Don't let people choose a pickup location and then change it 25 miles away the day before; also delaying the pickup time. You can add all the bonus miles you want doesn't make up for the time wasted.
GRANT JExcellent experience! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. They made the rental process quick, easy, and stress-free, and answered all of my questions with a smile. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely rent from this U-Haul location again.
MYKHAILO VLief about gas range. Believe the. Person was on some sort of drugs...was told my debt card was only charged 88 dollars an some change but when I looked on my statement it was charged 101 dollars an some change... was not happy at all with the people there at that location ..there liars and rip-offs..

GREAT SERVICE - friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, helped me with additional materials and ensuring the vehicle was ready. Good thing this is the closest rental location to my house because it is incredible

URSULA SThe online registration process wasn't completely user friendly. I had issues with the app working, I kept getting oops something went wrong on our end. The truck did have crack in driver's door side mirror; one headlight was out. I will use this location again when needed.
Sharon DThe vehicle had no blower fan working the A/C did not work and the parking lights stayed on even thought the lights were in the off position. I could not open the windows because it was raining so no air circulation in the truck.

Krista RStaff was great all the way around. The only disappointment was to find a small amount of debris in the back of the van upon opening the door for the first time, I assume from the previous rental. I cleaned it out - shouldn't have had to. Returned the van cleaner than I received it.

Craig GYou should honestly be embarassed. Could not get my information correct. Put my email on somebody elses rental. sent me their personal information... name, address, phone number, partial drivers license number, their contract. This was then connected to my app where I had the power to call roadside assistance or extend their rental if i felt like it. Has me wondering who had MY information.. When i got to the store you had my address wrong. Would think making an appointment over the phone would be the way to go. Then the audacity to charge me extra for gas after we dropped it off when we know we put in enough. The most ridiculous experience Ive ever had.

CHRISTOPHER AAmber was easy to work with for the one day reservation. Pick up and drop off was quick. I used the 15’ box truck for eight hour, 90 miles, without any issues. Will use again!
Lee TThe van assigned to me at first was smaller and not what was pictured on the website. I said something about it and they immediately changed me to the other van that was like the one on the website. Another worker told the person that was helping me that she “tells customers that the smaller van is newer “ When I started the van, the “check engine light” came on and stayed on, it was also very dirty. I kept the van and had no issues and cleaned it up when I was done so that it was better than the way I received it ( just how I was raised). When I turned it back in they asked if there were any issues and I told them about the “check engine light”. The gentleman told me that it was because they “had not figured out how to reset it after an oil change”. The van had over 16000 miles on it.
Michael VTrucks alignment felt off and when wiper turned on it snapped off and we had to pull over on the free way to fix it.
RIMA PI arrived early for my pickup on Saturday April 4th. The person on duty saw this and opened the doors early. Very thoughtful!
