great to be able to drop off when i needed to and not when they were open. I dropped off at 0700am instead of having to wait until 0900 when they opened.. it worked well for my schedule. Great checkout by manager when renting. Ended up buying extra 150 bucks worht of moving supplies to prevent damage to furniture. Good thinking on his part by asking me..

Extremely convenient location. I did on-line check in and it was slow.....not a reflection of the location. When I finally got the key, the key didn’t work but the agent came out quickly and helped us. The ignition was ”temperamental” according to the agent. Long wait times because of inefficiency in staffing - 2 people at the front desk who also had to take each customer outside one by one to get them into their rental vehicle. On busier weekend mornings (when people are usually moving), there should be 3 people staffed inside and at least 2 outside.

The customer service and professionalism was very low. The empoyees were not friendly. I waited in line for 15 minutes, than was told I had chose self checkout. Instead of offering assistance in checking out I was told to go find my truck and check myself out, understandable but it would have been nice for them to offer assistance. The whole process took nearly an hour. Additonally, there is no parking on site which is defenitely not ideal.

I reserved the large cargo (6x12) trailer about 2 weeks in advance, I received a call the morning of, that the trailer I reserved was not back or not ready, and they only had a smaller trailer available. I asked about other locations and there were not any in the area. Then when I showed up, the woman working there said she had to charge me the same amount as the large trailer I originally reserved and could not refund me or give me any discount. So I had to pay the price of the larger trailer I reserved and got a smaller trailer. The trailer I reserved was 376 cubic feet, and the one I received was 154 cubic feet. So I got a trailer that was 41% of the size of the one I wanted and still had to pay the full price. Because of this, I had to make 3 trips, when I was planning on moving in one trip in one day. My roommate rented from enterprise and I should have done the same, this was one of the worst experiences I've had as a consumer and could not recommend this place to anyone.

- Went in to pick up a pick-up truck after we reserved it online. As we walked in there was a line and only one cashier (though I thought heard several individuals in the back room). We waited nearly 15min before I was in the truck and on my way to my destination. Maybe there should be at least two people when a line forms or designated online pick-up line. - The cashier was very attendent and professional. She did a great job. - In the middle of our move the location called us to ask for information found on the keys. We were upset that they would call us in the middle of the move and disrupt our work. The location should make sure to have the information they need before releasing the truck. (or at least wait until the truck is returned the same afternoon). - Lastly, the mileage fee is incredible!!! $0.99/mile!!! I will not rent from uhaul again until this price drops. Home depot has a better deal and incentivizes returning the truck quickly. Uhaul should seriously consider this.

Make sure that the cargo light actually still functions and make sure that damages to the truck are properly documented with an (X) stickers. I got pretty paranoid when I saw major paint damage with no (X) sticker on the "mom's attic" that I didn't catch at the U-Haul store due to the trucks being parked so close.

I stood in line for over an hour to check in for a trailer. They were understaffed and I saw at least 4 people leave because they didn't want to wait that long. There was one person checking people in and they also had to take customers outside to their rentals.

First. Your staff was efficient and as far as I could tell working as fast and they could while being courteous and knowledge. However there were only two of them. On a weekend. At 9am Is there nothing in your system that prevents this kind of pile up of customers in the morings? I’m not some uncompromising idiot I would have gone to another location or picked up slightly later if informed at time of reservation that there were previously booked pickup slots or times. Again this is not about your employees but about your process.

Have someone at the location that doesn't appear as though he's on drugs. Also other than being able to "only give me the keys" (which was his only comment to me pretty much), have him be able to assist with any problems that come up which he said, when asked, that he couldn't help me with. Also Uhaul changed my pickup location that I choose to a location that was about 15 extra miles away but failed to add that to my allotment so I went way over my miles.

web site reservations are not accurate. I was forced to run down my own 5x8 trailer that I reserved on the web after it had been changed to another size. Calling the TWO centers close to me bounced me back to the main call center. On the third try a supervisor called a THIRD rental center and personally reserved my trailer. An extra hour in traffic to pick up a trailer I thought I had reserved 10 days earlier.. To be sure one must repeatedly call the local rental center directly because they do not have enough local staff to answer the phone.promptly.

There were too many customers waiting and only one person to serve. There was a long wait time. Once i got the key, I was told to go see a person outside who could attend me but i could find nobody there. Finally i spoke to someone who passed by and he just pointed me to the direction of the vehicle and asked me to just take the vehicle. Did not help me inspect around the vehicle or anything. I wish there were more people to attend the customers and their concerns!

