The staff here all did a fine job, but this location is difficult one for both ingress and egress. The concrete street median here makes ingress from the East impossible, so a driver with trailer must travel farther West to find a turnaround driveway or business lot. I indicated I'd recommend this locatiion, but I do so with some reservation. This Uhaul store is conveniently located. The issue is...there is seems to only be 1 entrance, which is one way. The exit has been blocked with Uhaul trucks the last 2 times I've rented from this location. Today I had to wait approx 30 minutes while the person on duty moved several truck returns to clear the entrance. I will say the person on duty was very respectful and courteous...so I have no issues with the staff...just the layout of the location to handle a large number of rentals.Russell C.

Since it's supposed to be one way traffic (according to the arrows on the pavement) it'd be Nice if the exit were not blocked by intended u-haul trucks. I do understand there's very limited space. Expansion into an adjoining lot would help emenslyâ€¦Roger M.

I had a 7am appointment. Tech got there at 8. He could not figure out the wiring and gave up. Gave me the wiring harness and told me to find someone else to complete the install. Now I have an unroadworthy hitch!NEAL D.

Employee installing needs to have better training. He had no idea how to install it. Told me it was going to take longer than expected and hopefully he wasn't going to break something. It took a lot longer than it should have.Roger A.
I was not shown how to operate the pickup. As well I was not told to expect a link to verify condition of the truck, so I was not able to do that as I did not see the text as I was driving. By time I got home the link had expired. I did waive insurance, I was not asked to show proof of insuranceâ€¦I'm not sure if/how that was checked. When I dropped it off I had to ask the person standing there if they were with UHaul, no visible uniform or anything identifying them as an employee. Really just an awkward experience with the personnel there.Kevin S.

After receiving the trailer = I experienced a flat tire. Clearly a cut that happened on root. I was not able to fix it and called for assistance. Top notch help arrived. I reserved a trailer and check out was great. I returned the trailer at 12:30 pm to the location. Waited by the return sign as requested for 10 minutes, but no one showed up to return the trailer. I went inside to an empty counter and waited almost 20 minutes for an employee to show up and help me. I tried to actually call the location twice while waiting at the counter to see if I could find an employee. I finally went to the back of the building to the shop and found a employee installing a hutch. He went to find someone who could help me. After waiting 30 minutes I finally had an employee unhook the trailer and offer to send me a final email for my rental checkin. After waiting another hour, I had to call the location 4 times before someone answered the phone to ask about my receipt. He told me the trailer was not checked in yet. I had to recap my timeline of returning the trailer and he finally sent me the receipt. He told me there was only 2 employees and he is the hitch installation guy and the other employee was in a meetingâ€¦ Customer service must not be a priority!!!Chuck D.

Overall lack of options for drop off. There are numerous uhaul locations around where I needed to drop off, none were given as options. Had to put on extra miles (at my expense, I'm sure) for this inconvenience. Add in the time and it was very frustrating.Brett H.

The pick up point and drop off point we're both good. Everyone was really nice at both. No complaints with either. The only complaint I have is with the website. I was trying to log in and do the return. It kept telling me that, â€œyour session has expired.â€ It wouldn't let me do the return. Then, I tried calling the 800 Uhaul number listed. It told me that I would have to be on hold for at least twenty minutes before I could talk to a real person. Service, in person, at the store, was excellent. Calling the national Uhaul number or using the website, sucked.Keith P.

The truck was not clean at all! Windows inside and out were so bad I couldn't even see out of it. I cleaned it myself. The inside of the cab was gross. I cleaned and disinfected the entire cab!!! The employee said the truck was full of gas but it wasn'! I made sure it was full when I dropped it off though. I've done rentals with Uhaul for years but I am done with this location and entire company. I do a great deal of business with my company through uhaul but I've now set up a contract with Budget and Penske from now on. On a last note trucks need to be updated to have accessories for phones, drink holders, etclinda S.

The guy helping me was videotaping me during my exchange of financial information with his phone. The card reader was not working. I felt like my identity and financial information was possibly being compromised. I've never been videotaped with a personal phone. Was very disturbing! Thus same worker was still theee when I dropped the truck off 8 hours later. He was the hardest worker there.Margaret K.
