There was a mistake made on my charges that some guy with a grey beard try to mansplain away. He didn't know his job. The white guy there took care of it for me . He should be the manager. Then the girl there at equipment return always looks and sounds like she's on drugs and trust me I know I'm a recovering addict. So NO I wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE!Paul S.
The employees at this location are very rude and seem to lack training on the basic U-Haul procedures and process. This was a horrible experience all around. The employee Tysha Blackson used profanity towards me when I disputed a fuel charge that was being reversed by another employee due to her error. I have contacted the manager of this location and U-Haul corporate as well. Completely disguised with the service I received. Will never use U-Haul again.KYREE E.

The equipment, primarily the 9 ft. cargo van that i rented, was not thoroughly examined upon previous return. The air conditioning did not fully work. The Freon was low and not blowing cool air unless it was driven. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE WIPERS DID NOT WORK. I was terrified for my life on the highway. Worried that if it started raining I would get in an accident. If I were to recommend this location i would tell people to check all the functions before driving a vehicle off the lot. I have another rental in July schedule and i will be doing that. I feel as though i deserve a credit or something for that horrific experience. I drove about 350 miles before i realized the wipers were not working, i thank God that the balance of my journey another 340 miles did not require the wipers.YOLANDA D.
This place is always disorganized, slow and unprofessional. The only reason I go there is that I can walk there from my home. I had reserved in advance, hoping that II could avoid having to interact with anyone who "works" there but the self check in app didn't work. Truck was very old and beat up. Cracked windshield, broken sun visor, torn driver's seat cover, multiple dents all over truck. Everything was squeaking and rattling. Plain scary to drive!!! Not what I expect from u haul.Joseph K.

The employees seemed like they were doing their best but also seemed exhausted and defeated, which I can understand as the line first thing in the AM was 20 deep. The app is broken and botched my process and it took an hour to sort out, which set back my move time, which cost me extra for the movers and set back their following appointment. I never got the furniture pads I paid for and didn't have the time to fight it, and the back of the van legit smelled like a homeless person had been sleeping in it. I've used that one before but I'll definitely use it for drop off ONLY.John N.

Absolute garbage service. I requested a 24 hour van rental only to be told last minute at the counter that we'd only have it for four hours. I honestly hate renting from U-Haul, in particular from this location, because the people working there are the most apathetic, rude, embittered zombies. And who can blame them? I'm sure they're paid like shit and have to deal with nonsense like computer systems that don't work properly. Next time I move, I absolutely will not go with U-Haul, and I will actively discourage anyone from renting U-Haul. Fuck U-Haul.MarcJ D.

What is the point of making a guaranteed reservation that does not actually guarantee anything? I was assured twice that a van was reserved for me but when I arrived at the scheduled time there was not. I was given a truck in poor condition that wound up costing me more in tolls and gas than the van would have amd was unnecessarily large for what I needed. Was all around unhappy with this Uhaul experience and will never use this location again if I have to rent through you.Madelynn N.

Vehicle gas tank measure were wrong BOTH times -- we had less gas in our tank than the form showed, and then they said we returned it with over a quarter tank LESS than we did. We were charge for 4 gallons of gas for going 18 miles total. Absolute rip-off. Employees would'nt discuss it with us, just told us to submit gas photos through the app. We got charged anyway. And there is NO indication of costs for taxes and fees. We ended up returning the vehicle over an hour early, and paying twice what we were quoted. Never again.Eric F.
When I made the reservation online, I was able to reserve a 9' cargo van for one way travel to a different city. I needed a van due to height restrictions. Apparently these vans are not used for one way even though I was somehow able to reserve it, and I didn't even know I was being giving a 10' truck until after I had paid and walked to the vehicle. Had I known, I would have made other arrangements. I thought that someone was supposed to contact me to confirm my reservation, but that did not happen.Joshua E.

I've already put in a complaint as this was a terribleexperience. The customer service was really unprofessional in that neither sales reps/csrs were in any type of uniform, did not address me in a proper manner, and were both joking that they were closed and couldn't help me. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them by coming in. As I waited, they talked about their lives and personal situations. In addition, the vehicle rented did not have properly working brake lights so as I drove, I had other driver speeding pass me while bonking their horns!! I did not find out until a driver hailed me down to tell me,, and thenI was stopped by the police. Lastly, I was charged for both a furniture Dolly and a utility Dolly when I only requested one. I waited close to an hour to get checked in. I was supposed to have 24 pads they had zero. They were supposed to have a two wheel cart and they didn't have it. So between the time delay and the lack of equipment it really messed up my move. U-Haul needs to have his ability to the availability of supplies if they're going to tell me that I can request them. They said well I can go get them at another location well that's really a pain in the neck in Center City Philadelphia once I have the trailer hooked up.Ron C.

Employees were rude, using fowl language, told me I they would not honor my reservation because it was the end of the month and couldn't have trucks out over night, then when I threatened to call changes the story, also would not let me return the truck to a location closer to where I was moving to because they needed the truck back, then when I bought the truck back 12 hrs earlier then expected tried to charge me again! I got there early yesterday 8:30 on time to check out my truck the young man waiting on me right away but he encouraged me to take a truck that didn't have gas and he said he will give me a discount if I filled it if I put gas in it and I did that and and a hace I realize that the speedometer wasn't working but I didn't say anything and okay vehicle was forced everything was operational took the vehicle to the gas station got gas and then I realized that the speedometer wasn't working cuz I was in Hayes I was in a hurry so when I brought it back the vehicle said that was saying that I need to put gas in it but I had to put gas in it and I didn't go that far if you check on your GPS I didn't go far I'm not satisfied with the service I made a mistake and not checking to speedometer but they encouraged me to take a truck that's faulty that the speedometer gauge is not working properly gas gauge is not working properly they took advantage of me and I'm not pleasedkelvin J.