There was one employee that I dealt with who just seemed to have no idea what he was doing, he dropped the f-bomb, shit crap, etc while he was helping my father and I. Maybe some customer service training would do him so good? Also, when he gave us a rate that was 3Xs the rate that I was originally quoted and we told him that, he responded with "well. thats just the way it is." His manager was extremely helpful. JT, I believe his name was, he was calm, and collected, got on the phone with the right people to help us out. Also, whatever is going on with how the franchise systems talk should be fixed. I was deferred to one store, and when they didn't have what I needed instead of telling me they changed my reservation, and when I called to fix it instead of really dealing with it they sent me to another store and just made it their problem instead. It really was a mess.

The checkin process showed info different from reality and different from the checkout confirmation receipt. AND, after returning, I was falsely charged for gas. Feels a lot like being scammed. The store, after confirming there was correct gas in the truck, could not issue a refund.

Excellent store. A manager who leads from the front. The crew was there early on a Sunday checking in equipment. I had dropped off my rental earlier, and came back to do paperwork, and was told by a crew member, "We're done, I'll log it in, and take care of the billing" I was concerned since I brought it back one day early, but he was right, the bill was correct. I usually use Oakland Rd. Milpitas, but Sunnyvale had the equipment I wanted this time. Both are great locations.

Giving me a truck with 1/4 tank a gas is a joke. You charge $4.50/gallon if the truck is not brought back with gas. So, you obviously collected from people 3/4 tank @ $4.50/gallon - but yet the tank is not full. I put in 3.5 gallons of gas @ $2.95/gallon - so you owe me 3 x $1.55.

I did question the attendant regarding the fact that we were given a truck that obviously had more wear and tear than another truck next to it. The driver door did not seal well and rattled the entire 2200 miles. The windows were also not tight which created a lot of wind noise in the cab.

The 5x9 trailer with ramp I was supposed to rent had the wires cut so I could not get it. I had to instead rent the one with no ramp. I asked for the price adjustment on my rental but the associate insisted it was the same price; I insisted he recheck the price because I knew it wasn't.

The entire online rental and return process ultimately results in a human entering the trip details into the local network at the dropoff location. Why automate the process for customers if you're not going to automate it for employees as well? Excellent service otherwise.

I returned the truck on Saturday afternoon and gave the keys to one of the attendants. On Sunday morning I received a call asking me when I was planning to return the truck. I answered that I had already returned it, the attendant agreed to double check the lot to confirm that the truck was already there. I had to call back 30 min later to confirm this and the person who took my call told me that she would go to the lot to confirm that the truck was already there. 30 minutes after this I received another call telling that the truck was indeed in the truck and that I had successfully returned it safely. The last 2 calls where very friendly and willing to help, but I am surprised that this confusion could take place. This caught me by surprised at one point I was worried that there may be something wrong going on. Fortunately this was resolved quickly, but I would not want this to happen to anyone else.

Re: Contract #28358076 Cargo Van One-day rental on 7/29/17 Returned vehicle to originating location at UHaul of Sunnyvale, 939 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94086, at 2:30pm. The customer service I received at this location - 939 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94086 - (upon return of my vehicle) was dismal. I am issuing a strong complaint about it in this communication. I presented an evidently unusual situation to staff at this location in that I had to return my vehicle to the originating location despite having contracted to return it to another location (San Rafael, CA) as a one-way rental. The reason for this was that my plans suddenly changed and prevented me from leaving Sunnyvale. I was treated coldly, abruptly, sardonically, patronizingly, and unprofessionally by two staff-persons, one male and one female. Neither seemed informed about how to handle my situation. One staff-person (female) needed telephone guidance from UHaul to know how to proceed. She processed my return coldly but without overt objection, and never explained the process she was transacting nor explained the policy concerning financial adjustments (or not) in my situation until I insisted on receiving an explanation. At that point I was made to feel like I had done something anomalous and wrong. I received no civil communication, no professional relations, and no understanding, only a chilly attitude and to-me offensive patronization. I never expected anything but clarification and transparency in this transaction. I complied with the policy that I eventually had to compel an explanation of out of these two discourteous employees. My complaint is about the rude treatment I received and the utter absence of forthright, ordinary communication and respect about the process I was undergoing, not about UHaul's policies. In my estimation, two front-desk employees at this location -- one male and one female -- require at minimum disciplinary action and retraining. I am a 62-year-old professional clinical psychologist. I approached these employees with courteous compliance until their rudeness and absence of communication compelled me to insist that I be given an explanation of the process they were transacting. Clowns working the front desk. I get it, minimum wage job on a Friday night, but COME ON. I'm talking about Lenny Kravitz and Fat Albert specifically. Took forever, rude and dismissive, and gave me a broken furniture dolly. (Pics available if desired). When I returned with the broken dolly, Lenny Kravitz said he'd comp the 9 additional miles I needed to drive back for a new dolly. Surprise, he didn't. When I got to my drop-off destination I was 7 miles over, and there was no note on the account. The awesome dude at Sacramento understood my plight and made it right.

