Staff was rude and 2 employees were having a highly inappropriate sexual conversation. Truck had low tire pressure and smelled in the inside of the cab. Very disappointed. Likely wont use service again.

The customer service is horrible. The local sales reps are not helpful and very unpleasant. I'm not even sure if they would benefit from receiving training on how to communicate/deal with the public.

The only issue was dropping off the truck. They were still supposed to be open, but made us drop the keys in the drop box. Of this was an option, I would have liked to know this, instead of rushing to get stuff off the truck. Didn't account for people trapping us on narrow streets and not letting us through. Lol

1. I was confirmed for 10 foot truck but received a van. 2. I informed the attendant and she said that "someone" modified my reservation. 3. I asked for the $50 I should received since I did not received the truck that was confirmed, she walk away. She came back after a minute and I told me that I have the van so I do not received the $50. 4. I received the van with discrepancy on the mileage and gas meter. 5. Upon return, I found out that the employees were looking for the missing van (which i have). 6. This explain the discrepancy on the mileage and gas meter. I received a great service during the return of the van courtesy of "Bo". Thank you Bo!

The whole process was confusing. The uhaul representative at the West Philadelphia location didn't give us important details about the rental, like we'd have to do a self checkin before leaving with the truck.

Return lot was not accessible due to pileup of returning vehicles (all empty). Had to go in the exit. Nobody was there to assist. Seems they were not expecting the rush of returns even though it was 1st of the month.

Returned the uhaul truck a day early, uhaul still charged me for two days. Also the gas was at 3/4 when I picked the uhaul up rom york pa. So I filledthe gas uo to 3/4 like i picked it up.. i was over charged for fuel as well. Very disappointed in uhaul as whole company. Not sure we will use uhaul again.

Gas gauge not at right level. Told staff. They would not change. Had to fill out online that gas was not right during online equipment evaluation. Charged for gas since fuel level was originally wrong. Had to call to dispute and call center so busy it took forever to resolve. Truck had low tire warning on for entire rental. Could only see mileage when key first inserted. At all other times service message hid odometer.

I rent U Haul vehicles quite often. Typically, they are clean and well maintained. The last truck I rented was obviously far beyond it's life span. The windshield was so dirty I had trouble seeing where I was going, surprise, the washer fluid was empty. They left the last person's trash in the truck, including an iced coffee that actually still had ice in it. Now, here's the best part, the employee that handed me the key said "I just put three quarts of oil in it, that should make the check engine light go out." No. Just no. Low oil will make the oil light come on, not the check engine light. Now after I finally get this trainwreck to where I need to be, I get it all loaded up. I'm ready to go to my destination. Well, guess what, truck doesn't start. It's dead. Thankfully I have a triple a platinum membership and they came out and got it started. This entire rental from start to finish was a terrible experience, and as a result, I'll most never use U-Haul again. Step up your game.

Location does not have an adequate supply of moving blankets and dollies. (Having no moving blankets at 8:30 a.m. simply is unacceptable.) An additional check-in person would help eliminate the half-hour wait to complete the reservation and pick up the truck.

Had nice service but I was given the wrong van that had a flat tire before I even got off the lot. I didn't realize it was the wrong van because their printer wasn't working and I didn't get a printed out contract. Returning the van after hours was very inconvenient since I was given the wrong van so returning online was more difficult and frustrating because of that situation.

I returned the truck a day early. When I handed the keys to the associate he said I would receive a confirmation email later. I did receive an email later saying I returned the vehicle the next day after the return time. I was charged for an extra day due to the inefficiency of this location.

The gas was not at 3/4 when I received the truck but I did not want to go back inside to correct the mistake because I already had to wait in line for an hour. So I was charged for extra gas. (Also, I had to wait in line for an hour.)

Was not happy that I reserved a trailer online at a UHaul five minutes from my house, but found out the day before pickup that I had to drive 31 miles to another lactation to pick it up. Apparently it's based on availability at the time, so make sure you plan for that. Other then that, the whole experience was great. Will use them again in the future.

lots of trucks, good effective desk staff made the process easy. Uhaul could streamline some of the paperwork though. It could be done at a kiosk- so many of these questions are just simple- what truck, how long, place drivers license up to glass or scanner- so easy

My pickup location was moved significantly farther from where I was. When I arrived at this location it was understaffed and over booked. The women working was doing the best she could in the situation and was honestly the only redeeming part of this location. She was calm, efficient, and proactive.

I turned in my truck on August 11 (a day early). It was supposed to be due back on the 12th. I physically walked into the location and handed an employee my key. I asked if I needed to do anything else, and she said “no.” I got an email this morning (the 13th) saying I was charged for an extra day of having the uhaul, saying I didn't turn the truck in on time. I called customer service to get my money back because this is extremely incorrect. I'm waiting to see if I get my money back for this HUGE fuck up.

The staff was very slow. A staff member was helping another customer and did not ask the other staff members that where in the back room - having a personal conversation - to come help us. We had to sort of raise our voices to ask for help. When they finally came out the computers were very very slow. The staff at this location never seem like they are there to work. I only go there because it's the closest location to our home.
