First Uhaul should have an experienced and mature individual in command of its business to elevate the dingy black ghettoes cut out it wants to forget. No to a childish gun chewing store that will know the answers just cause you swear them.

Vehicle dirty smelled like pets and pet hair all in seats had to switch vehicles. The vehicle 1548 dirty smelled like pets. Can you please clean the vehicles better people have allergies start charging the people with animals for cleanup because the vehicle smelled bad. I should not have to deal with pet hair and smell of pets and I don’t need one and I have allergies

The online reservation system is useless, and the location is understaffed, but the employees I delt with were friendly and competent, so overall it was a good experience. Allow extra time, and I would suggest making reservations only in person at your desired location. Also it you are hooking up a trailer, you may need an adapter to run the legally mandated lights. They do not provide this part so check ahead of time.

The online check in process is very slow and painful. I had to take photos, enter all my info, then wait to talk to an online attendant. I cant believe an online check in is not automated. There is no value in an online check in if i still have to wait for an online attendant. The whole point is to remove the human element. Then i had to go inside and wait for someone to be available to give me a key. Please just remove this option. It was a horrible, slow experience and almost made me cancel my reservation entirely. I will not recommend this to anyone

The system was very slow. The employees there took 1.5 hour to proceed my appointment. The payment system is horrible. They re-enter my information 4 times.

My experience at the uhaul location was great, the lady at the front counter was very nice and helpful the gentlemen who hooked up the trailer were great also. However the lady at the customer care call center was extremely rude and unfortunately ruined the whole experience. I’m not typically one to complain about this but being in customer service myself, I felt belittled and demeaned for asking questions

the phone app is great for dropping off the rental but is useless for pickup. What is the point of the app if I still have to check-in at the office and stand in a slow moving queue. The front desk person kept asking me to pay for what I had already paid till I managed to pull up the invoice on my phone. He kept dozing off in the middle of processing our order! A 5 min task took half hour!

It was ghetto took a long time getting folk's out. I was upset that I called that morning & made a reservation on the phone that they said was nonexistent when I arrived so I had to take a smaller truck or drive all the way to snyder Avenue because of said mistake it already made the stresses of moving a all day process with a 10' inch truck & I feel like uhaul needs a better system when it comes to reservations.. however thanks for extending my overall time using the truck because it did infact take us ALL day

There was one guy working that was adamant to let everyone know that he was not working overtime but WAS working slowly with one person until the owner supervisor showed up. The owner/worker also then took his time servicing the line of trucks and people waiting in and outside the building. He was nice but it was obvious he was NOT rushing to service people that had to endure the previous worker who was Adamant about not really working. The worker that was waiting to be relieved did not leave the front desk empty but he damn sure wasn’t working to address the needs of those who were waiting. I was amazed at the horrible service I was only there to return my truck. I’m sure they are nice under different circumstances and not on a Friday afternoon. Don’t go if you’re in a rush.

Service to rent truck very slow. Took and hour. Sales person cracked my drivers licenses not happy. Then put in computer damaged truck. An I did not. Plus insurance purchased if it was but it was not.

Misleading advertising. $19 a day starts off at $26 plus $1.something a mile plus gas the tank said full when I started. I drove 34 miles and it took $15.50 to bring it backup to full - something is wrong here. Even though this si close to my house, I willbelooking for other options.

To improve for the next customer, the following suggestions should be considered: a) Equipment needs to be better maintained b) Trucks need to be maintenanced and better maintained c) The drop-off policy needs to be revised regarding the 24/7 drop-off. This process online is rather difficult. d) Customer Service line should be 24/7 live, if not already e) The mileage calculations surrounding this

You need more people working at the location. One person is not enough. Update your computer systems! People have to go through a lot to plan the logistics of a move… your computers can't crash the day they have to move leaving no alternative solution! Additionally the brakes were dangerously bad. Maintain your vehicles properly! People could get hurt because of flaws like that!

Told me they could not rent me a trailer. I wanted to use my 97 4runner SR5 six cylinder 3.4 L engine. I have towing all set up and even installed a new wiring harness and tested it in preparation for my visit. I was disappointed that I needed to rent a truck, but the truck deal worked out. When I returned home I tried reserving a trailer online and your online function suggested several options including yhose I had been trying to rent earlier today. This aspect was a bit frustrating, however I had an overall sense of satisfaction because I was able to accomplish my goal witb yhe truck for a little more money. I may try the Havertown PA location next time. Although I am still waiting gor a call back from them re a trailer hit h installation for my 07 Rx350. Mo call so far. Neither cheatnut st Havertown answered the phone last week when I tried to schedule the hitch install through the 1-800-uhaul number on Friday the 15th on Nov. so I stopped in on Havertown Saturday the 16th Nov 2019 AM amd left my number. No return call yet. Today I asked about the hitch at 48xx Chestnut in Philly and was handed a business card of the manager Dontee Turner. I guess I need to reach out yet a fourth time. This is no way to handle incoming business. I am chasing you. Why advertise if no one is ready to take my money and do the work? Or even able to schedule it? Three attempts total amd no resumts yet of getting a hitch install appointment at two different locations. 215-435-6626

The tires were flat, the truck smelled like butt, the gas tank was empty and the seats were ripped. It is a shame because I would have expected so much more from an University location.

The app was not useful at all. It took 30 minutes for me to get approved so I could pick up my vehicle. By the time I got in my car 40 minutes of my reservation had been wasted. There was only 1 person working, and he was so overwhelmed that he could not help me. Dropping off there was a line going out onto the street. The 1 person managing checking in just told me to park my van on the sidewalk.