Believe it or not. It took us more than an hour to pickup the truck that we reserved online. Only 2 customers were before us. But they didn't reserve on line. I totally understand that they need time to choose the truck. But I'd suggest having a separate line for those who already reserved already to just pick up the keys. When we get the key, we noticed the mileage and the gas level were not recorded correctly. So we had to restart all over again. The guy who helped us was nice though. The air conditioner in the truck smells. The truck AC filter need to be replaced. Other than that, the truck works great!

I completed all the forms to reserve a truck. I was unable to get the online form to light up the terms and conditions section. I tried several ways and it still didn't work. When I arrived at the office prior to the scheduled time I learned my reservation had been cancelled. The clerk had to enter the same information several times due to problems with the software. Instead of having a quick check in I ended up spending 45 minutes there. U haul is a big enough to maintain its website for its customers.

I am extremely UPSET!! The truck blew a back tire. The truck shook and resulted in much damage to the furniture inside!!! The driver was stuck in an area on highway 5 in California with no cellphone service. When they did arrive to a location where they could phone, they were put on hold for over 2 hours!! I indeed phoned from San Diego and was on hold for over 3 hours. Finally I chatted on the Uhaul website and the operator provided me with a link to get roadside service. It was over 4 hours since the incident occurred until they were on their way again. They had to rent a hotel room as it was too long for them. I therefore request a phone call from a senior manager in UHaul. I want restitution for the damage to the furniture and was reimbursement for the hotel room and other charges. We had a VERY difficult move, with heavy traffic, temperatures in the high 90's and delays actually being able to move things into our home. It was so nice to be able get some quick, friendly service- both when we picked up the truck and dropped it off.

Wait time was long and then I had to park my car in the nearby Starbucks and walk all the way back and forth. You have plenty of space for parking and should be able to solve it for your hourly customers, even if it means having a smaller inventory or trucks to rent. Without this change, I am not coming back and would rather rent it from a subsidery of yours that allows me to park there and the wait time in the line is zero. Otherwise, the truck and the staff helping me were great.

Two problems : 1. The truck's side mirror kept dropping towards the ground. So I had no blind spot visibility the entire day I had the truck. Which is dangerous. 2. The uhaul app kept hanging and would not go through all the steps for early pick up. I ended up getting the truck at 9:30AM instead of 8:30AM.

I paid for a one trip in uhaul 26 ft and was assured that I would receive a truck that was fully maintained and functional. The air conditioner did not blow cold air and even when used to circulate the extremely hot air from the day it caused the truck to shudder until it was turned off. It has been excruciatingly hot with temps in 90-100s and to drive long distance with a truck that does not have functioning air conditioning is a very big disappointment from uhaul. My understanding for not granting me my preferred location was so that I would get a truck that was fully functional, which didn't even happen.

Caused more stress and time that I was expecting. Better if I was called earlier in the week. Why don't you just fill the gas all the way up and have customers make sure it's filled up upon returning. I had 1/4 of a tank when I picked it up. Pretty dumb.

These guys rob you on plain day light. I did an after hour drop off. They charged me 10 dollars extra. Afterwards the location avoids all contact, gives lame excuses like they are not present at the location when you call them. Mistakes can happen while recording the milaege, but the way the way this location avoids your calls afterwards. I think they are trying to rob their customers in a systematic manner.

The truck had a speed governor and it topped off at 75 mpg but the speed through Nevada and Utah was 80 and I couldn't even keep up with traffic. We specified where we were headed so that kind of sucked. Doors were hard to shut - had to slam them shut. Truck had no cruise control - we've rented from Penske (though it was a bigger truck) that truck had cruise control. Truck averaged 14 mpg (I don't know if that is good.) In cab light was loosed so it rattled the whole trip. There is hardly any parking at this location to park to pick up truck.

