I don't think that this is acceptable when standing at a parking lot after hours. All mobile phones need to work with the return policy.

The radio was stuck in the on position and extremely loud. We could not turn it down or off or turn the station. There was now window washer fluid. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would use again.

The pick-up and drop-off experiences were fine; my only negative comment regards setting up the reservation on 800-GoUHaul... The reservation process was smooth, I accepted the $67 price for the one-way move; however, nothing was mentioned about the $25 insurance fee, which surprised me when I received the receipt e-mail. I won't protest it, but whether insurance is optional or mandated, it should be mentioned when reservation is made.

Truck was filthy. It rode really bumpy. Price was outrageous. Just not a happy experience. Customer service sub par. I will stick with Penske at Home Depot moving forward

This 10 ft truck should not have been rented out The drivers side visor was dangling down because the clip it could attach to was missing from the overhead headliner. It was attached with black tape that fell out when the cardboard window cover was removed. Both the sign out customer service person and the drop of person knew about this. Second person states" yeah, we've been waiting for a replacement part". We had to drive for 6 hours with the visor bouncing and dangling into view. We had made these reservations in advance and I believe there was a similar truck available at the time. Another problem we have had with this Uhaul rental & one we rented in April is that both had Check Engine/ Tire Maintenance check error codes on the dash that do not allow you to see the odometer reading. So we couldn't verify our mileage. Once again person states" yeah, you have to turn vehicle on and look real quick to see the odometer reading".

The labor assistance, Moving on Faith, that I signed up for and was billed for was actually not available, and they should have not been contracted. Please verify that labor services offered are actually available. This charge needs to be taken off of my account.

Truck was clean but very rough ride tried to call because my husband didn't know how to get it out of tow, no one answers. Car sitting in parking lot wich they made us move our car to the back of the lot and the hubcap was stolen off of it. I called and was told it's not their responsibility to call the police.
