By myself, don’t have enough time return the truck on time, so i have to delay the return time, so i extended the time i wish i can keep the truck next day but the app won’t let me do it otherwise all great thanks guy
Vu LI have always had great service here and the people yesterday were no different but I reserved a 20-foot truck a month ago and they called me a half an hour before I was supposed to pick it up to tell me that they didn't have it. They wanted me to go across to the other side of town to pick one up. My movers were coming and I did not have time to drive across to the other side of town. At the very least they should have driven across the town and brought the truck back. So they gave me a smaller truck instead but didn't give me any kind of discount for getting a smaller truck. And then I had to pay the movers more money that I hired because we had to make three trips because of the smaller truck. We could have done it in two easily with the bigger truck. They didn't even seem like I should be upset about it it was just very matter of fact and here's the way it is. No offer of anything to help. No discount, nothing. So I did not get what I paid for and I am not happy with that. The reason I said I would still recommend them is based on my history with them as I have used them multiple times but this is still not okay!

Esther EThe woman that helped me felt very comfortable to use vulgar profanity which was unsettling and very unprofessional. She presented herself and the initial impression of the store as very messy with partially eaten snacks and all over the counter. Just felt gross. Additionally, as instructed, I refilled the gas tank to the same level as it read at pick up and was charged $14 for gas.

Paul BHad an apt to pick up the truck, was given the key, and there was another truck parked in front of it so that had to be moved before we could leave. Truck pulled to the right a little so I'm sure it needs an alignment. Returning it after hours was not an easy process, should be a little bit easier.
Deborah KWonderful customer service and the van was the most comfortable uhaul I've used. Wish I always had that small of a move so I could always use it!

MAUNG HCouldn't have been easier. Pulled in. The attendant unhooked me and said thank you! So quick. And I received confirmation in of receipt in email same day.

JEFFREY MStaff was criticizing each other and other customers to me (unprompted), first thing the person at the counter said to me when I said why was there "you can't just reserve online, you need to call here first because you can't trust what the website says", only two customer parking spots and both were full when I picked up and dropped off, so no real place for me to park. Drive was filled with trucks so very hard to maneuver, had to turn around and leave the through the entrance because the exit was blocked by Uhaul trucks, but couldn't see that until I drove around the building.

pat nStaff at this location is top notch- I mean extremely helpful- This location is absolutely horrible for parking, loading and pick up of trucks as its small with no visitor parking. We about got hit by on coming traffic.

KEVIN DThe workers where great but the lacked the information that needed to be given upon closeout. As I am currently trying to dispute this job as the workers didn't tell me that they were the ones that needed to adjust the hours of service that needed to be paid before closing out the deal, but they pawned me off to headquarters and then headquarters told me that the driver was suppose to adjust the charge before I gave them the pin, in which they did not adjust it before giving the pin, on top of that I gave them a cash tip at the end so your workers took a bunch of money from me that wasn't due. If you could get back to me on this as I want 2 hours refunded. As the workers were almost 3 hours late and I only used the workers for an hour so I over paid 2 hours and no one at u movers had contacted me back yet. So customer service is lacking. AUSTIN WChecking the milage and reimburse the lower mileage. We dropped it off at 8:30am the time we were told to have back was 9am.the insurance was ridiculous. We have used you several times and went double the milage and only paid 20 dollars more.The time they said we returned it was 3;30 in the afternoon.
RICHARD LStaff was unprofessional. When returning truck we were lined up in street as both people working were at desk checking out new customers and no one was left outside for returns. Place was dirty and disgusting. Will rent from Home Depot next time. This is a disaster that needs corporate attention.
Mark DArrived at 12PM to pick up the vehicle. No one was at the front desk or in the store (from where customers can see) , after 10 mins we used the app to check in. Verified the truck per the apps instructions. Once we verified the truck, the app instructed us to go back to the front counter. No one was available and at this point, we started to say” is anyone here/anyone available/hellloo” After 30 mins of our arrival a rep came out and told me to knock it off. They advised they were “about to call it in” bc the last time someone shouted, they were attempting to break in. They let us know they were working on a truck and that we should have waited instead of “shouting”. Since they saw us on the camera. I asked what we should have done to get help, given the app said to go to the front counter and no one was in the store. When I clicked on “I still can’t get my keys” it then advised me to talk to a rep. I will take their advice, and knock it off, and never use this locations services again. I will advise people I know, to avoid this location, because it’s going to be the patrons fault, if no one is in the store to assist. Only use this location, if you are able to know in advance when or when reps are not working on trucks.
Ben LThe staff at this location went above and beyond to help my brother rent a truck for a recent move. They were both accommodating and understanding during my communication with them throughout the process, which was a bit unique as I was in California and managed the rental from here.
Mark RThe tail lights in the trailer didn’t work and they did not offer a different trailer to use. The floor was dirty and made all of my furniture black and dirty.

Tina PThe truck sounded like it needed an engine overhaul. It definitely needs some service.
Cheri BThe drivers seat was broken on the left side so you are lopsided when you sit in it. There was no knob on the window so I couldn’t roll the window down. You need more staff on the weekends. The one person that was there was very obviously frustrated that there were so many people needing help at once. Trucks being returned, backing up the lot so people couldn’t get out or pull in. She was buried and her tone and the way she responded to questions showed it. Even though I thought it was unprofessional, I understood because of how busy she was.
TANIA RComputers were a bit slow while checking in, but definitely not the representative’s fault. They were frustrated as well. Van was super clean and big backup camera monitor helped!

Jade PYour computer system was down both at pick up and return, which made things take longer to get the rental and to drop it off. the staff worked through it very well and I was very satisfied.
james mReally need to have more room for customers to get in and out of facility. That is really all that was a problem. The staff is helpful and pleasant.