The young man working that hooked up my trailer did so negligently and appeared to be doped up. I picture documented the odometer and was charged 1 extra mile, was charged for gas incorrectly given I filled up a few blocks from this operation returning with the exact same amount of fuel, again all picture verified to be fair to all. On arrival somebody had been smoking pot, the area behind the counter smelled like dead skunk. The printer was not working so I had to take a screen shot before and after u signed, something I would have done anyways. The truck ran ok although at idle the exhaust manifold rattled very noisely against the truck frame and the drivers mirror was loose and would not hold a position that was set. The side skirts were warped, but overall the body was reasonable straight. Disappointed about the overcharges which I will dispute, however all things being equal it was an ok experience. The guys who ran this store were polite enough but not as professional as they could have been, and if you want my honest input, they were stoners, not the best image for uhaul. The operation was bigger and far more well equipped than any other uhaul operations I've seen previously and I was impressed with the selection and organization.

I was told the 10 footer that I was renting had 3 seats. I was told upon arrival that it did not and I would have to pay for a 15 footer if I wanted my 3rd passenger to have a place to sit. I think its pretty messed up that you guys gave me the gas tank at 1/4, so I had to fill it to do anything, then when I return the vehicle you suddenly made out with free gas. I thought your policy was to always have the gas tank at 7/8ths or higher when given to the customer and for them to return it at that amount or higher - thereby making it so the customer wouldn't be screwed the way I was. Pretty sure you guys got about 10-15 bucks off me. Thanks.

The truck sounded very unsafe to drive. When I went to pick up the truck the had not done a safety inspection until when they went to hand the truck over and were trying to find the source of a noise that was coming from the truck which had 157k on it. It appeared transmission related. It rode extremely rough there was no such thing as a gentle ride every bump was felt. Extremely disappointed in the equipment.

When I arrived at the store at 11:30 there was a line around the whole store and only one person taking costumers. The people at the front had be waiting for 90 + mins. Eventually the poor employee called in one of the mechanics to try to help, but he wasn't trained on how to handle the system very well. I ended up getting the truck I reserved at around 1:15. 2 people had called in sick and left this poor guy to handle the weekend crowd all by himself. There should be someway to help someone if people call in sick so us costumers don't have to wait over an hour for something we reserved ahead of time and so an employee doesn't get stuck all by himself all day with tons of people. I don't know if the poor guy got a chance to even eat.

I got 15' truck. In contract it says the gas tank is Quarter full. The employee did'nt check if it quarter full. The tank is empty. I had refilled the tank to quarter full which costed me $46 which around 15 gallons of gas and drove only 8 miles. Neither the manager nor the employee took the responsibility of their mistake of giving wrong information on paper and not checking the truck before giving it to me. The employee said that someone might have stole gas the when you are not looking. and the Uhal of sunnyvale manager is so irresponsible towards customers and solving their issues

I've already talked to customer service, but I am very unhappy about my experience with uHaul. Even though the truck worked fine, because the trailer was broke down I had to wait 3 hours for road side assistance, I had to pick up at two different place due to no locations have both items I had to issue separate complaints. Meaning although I received a refund for the tow trailer, I am still waiting to hear back from the truck. The truck did rev the engine going down hills now matter how slow I drove. The RPM would jump up to 4 and get stuck there until I switched to neutral. Upon returning the truck I was told it was normal, but I don't think It should have been as extreme as it was. Due to this and the trailer with zip ties and a bungy cord holding it together I felt very unsafe.

It is always easy and stress-free to rent from the Sunnyvale U-Haul location (especially when using the register in advance feature.) It literally took only a few minutes to arrive, provide my ID and a credit card and get on the road with the rental truck. Terrible experience. I placed my order online in advance. When I arrived at the Uhaul, I was told they didn't have my reservation on file. Manager was useless and showed no empathy. Had to rent a truck (i ordered a trailer) which meant I had to make an extra trip to pick up my truck. Moving is a headache as it is, Uhaul only made it worse. Your phone customer services is perhaps the worst I've ever experience. If I could avoid it, I will never use uhaul again.

