There was no markings how tall my vehicle was. I couldn't use it when I realized this and I drove it back with only two miles and I got charged 45 plus for two miles ... Never going to u-haul again.SHIH C.

When changes need to be made it would be nice if some one could pick up the phone in a timely manner. I had to call in 5 times and was on hold for 35 minutes, that's ridiculous.PATRICK H.

We have some issues about the fuel charges because we got the vehicle with only half tank at the beginning and we refilled it to the half tank before we return. Unfortunately the online APP still ask us to pay for the rest half fuel. The stuff were very patient and helped us to resolve this issue. Thank you very much. The only disappointing part is that the van is a bit old.Zhe F.

I made my reservation thru the Campbell location 1 day before move I still had not heard from them. the wait time on the phone was 40min so i went to location & the said I would get a 20ft instead of a 15ft and that I would pick up in sunnyvale at 7am the next day. I was there at 6:45am and the doors did not open until 8:15am. I did however get a 15ft truck which I was thankful for. I was quoted aprox 209.00 and the bill ended up being 400!I. The service team in both places were very nice and professional but the process stuck! I would not recommend u-haul to anyone at this time.MARY D.

Just for 11 miles of driving I was charged 2 GL of fuel. And that too when it is analog speedometer looking at which one cannot determine how empty it gone. Disappointed with this kind of service.HIMANSHU S.
Allow for more one way moves. Recent move was a mere 90 miles yet was not ALLOWED to go one way. Also, I checked out at 11am. But was charged an extra day because I didn't return the vehicle by 8amBrian T.

U-Haul app was very slow and sluggish. Asked for driver license photos 3 times and still could not check-in to get the truck. It is much slower than going to the counter. The guy at the counter was helpful.Eric P.

Everything was fine other than I was charged $10 for 2 gallons of fuel. I checked out vehicle with a 1/4 tank, put on 6 miles, and put in $10 of gas myself BEFORE I returned the trusk and it was back on 1/4 gallon, yet I was still charged the $10. Would be a 5* review if not for that.GERALD C.

Someone must have spilled some perfume in that truck because it smelled like perfume while I was driving it and now my mattress smells like perfume. It's not terrible, just a little unpleasant. But figured I'd let you know. Thanks!Sam J.
