Jodi MEasy drop off location literally 5 mins from my daughter’s apartment! The entrance and exit is very crowded and tight with trucks and trailers being rented and returned so that requires some patience and focus so as not to get in an accident or damage any equipment or your own car.
JOHN BVan was so dirty on the outside clean on the inside staff was helpful and friendly just didn't like me have to go and back out the uhaul to the staging area .. I got pics if u like to see the dirt on the van

ANDREAS BI was rented a vehicle that was not mechanically operational or safe to drive, in my opinion. This could and should have been prevented at the point of the staff going through their check list and while operating the vehicle themselves. The part of the customer service process needs improvement. All other aspects were acceptable.

min sI received my truck late (7:15 pm). The store was closed so the check out was rushed but the rep was extremely nice. I wasn’t able to change the contract because of the rush in closing. I turned the truck in within 24 hours at 7:00 and I was charged for an extra day. I called the 1-800 number and spoke with “Crystal” who was rude, I asked for her manager and she said there was no manager. I asked for a reference ID or last name and she said I’m only giving my name “Crystal”. I will never use the service based on the 800 customer call and getting double charge for being accommodating to the location being short staffed, but it cost me an extra $70.

ALBERT LIf the gentleman that helped me im not sure of his name maybe manuel only guy working at time of rental and he helped me upon my return . So what van you do to help improve in the feature. You need more manuels he was respectful. He knew his job and merchandise. Very approachable. In my personal opinion that man gets 100% . He deserves a raise best service ive had to daye.
Javier RThe Torrance, CA office was great. Staff were helpful and kind. But don't buy the cigarette lighter phone adapter. I bought a Uhaul cigarette adapter for charging my phone. It lasted all of 4 hours. I have tested it using two different cords, three different cigarette lighter outlets on three different rigs. The thing just doesn't work. Please stop selling these.

George FThe truck was a giant disaster waiting to happen. The steering is so worn out, on uneven surfaces it shimmers all over the place. The engine has a misfire and it eats gas like it owns Chevron. The person who checked us in was extremely friendly and recognized from before Very nice lady.

Mike MEverything was great! Friendly staff and good vehicle. I would just ask that you guys don't give the vehicles with only 1/4 tank of gas. We had to get gas multiple times. Just give it full and have it brought back full :)