Made a phone reservation for 17ft box trk pickup @ Milpitas wanted it for 3 days told only 1 day To check with local dealer for multiple days Went to local dealer was told only one day, changed res from Friday to Saturday 9am. On Sat 9am told my Reservation was LOST. Agent called found truck in Sunnyvale. Although there were at least five 15/17 ft box trucks SITTING in the Milpitas yard. Not only did I have to pay for additional miles form @ to the drop off, also had to pay my moving crew for three hour stand by time. And the truck should have been retired 5 years ago. When I need a box truck in the future UHaul will not be on the top of my call list

The staff guy that helped me was clearly unhappy with his job. For some reason the SafeMove insurance that I selected online when making the reservation didn't get added to my order, and he only made that clear when we were at the truck, and he was super miffed about having to go back inside and change the contract, making it seem like it was my fault that the website didn't get it right. Also, because I purchased a mattress bag online, but my reservation got moved to a different location that had a truck available, I wasn't able to pick up the mattress bag at the store (have to go to the one I originally selected). This is pretty stupid on u-haul's part, that order should change to the store that I'm picking up at, since nobody has time to visit 2 u-haul stores on the day of their move.

so the uhaul place was very spacious, and no customer parking was not understandable. I understand that you do not want to occupy your parking lots with customers' cars but what staff members told me made me very upset and not want to use the location at all. they said "you need to move your car somewhere else" so I asked "where do you recommend?" she said "on the street" I asked "if there is no spot then what do you recommend?" she said "I dont know. you figure it out" What?? what kind of customer services is that? a staff who helped me out at the check out desk, was very unfriendly, did not explain things, did not answer my questions, did not satisfy me with her answers, very rude, and made me very upset. I picked up my truck on Friday and asked if I could keep it a extra day. I was told no and that there would not be any trucks available. I asked if in 24 hours I could exchange the truck for a different size and again I was told there wouldn't be any trucks available. I next asked if I could maybe delay renting the truck so my drop off in 24 hours could be later in the day ,yet again I was told no trucks available ... So I rented the truck and went home and immediatly reserved a truck for the next day (none available?). My pick up reservation was for 2pm the next day and my turn in time was 12pm for my current truck. I turned in my truck at 12pm and went back at 2pm to pick up my new truck and guess what.... It was exactly the same truck. How much extra was I charged to disrupt my plans and stop my move ? Is this a normal practice? The only reason for my rating being more then 1 star was because the service I received from Miles.

I feel like I was subjected to a bate and switch. I rented a cargo van for 2 hours and was charged $112. The advertising suggests $19.99 in city, this price is not correct at all. I will be disputing the charge to my credit card company. The staff were very rude and couldn't not explain my bill to me. It's much cheaper to just rent a van from a car rental agency. I won't be using Uhaul again. I may even turn over my thoughts and documentation to my company attorney. False advertising/bate and switch tactics

My experience was terrible. I was given a van with a low tire pressure. If I am paying $75 for a day I expect the vehicle to be already serviced. IT IS NOT MY JOB TO SERVICE THE VAN! I wasted so much time, money and energy trying to find a way to fill up the tire. Even then I did not feel safe enough to drive and nothing is more important than that. Please make sure next time you rent out a van to a customer it is in a condition to be driven

The van was dirty lots of mud on the attic inside. Our movers called us to have a look and said they had not seen a uhaul so bad before. I had to clean it before we loaded so sa not to mess up our stuff. Upon return I asked the gentleman who logged us in if we could get a credit as we did not use the dolly as our movers had their own gear and dollys (we had not broken the string that the uhaul van had either) he said no you can't get a credit as you asked for a dolly and 'anyone can put that string back'! wow! Ok! We just said ok and walked away. Other than that uhaul was fine checking in and out was perfect and timely.

My email receipt gave me a pickup address in Santa Clara, at a location that doesn't ever have trailers! They had no idea where I was supposed to go, so I went to the nearest other U-Haul location. They also didn't have my reservation. I looked at my order online and it said "U-Haul of Sunnyvale." Then I found that there are four U-Hauls in Sunnyvale, but there was no address, so I had no way to know which one! A clerk at the Santa Clara location helped me identify the correct one. This is really bad customer service. I wasted an hour figuring a piece of information that should have been correct in the original order and email confirmation. I even got a phone call "confirming" the pickup time! Get it together.

The staff on duty was all the things you would want: friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Not a criticism of the staff but when i choose the truck, I made the assumption that the 15 foot truck storage box was 15 feet. It's more like 13 feet. Maybe it makes 16 if the grandma's attic is included. I had to pick up some 16 foot lumber and expected that if I slid it in diagonally I was going to be inside. Anyway, I made it work; i put a red flag on the back and left the door up.

