The true fuel level was much more lower than the level indicated by the app, so when I returned the car, I have to pay more fuel. Which means by drove only 9 miles, i have to pay $60, it's not fair at all. And the crew didn't really help, so I have to add fuel by myself then send the car back, the whole process cost me more than one hour, which is against the purpose of using app.

Justin was great! Showed me how to unhook the thing in case I came in after hours. Your lot is a bit tight though - Sunday night customers left trucks in places which made it hard to maneuver the parking lot. Great experience!

Despite using the app, had to wait a full 10 minutes in the office. App said "skip the line" but there was no staff to facilitate that, both staffers waiting on other customers and not interested in checking the app and grabbing keys. Vehicle windshield was dirty and had a few chips in the glass.

I was told that the truck had half tank of gas. When I picked it up, I was very fortunate to notice that it was empty, had I not noticed it, I would have been stranded in the middle of the road and my whole move plan would be disrupted. I was lucky to have noticed it and drove to the nearest had station which ofcourse delayed the process even more after the 45 minute wait in the store. And in the evening when I was returning the truck, and when I was trying to explain the situation, the guy in the store did not care about the issue, and just wanted to take the keys and get rid of me. After all the delays and disruptions, the least I expected was to acknowledge the misinformation but that didn't happen unfortunately. All in all, bad experience.

Good experience, the dude who rang me (black dude, I didn’t catch his name) up was a good dude, went above and beyond to help some women load some things into their car before continuing my transaction. Nice to see people with morals and respect working there. It’s unfortunately rare these days.

This uhaul is good. They have a large selection of trucks/trailers. The people working this location are courteous and helpful despite being understaffed. Unrelated to this specific location though, Uhaul should update their computer checkout systems however. Windows 2000 is not acceptable.

There was only one staff person checking in , so it took a lot longer than it needed to. Also, I did all the online check in stuff but it didn’t all show up when the staff person pulled up my record. She had to redo it. The technology is slow.

No intro / explanation of car whatsoever, didn’t get credit for filling up tank 25% more than when I got car, what a rip off!!!

It was very disappointing I had a confirmation from U-Haul.com and when I arrive to my pick up location they told me that U-Haul.com is not reliable and my rental was not ready was not there and I had to go to a different location so that was very very disappointing I will probably try to read my equipment from another equipment agency

Only one person at work with a line of about 6 people waiting. The employee was friendly enough but each customer took an average of 20 minutes, which meant I had to wait for about 1.5 hours to be served.