The left turn signal didn't work and one of the break lights didn't work. It was a terrible experience moving because I didn't know those things were not working properly. I was never given a chance to make sure and see everything was working. It was assumed they all did work properly. I was lucky my friends told me after a car high beamed me and honked me. My friends then drove slow around me and helped guide me so I wouldn't get into an accident.

Truck I received did not have a Full tank of fuel, but the agreement thought it did. Even after agreeing that it did not before I received the truck, the staff would not change the agreement. I was then required to bring the truck back to Full before returning it, even though it didn't start full. You effectively stole from me in so doing.

The scheduling process was a mess. I called to book a location, and the booking agent refused to tell me why scheduling would call me the day before, other than simply saying that they would tell me where i would pick up the trailer. When I tried to clarify to ask if it was the case that the trailer wouldn't necessarily be at the U-Haul location i tried to book online, she kept repeating that I hadn't booked any location. So when i got the call that the trailer was available over 15 miles away, I wasn't happy (and also wasn't surprised). That said, the last I spoke with from scheduling was fantastic, and everyone at the pick up and drop off locations were great as well.

The two rudest employees looked at me like "what are you doing here?!" when I arrived to pick up my one way trailer reservation. It was unbelievable. They remained rude during the entire interaction from start to finish. It was almost comical how committed they were to being stand-off-ish and unhelpful.

The person handing over the vehicle insisted that we cannot use the dolly and pads which came with the vehicle even though we had paid for it, since we can only use them if we haven't! He refused to alter the contract to remove the pre-pay. He said it was OK that the fuel was below 3/4 level even though the contract said it should have been there. And then the truck won't start. Of course, the manager solved all of these issues in 5 minutes.

The associate at the counter was very rude and curt. I wished her on reaching the counter and response made me regret that. She was not interested in any rapport building or small talk. I did not remember the zip code of my new house, and she almost scolded me for that. When I asked her if I could return the truck an hour later than scheduled as I was picking it up an hour later, she was very patronizing and rude in her response. The staff (Myles) responsible for providing the truck and explaining the equipment was super courteous and nice. He is the reason I would consider going back to this u-haul location.

Get your printer fixed... leaving w/o a printed contract left confusion including ending up w/o pads because the check out person didn't have a contract. Again, probably a UHAUL issue, but when I select a pickup location, and it is going to be changed, I should have been asked for my next preference, not just assigned a location that wasn't as convenient for me.

Maintain vehicles well : The truck I picked up had the CEL light on, and the service rep told me several times that it should be ok to drive since I am moving in-town Implement express checkin well: I had entered my information online (driver's license, contact #s etc) as part of express checkin. However, I had to go through the same process at the rental location.

Went shortly after opening and there was 1 employee (a manager) on duty handling many customers; 2 more employees arrived soon after so additional customers didn't have to wait too long. I heard many locations only have 1 employee during busy periods. Thanks for staffing with 2-3 people on a Saturday morning!

This comment is not directed to this store but rather the booking system. I scheduled a truck rental and got a confirmation email but then later received a call saying that the truck I reserved is no longer available. How could that be? The reservation should have reserved a truck for me. It seems like when you make the initial reservation over the phone that its quite meaningless because the booking is only confirmed on a return call. Why can't the first person have the information that the second person has? This happened to me twice and the first time I had to cancel and go with another truck renting company, making my move that much more stressful. I hope you can make this correction. or at least don't email me a confirmation number with a truck you don't have.

I received a moving van without a rear view camera. Backing off is really difficult after loading the van. I strongly recommend equipping all the vehicles with a rear view camera.

Keep Theives off your lot so they don't steal the fuel out of trucks. I was told there was a 1/2 tank of fuel in my rental 10 foot truck but it was on 1/16 of a tank. I had to put fuel in before I could use it. Otherwise a great experience with your company. I would rent again from you in the Future. Thank you and the Staff they were very nice and helpful.

Manager did not have time to go over damage to truck with me. Said he did not have time. Kept on saying that's why they sell insurance. Told me to sign slip or forget it. I said that we have to record all damage before I sign or I could be liable. He said that's why we sell insurance. He said that I was not allowed to take pictures first. So he was in a hurry, mad because I wanted to record damage on damage slip, visibly upset that I would not pay for insurance. I had to cancel right away. No one should ever go to this place to rent trucks. Terrible place of business. I would never use uhaul again.
